@virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

@virginmedia I haven't been satisfied with the broadband connection from installation. I lose signal walking by the hub, never mind the rest of my home. I've given up trying to get help.

@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

@virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

@virginmedia He says we are ready for install. The people on the phone do not LISTEN. Date 19th Jan is just shy of ten weeks from moving in! Please please please train your people on the phones. Seriously they are poor. Guy in van 👍

@virginmedia Your services suck's in last 12 days I have logged 3 complaints and 4 calls to your call center. They only say that the area is having fiber fault and it will resolve in next 3 days today they are saying it will get resolved by 30 Dec. what kind of service you give ?

@virginmedia is there an issue with broadband in the NE33 4TT area? I've rebooted my router and still only getting less than 1mb download! I am supposed to have 600mb service! Plus haven't been getting the guaranteed 42mb upload speed for months!

@virginmedia As you are in breach of the contract…with good advice from #ofcom I have a right to then cancel that contract. I will be looking at a small claims case for services not delivered all whilst being paid for. No TV broadband speeds crap and no discount for long est customer

@virginmedia No one of the 5 call handlers (one that didn’t cut us off) explained there was another local issue (was the previous one fixed??) that needed addressing. But this intermittent service is almost normal. I can’t fathom why your site can’t communicate this & your service is so poor?
