    @virginmedia I am asthmatic with no phone. This never happened before when package has changed. Plus I’ve made no changes to my phone package, just to my broadband. Where do I complain please? Serious fail yet again Virgin #virginmedia #poorservice #unreliableservice

    @virginmedia As I noted, that team said they are no longer able to help me, and I have to make a complaint which I am unable to do online and which they said on the phone they can't help with either. I have a statutory right to be able to complain by some channel.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply but this has been 5 days. It is absolutely essential that he has a phone line. If he falls he cannot press his emergency button to get help. We are at our wits end! HELP PLEASE.

    @virginmedia why is your network coverage so annoyingly pathetic, charged a fortune for no network, countless phone calls, little advice given , no telly , no internet, anybody no any better providers in Sheffield, please help
