@PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

Anyone else having problems trying to get @virginmedia to answer their phone, they only want to answer when its a new customer sale. Plus putting up the price by £3.50 when everyone is out of work or on Furlong. Absolute joke.

@virginmedia agent just told me there will be a fee for ending contract early to rejoin on an account held since cable and wireless in the 90’s! 50 mins and counting so far on hold listening to bad music to speak to retentions team

@virginmedia how do I contact you to report a fault with my broadband? Your phone service doesn’t work and it won’t let me run diagnostics on the website and crashed when I booked an appointment

@virginmedia And now to top it all have been contacted by a fraudulent Virgin account on twitter saying they will resolve the problem. While simultaneously asking for card details. Their response was quicker than yours at least so there is that.

@virginmedia I cancelled the engineer - didn’t want to risk it. Naturally the broadband went down again today. Currently out for 90 min. At one stage the service checker page said there was a problem in the area, but not now. Same for the phone num it was suggested I ring in an earlier tweet.

@virginmedia Been trying to get in contact to fix a faulty TV box, disconnected the setup that your engineers installed because the WiFi service has been awful since startup, put it back together and now the TV box is not switching on. Can't get in contact with customer service.

@virginmedia Perhaps reduce prices for existing customers rather than providing new customer discounts! I’ve had to change my contract with you to my name, from my partners and I’m stuck paying higher prices for another 18 months!

So no Internet or landlines only TV from @virginmedia yet their service tracker says all is well apart from the TV??. Tried to ring them and they have an automated voice saying maybe I should ring later as they are busy so goodbye!?! Awesome service, not.

@Psychobel @virginmedia Don't have any problems with Zen, and they were excellent when we had problems with the line when we first moved into this house.
