    @virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

    @virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

    @virginmedia No, it always follow a wider issue in the area. Virgin say the issue is resolved but we then have patchy service for around a week afterwards.

    @virginmedia It said there wasn’t any so I followed the troubleshooting steps. It took me to the part where it said I needed a technician so I booked one, now I’ve had a message saying you’ve cancelled the booking as it’s an area problem but your website still says there’s no issues.

    @virginmedia New customer. Supposed to be installed on 27th Feb but couldn’t due to cable-sorted within 24 hours, but now a massive wait to come back and install internet and TV. Not great really!!!

    @virginmedia For 3 to 5 days this has been occurring, slow Internet speeds and router rebooting. Nothing was on the page until today. I received no text updates since I registered the issue and their is no estimated day of fix. The service is pretty shocking considering its very good.

    @virginmedia Yeah funnily enough checking service status lies and says all is fine. That needs updating. I have to ring to get an automated message saying its down. With no further details. Then I have to run through hoops to get to speak to someone to say it may come back on the 6th!!!

    @virginmedia Yes, there's a service outage unfortunately! Been checking that page since yesterday. Still no WIFI or mobile data left. 😬 It's been 19 hours now and says it might take until 4.30 today to fix.

    @virginmedia Yet no explanation of the issues. You realise the cost of your broadband? For it to not work for such a long period?? You know many of us have work to do. On top of paying your contract, having to pay to purchase data bundles for my phone to get Internet. It's shocking.
