Do not, and i can NOT stress this enough, do NOT use @virginmedia for broadband. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on (3x) disconnection booked for the 27th thank CHRIST! @skytv in 28th haha!

@virginmedia The easy fix is here is to get an internet provider that actually works, and so not Virgin Media. Let’s be real - you’re literally now known for and discussed every day precisely because of your providing SHOCKING network and terrible customer service. No fix Virgin!

@virginmedia Apparently my walls in my perfectly normal house, are too thick. Funny how I never had an issue when I had sky. I live the fact that Virgin won't take responsibility and blame it on my home instead.

@virginmedia Yeah no luck there. Wifi has always been terrible no matter how many times someones come to check. Been using a wired connection for years but this new pc doesn't recognise the ethernet cable, if it did this wouldn't be much of a problem.
