    @virginmedia 1 hour and 42 minutes queueing for a help desk operator to take a call from an 87 year old “shielding” old lady who can’t set up her self install box. Absolutely shoddy customer service. You should be ashamed.

    @virginmedia I know!!! Your website online chat forces you to move to Whattsapp and then everything crawls along - but the phone line keeps failing after 30 mins wait. Not sure what to do about this replacement emergency backup line

    @virginmedia your customer service is appalling! My dad waited over a week for a call back and it didn't come. So he called again and the line was bad and someone at Virgin said we'll call you straight back... they didn't... again!! I've never seen anything like it!

    @virginmedia I was made a promise in writing. It wasn’t kept. I’m trying to get it resolved. And I’m trying to book a technician to replace the defective emergency back up line. Hey ho. Is there a good time to call the 0345 464 1111 line when it actually gets answered before failing?

    @virginmedia Well I'll continue to update you on my progress, just so that any other customers in the same boat have an opportunity to see its not just them, 3hrs 30mins now. Disgusting Yet if I cancel my direct debit you will charge me for the privelege

    @virginmedia Yes. It takes hours to get through to you, and when I did I got no help with a fault. Have now had internet installed by a competitor, and just want to cancel Virgin. I bet if I phoned up to take out broadband it wouldn't take this long

    @virginmedia Still waiting on the phone, and on the whatsapp.If it gets to 4 pm I am just going to cancel my direct debit and you guys can sort it out from that point

    @virginmedia There is really no point complaining when no matter how many times you talk around the issue and people say they understand and see your point, you still don’t get anywhere. Would be great if people didn’t fudge answers and lie when they don’t know what to say though.
