@virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

@virginmedia I do, about an ongoing complaint and a new query too, as well as this unresolved mobile query. Am supposed to have someone talking to me via text right now but they are very slow to respond! 2 meaningless texts in 13 minutes. Could someone please ring me?

@virginmedia I'm trying the text option now. Still nothing. I still have 10 days to cancel my contract, what would happen if you don't reply me and come back saying I have to pay a fee for cancellation then? Worst customer service ever! Glad I changed company

@lindsaylou305 @virginmedia Virgin media's customer service is not the best but these simple steps can help you. I advise paying for these as this advice is cheaper than them asking you to buy repeaters and their 1 gig.

@virginmedia I was categorically told that if I’m to cancel I need to pay the full amount remaining on my contract which is a year !!!!
