@virginmedia I was told that I would receive a REFUND of £9 on my bill yesterday, the email I received today is a REDUCTION of £9 that is £140+ difference, this is not acceptable, I had to cancel my contract with you due to the agent is spoke to not understanding me needs

@Dazed_Confus3d Pretty comparable! Once we had to shout at the Virgin Media people reminding them that they send their people to the bloody Mars, yet, it takes them ages to send their staff to their customers’ houses around London to fix things!

@virginmedia I am so fed up with contacting your customer service; I cancelled my contract with you in December 2021 and I have just got amyet another bill for home phone package / I have a dead land line - how many times do I have to complain? ??
