    @virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

    @virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

    @virginmedia I haven't been satisfied with the broadband connection from installation. I lose signal walking by the hub, never mind the rest of my home. I've given up trying to get help.

    Anyone else having more problems than usual with @Virgin @virginmedia .... I had a phone call from them this morning, which I answered and they hung up. Now nothing is working and I have rebooted everything and still nothing. No internet or TV. 😤

    @virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

    @virginmedia I have never got through on the phone to anyone. I just gave up and sitting out my 18 months contract. I would not have left @skytv if they had not over charged my account with no refund.

    @Pedguin @virginmedia That's exactly what happened to me! They said "it looks fine now" but 5 minutes ago it was completely down and that's the stream ruined. People leave and you lose so many viewers, it's beyond frustrating

    And now the person on the phone hung up on us, not even aware if the package we've agreed has been actioned or not. This is absolutely disgusting service, pre pandemic we never experienced any service as poor as that. May I ask what the complaints procedure is? @virginmedia

    @virginmedia We’re looking at a better deal, can’t afford the current package of £165 per month and we also have ongoing problems with the internet with it cutting out 3/4 times a day.
