@virginmedia It's no better at all. I only have good signal in my living room and if I move around the house I lose connection every single time.

  • clairekerrbear (Phínula) Claire Kerr (@clairekerrbear) reported from Armagh, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

  • CarmelRobinson3 Carmel Robinson (@CarmelRobinson3) reported from Portadown, Northern Ireland

@SportyNeesy @bthelpline I'm thinking of reporting #virginmedia to trading standards as we certainly are getting a below par service

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BaronToast Baron Toast (@BaronToast) reported

@virginmedia just got off the phone with customer support after being told I "shouldn't have anymore issues". 30secs after hanging up, internet cuts out again. The people in your customer service centres lie.

  • ladfc101 sl (@ladfc101) reported

@virginmedia My trip to Cardiff central was to celebrate my wife's bday and the lack of virgin mobile signal there ruined the surprises I had planned for my wife. I am claiming £100 in compensation from virgin mobile for the stress and worry caused as well as spoiling the event for us.

  • LearnGreekLang Integrity Accountability Honesty (@LearnGreekLang) reported

@virginmedia please fix the tv experience you offer. 1/5*s

  • Heartsese Rachel Stalker (@Heartsese) reported

@virginmedia pls can you help? How do we get assistance with Broadband installation to 4 homes. Yr Fibre optic > Co-ax installation box is <25m away & we’re getting absolutely nowhere with your customer services dept. We want to give you our business but can’t 😱😱😱

  • Paul_D1963 Paul Dreczko #FBPE 🇵🇱 🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@Paul_D1963) reported

Would like to ask @MartinSLewis what he thinks of Virgin Media's price increase. My package will increase by 29% (£21.50). For me that is a huge increase and leaves me with no choice but to cancel my package and walk away.

  • AlexANCHORMANDN 4lex (@AlexANCHORMANDN) reported

@virginmedia This is ridiculous I’m honestly going to have to change broadband provider with this level of customer service and reliability

  • Tinasharke Tina Sharkey (@Tinasharke) reported

@virginmedia I have had my phone call answered but have now been put on hold for 10 mins because I want to cancel my contract. Just get my contract cancelled. You are a bunch of cowboys and do not deserve my business!

  • SJN004 Samantha Nelson (@SJN004) reported

@virginmedia I have been trying to call all morning and not getting through. I have had to pay an amount that we do not owe in order to have access to my broadband to WFH. What can you do to help?!

  • bradley_sam Sam Bradley (@bradley_sam) reported

@virginmedia This has been registered via a call. But in no way did that help me or compensate for the poor service. It’s been down 3 of the last 4 days at some points of the day and I pay for 250mb

  • ads_uk Andi Anderson (@ads_uk) reported

@virginmedia letter received stating £15 price rise to the revised price once current deal ends. Current deal £56pcm. End of deal £97pcm Plus price rise = £112 This will be a 100% increase!! Happy to cancel contract after 30+ years. Over to you ...
