@virginmedia I have never got through on the phone to anyone. I just gave up and sitting out my 18 months contract. I would not have left @skytv if they had not over charged my account with no refund.

@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

Anyone else having more problems than usual with @Virgin @virginmedia .... I had a phone call from them this morning, which I answered and they hung up. Now nothing is working and I have rebooted everything and still nothing. No internet or TV. 😤

@virginmedia I haven't been satisfied with the broadband connection from installation. I lose signal walking by the hub, never mind the rest of my home. I've given up trying to get help.

@virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

@virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

I don’t normally do this, but nobody should bother with Virgin Media. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They’ve farmed it out to a call centre abroad full of people who just pass your query between themselves until one of them hangs up.
-
Craig Reid
(@reid2131) reported
@virginmedia They don’t speak any English. That’s the issue.

@virginmedia If the engineer calls on the other number and the appointment is cancelled I would not be happy and would be filing a complaint because I have not had Internet service since before Christmas. Thank you

@virginmedia listen you *****, I’ve had enough of your **** ******* customer service and your abysmal treatment of a LONG TIME customer. We’ve recently changed packages and are now being overcharged and we can’t even get through because of the stupid ******* automated service.

Virgin media broadband fault, my internet down since 22nd December, broken promises to fix all for £48 a month.

Daniel Green
(@iamdanielgreen) reported
@virginmedia This phone number offers the exact same information that the other automated line does. There is no option to speak to someone. Given that Service Checker says there is no issue in our area, does this conversation count as registering a total loss of service?
