    @blackcabfairy @virginmedia I was the same but they did not hang up, another person come on the phone and I had to repeat my whole story again to him. It always costs time and money with @VirginMedia. For such a large global company their website is amateurish and customer service on the phone is no better.

    @virginmedia My mum 88 received a letter regarding her complaint because it’s 8 weeks old. Today you message my brother ? telling her to call you re complaint on your never answer 0345 454 1111. Just more crap service

    @virginmedia More resets, allegedly a note in my account if i have the same issue again then an engineer will be sent out. Not much faith in these resets.

    @virginmedia just been told our package will now be going up to £97 a month! Been a customer from the beginning and cannot get anyone in the phone to discuss and cannot change online . Sky is now looking like the better option unless a discount can be offered. What do we do?

    @virginmedia Will some kind person who is able to sort faults please contact me. After 2x engineer visits, hours on the phone, promises of call backs that never occur, including no response from your online form for well over 2 weeks!
