    @virginmedia I haven't been satisfied with the broadband connection from installation. I lose signal walking by the hub, never mind the rest of my home. I've given up trying to get help.

    @virginmedia I have tested the line, perfect signal in living room, practically nothing in my bedroom.

    @virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

    @virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

    @virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

    @virginmedia It's no better at all. I only have good signal in my living room and if I move around the house I lose connection every single time.

    @studavies1982 @virginmedia Stu ring and demand a technician comes out or you want to cancel your subscription, the customer service here has been abominable. If the Hub is still this faulty after this much time it must be the hub that needs replacing, not a outside issue, the need to send someone ASAP!

    @virginmedia Are you seriously suggesting I contact you when the issue I’ve raised is that I’ve called you 11 times in the last 6 days to sort out the issue without any luck. I’ve spent around 8 hrs on the phone and you’re telling me I need to get in contact again. How about someone calls me?

    @virginmedia So it turns out Virgin Media opted out of the fair pricing scheme that Ofcom wanted your industry to adopt. I didn't know that. I think that's a pretty condescending way to treat existing customers. I'm glad I left.

    @virginmedia I just gave up after 1 hour. I don't need to manage my account, I want to ask about a number that called me to discuss my Virgin Media account as they had my info but came up as a 'dangerous' number when I googled it. Can you help me please?

    @virginmedia So bad, so bad, after getting cut off after 40 minutes I rang back, next call took 1 hour 15 minutes! I’ve cancelled everything. I honestly don’t know how you get away with such bad service.

    @virginmedia If I could get into it I would. That's another issue, I have been locked out of my new account ever since we moved when I make an enquiry I am told my account has been disconnected but that was for my old address

    @virginmedia This isn't just one complaint. It's having a member of the Resolutions Team presenting a "final offer" that involved you taking away goodwill credit from us. It's that person not leaving notes on our account relating to this dodgy offer...

    @virginmedia it wouldn't be so bad if I was trying to get info or things under a guise but I'm not I'm trying to let you know a valued customer is in hospital unable to use a service that he's being charged for, if passwords are so important why no need for one if I'm paying his bill?
