@virginmedia It depends where I am, if I am stood next to the router, paid for speeds, as soon as I move away it is so poor. Won't hold a TV episode, zoom calls etc

Hey @virginmedia - 3 days without broadband is unacceptable. The kids can't study, and worse still receive behaviour points for failure to attend lessons. My partner is a grievance counsellor - and unable to provide face2face service at a time people most need it.
