@virginmedia Hiya, yes I've done all this and it's determined definitively that my WiFi is just almost non existing in the kitchen 25ft away, then when I tried to get the booster it says you've stopped registration due to high demand (unsurprisingly) hence I've still got no real service.

@virginmedia So Day 6 with no internet no phone no tv and no engineer- apparently the car crash into the street box isn’t an area fault despite my neighbours not having connection it’s just my service that’s down … Just waiting in like it’s the 1990’s

@virginmedia No, you can tell your internal department to sort it out. You’re clearly not able to help (that social media management degree is well useful), I have made more than reasonable efforts to request that you do, I have screenshotted my formal notice of 28days via here 1/2

@virginmedia Slow download speeds, non-existent upload speeds. Even if the speed appears high, there is a lot of packet loss. I work virtually and it makes it impossible to attend meetings because whenever I talk only about 70% of what I say is received & the same for me understanding others.

@virginmedia My 80-yr-old mother has been trying to get her VM equipment picked up but you never collect it. She’s been charged £300 for this so far and threatened with another £100. It’s been packaged and ready for weeks! She’s phoned numerous times.

@virginmedia It is a shame, I have done that and they told me that it was up to Virgin Media to do the cancellation! I think that you should really focus on improving sales and customer service, because this is where you have performed really poorly
