@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

@virginmedia So do something about it? You’re hardly making an effort to keep me on board just making me go the extra mile and wait for hours on hold.. I asked a simple question regarding the boosters like plenty of other ISP offer and was completely ignored. Maybe @SkyUK would help me out.

@virginmedia I've been trying to cancel my services for a week and either have to give up after and hour or I'm told to call back as you're too busy... Yet I'll be told I need to give 30 days notice when I eventually do. Surely theres an easier way.. Why can't it be automated? Please advise

@virginmedia Want compensating for all the time lost while your broadband is down, all the time lost waiting for replies on support, all the time lost trying different 'fixes' that are no use... while I still sit here on my 5mbs when im supposed to be getting 100mbs :D

@virginmedia There's nothing on the page. As far as your website is concerned there is no issue. As far as your rep was concerned "there's a problem with the wires" and it's affecting everyone in our area, but no one else i know locally is having issues? Going to call disconnections tomorrow
