    @virginmedia you’re very quick and helpful signing someone up to a contract and very disgusting when they try to cancel one, an hour on hold is not good and will be reported to the governing body

    @virginmedia @MRoseClarion surely the engineer on site must know what is involved to fix it and therefore be able to give a more educated estimate as to fix time - if not they are either incompetentbor justctaking the mickey and have no concrrn for your customers - who are fast losing patience!

    @virginmedia It says sorry there are no problems in your area. I’ve seen a lot of tweets and people that have the same problem as me. So maybe it’s an issue on your end. I’ve seen about 20 tweets from people with the same problem. My Tv is working but the wifi is not

    @virginmedia Been done about 5 times, wires are fine, been restarted, reset, switched off etc etc still green lights which usually means an outside problem as it was in the past

    @virginmedia I have called this number and only an automated service, that tells me my internet is down, I’m aware. Not really any help at all, I would like my contract cancelled if I am unable to get customer service. This never happened with my sky internet, wish I had never changed.

    @virginmedia Every time I speak to you (10+ hours on phone) the line cuts and I get transferred to the wrong department. Are you telling me you can take my mobile number by dm and get someone to call me now? Are your levels of service that poor?

    @virginmedia Mate I've been doing that already.. Many Many Many times. Wired and wireless! hence i know fastest at 2-3am but still at best 400+ As said previously if it can't hit 1 gig then it never will.
