@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

@virginmedia Which can take up2 28 days !! You wonder why your customer retention is so poor ????? It’s because of your service it’s shocking !!! One of the worst decisions I ever made moving to virgin !!

@virginmedia Just go round the loop of reset and reboot hub as been done many times, then tell me it looks like you still have a problem and chat to somebody again. Been there plenty of times, another Erin coming out who will no doubt tell me that there nothing they can do

@virginmedia My Broadband has been down since yesterday. Called up yesterday and was told issues in the area. Today magically it is now the fault of hub and engineer visit needed. the next available a week later. Fed up as no broadband means my work options severely affected.

@virginmedia Experienced truly appalling customer service. Twice delayed my Internet installation date w/o giving a new date. Phone up and apparently giving your full bank account details is a good security question or they won't help you. It should be simple

@virginmedia ‘We are sorry that your are having intermittent phone, broadband Tv issues in the RM11 area. Our engineers are working to fix this but as this is a complex issue it is taking longer than expected’ This has been the message for a number of weeks now!
