@virginmedia They are doing the default, making me reboot the box which i already done afyer last nights issues. Admitedly it did sort out the latency times, but as u can see 0830 packetloss is at 20% til present and today MS teams audio/video is cutting out which proves virgin issue.

am not best pleased with @virginmedia in the uk. we told them my mum had passed and needed to pass the account as it was to my dad. they then told us this was possible but there would be a larger bill to cover the use of service from mam to dad. this isn't acceptable

@virginmedia Numerous times. Last time few days ago. You are saying no issues with signal coming to router. But WiFi keeps dropping out numerous times a day. You said that you can't guarantee WiFi signal strength due to walls etc. However my router is right next to me..

@virginmedia I called 150 and this was the automated message. I noticed that someone else in the KT4 area had also tweeted that they had the same issue.
