@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

@virginmedia It's no better at all. I only have good signal in my living room and if I move around the house I lose connection every single time.

And there seems to be no link whatsoever between the Twitter team and any of virgin. It’s like a bot just asking if they have checked the service status which never is right
