@virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

@virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

@virginmedia Broadband service terrible. 200Mbit/s contract, get 5Mbit/s and 0 Mbit/s upload. VM say no problems but calling this morning gave a message saying a difficult problem. Been like it since Thursday.
