    @virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

    @virginmedia They are now saying 2nd march. Why can I not be a priority and they keep referring to the issue as being in the house. It's not indoors and I can't understand why this is not being logged correctly. I feel that 1 of 2 things will occur. No one arrives or not fixed.

    @virginmedia Hi VM team No the agent didn’t get back to me. No issues with lunch breaks but the agent was assigned to my chat enquiry at 16:12 so 14mins before answering, then stating he is the right person to solve my issue. Then saying oh no I can’t, it’s lunchtime. This agent sandbagged
