    @virginmedia down again... tried all the usual fixes, from every other time this has happened. No clear way of finding out if it is a network error. I’m getting sick of this now.

    @skytv so my internet has been down for 24hrs and I’ve phoned sky. They say I need an engineer to come and check it out but because I work Monday too Friday @skytv are going to charge me £15 for a weekend appointment. @virginmedia I’m moving over to you.

    @virginmedia Stop saying sorry . Ongoing issue is for last 4 months. Every single month i have to spend 1 hour to speak to ur colleagues every single time they say” we assure you next bill wont be over”. Keep doing false promises. Seriosly RHE WIRST CUSTOMER SERVICE and BIGGEST LIARS.

    @virginmedia after being with virgin for way before virgin took over I am off Internet unreliable try to get tech help is a pain in the but wait on the phone for ever then get cut off need to move on and find someone better

    @virginmedia Sure. My wife and I will be here. She’s the account holder. Looking forward to it. Just so I don’t have to say this again tomorrow and so we are clear. Because of the appalling service we have received the only 2 resolutions that we now see as acceptable to this complaint are:

    @virginmedia So, after speaking with Joseph on Tuesday, he cut me off. Then Sandeep I got an engineer for 15th March. Then I got a text saying 17th. Tried the text service and after a 6 hour delay i got texts from Asritha.
