@virginmedia Will definitely be leaving feedback but once the issue is resolved to my satisfaction as soon as possible. Have had too many issues with your service now, doesn’t justify the charges. I may consider switching if this isn’t sorted soon

@virginmedia Also is that the reason why I can't sign out of my Netflix account properly from my Tv 6 box or any other virgin box in my house because it is linked to the Virgin bill so it will automatiocaly sign in upon start up even if I sign out each time

@virginmedia connection has fallen over again, despite a text message saying the fault had been resolved. BQM seems normal according to the forum. Need some support on this now please. This has been the 7th day now. Can you help?

@virginmedia I've rung 150 and the 0800 number and I'm being sent round in circles. No option to actually speak to anyone. The message says the engineers are working to fix it 'as soon as possible'. Customer service is a disaster
