    Day 12 of no broadband or tv @virginmedia customer service in India have not got a clue as to when it will be fixed, keep passing me from person to person with different stories each time, absolutely shocking service, only joined a few weeks ago as well 😡😡

    @virginmedia getting error V273. All network connections seem to be fine. Can you help. We just moved house, old TiVo box but new router. Unsure if this is why? TiVo connected via Ethernet. Can you assist??

    @virginmedia I don’t have another device to try it in - previously it was an issue I could resolve through roaming settings but the new SIM doesn’t allow for the same changes to be made in the phone. Dial assist is disabled

    @iain_mac @hmfcalum @virginmedia That deal needs to be an improved service that doesn’t continually drop throughout the day. It’s gotten progressively worse over the last 18 months

    @virginmedia We are trying to set up Virgin On The Go, but are going around in circles. The main issue is who is down as the Primary Account Holder, which neither my wife's or my details seem to relate to. All "Help" routes are lengthy/don't help, when a simple activation is required. Help?!
