    @virginmedia #BetterConnected should be rebranded #NeverConnected. Can someone advise when my channels will re-appear? The issue was meant to be fixed by 1550 on Thursday 20 October. I was also meant to get equipment on Saturday that never arrived. Any chance of an update?

    @virginmedia are you now asking for people to fill in a web form when they complain. The URL looks very fishy. WhatsApp is a really bad UI for trying to reach you, you just get batted around.

    @virginmedia hi, have had bad internet issues last night, was in the m6 manchester area which wa on website but siddenly router started with blue flashing light and wont come on. Have hub 5. Can you advise?!

    @RugbyOddjob @virginmedia It's ok though because when you point out to customer services that you're not getting the minimum speed within the contract they just hang up on you.

    @virginmedia worst customer service ever. Took 5 hours to finish a chat with their customer service team because it takes them 40 minutes for each reply. I got charged for not returning their kit even though they didn’t send me their returns kit. Already contacted them twice.

    @virginmedia if I spent £20 on the ppv and I'm not home to watch and I have to wait for when ever you guys repeat but my friend who has it on forestick can watch anytime who is robbing who? Total joke service.
