    @VirginMediaIE Yes, day 3 and still no service since Thursday evening. The engineer called yesterday morning and said the outage team would come to sort it for me and my neighbours. A number of us have no service along the terrace. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Already done this. Automated message saying they expect the problem to be fixed by 4p.m. No good. Another day ruined. Disgraceful customer service. Can't speak to a human

    @virginmedia Need 2 get this sorted ASAP. Want 2 watch celtic game at 12. Been loyal customer for years. Said this would be resolved by 1.30 a.m. Blatant lies. Disgraceful customer service

    @virginmedia Certainly there is problem with my router but you guys are not ready to accept. You have left me no where and now I will have to reach out the citizen advise and ombudsman. I have lost all my patience amd do not want virgin to be a reason of my mental stress.

    @virginmedia It is a replacement! I've been onto them again and I'm getting a free v6 with free Activation now. This has been ongoing for months with pixellation so I'll be after recompense for loss of service. Who or how do I contact about that?

    @virginmedia my WiFi keeps cutting out (3months) technician was a no show and CS agent transferred me to a department that's currently closed on purpose. How can I trust Virgin Media if no one shows up to fix it and no1 in CS helps to rebook and I can't even WFH cause of this bs

    @Ofcom I am trying to help my mum recover an email account that @virginmedia have just deleted without notice even as she cancelled her virgin media account 4 yrs ago. I was advised to complain and get a deadlock letter but they won't oblige. Any advice?
