-
Tania Harding (@taniah009) reported@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Sorry you’ve experienced this. I had the same with @virginmedia when my dad passed and on calling, the agent was so rude to me it made everything so much harder. Witnessed and we still cannot believe the conversation. Kindness costs nothing.
-
Manoj Parmar (@MannyParmar) reported@virginmedia you’ve made no provisions for your vulnerable customers in the LE5 5AA area after a lightning strike took out comms for everyone? Your estimated time to fix has gone from 24 hours to 4th June which is over a week away! How are life line pendants going to work?
-
the_beeb_23 (@thebeeb_23) reported@virginmedia a little man from virgin media just rocked up at the door to explore opportunities to get our business back. How poor is the customer relationship software that they don’t have on record that pricing, service and delivery was so bog awful I will never go back?
-
Sharon (@SharonHerbert) reported@GeoffJonners @virginmedia They did this to us - went from £124 to £211 so we did the switching service with Sky. Virgin then called to offer us the same package for £74. Too late I’m afraid! 👋
-
mary32 (@marypaul32) reported@virginmedia is this how you treat your vulnerable customers? A 72 year old man has been left with no WiFi after builders cut through a virgin cable. He spent an hour on the phone and virgin won't come to fix it till 10th June. He can't make nhs appt as must be online.
-
d_f1888 (@df1888) reported@virginmedia @LutzSchueler Shocking customer service from VM. Next step will be contacting the communications ombudsman
-
Jane (@janethebuell) reported@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Same problem with @skytv. Told them mum had died & wanted account closed. They said "we cannot close the account, we need to talk to the account holder". I repeated she died. I gave up, sent the equipment back & ignored the flurry of demanding emails. Very distressing.
-
Pete 😷 #COVIDisAirborne (@PeteUK7) reported@ProfChocCaXe @virginmedia Nothing personal? How much more personal than intimating you know my mother's cause of death can you be? Having gone through 3 months of trauma watching her die a slow and painful death, how welcome do you suppose your comments are? I am grieving her loss and people like you are the lowest of the low.
-
Diane Elebert-Morgan (@GMCC_Diane) reported@virginmedia loving the even further dial down of our broadband as we enter InTo the last few days of contract with you! You already turned it down after the first 8 weeks so we had to upgrade! We have never used you before and we will never use you again! Good riddance!
-
Adam (@Adam83492464721) reported@Nasher6328 @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Nah **** that. If I need to go through the song and dance anyway I may as well switch and get whatever freebies they throw to new customers. It’s just a stupid system that doesn’t reward loyalty and means we all have to waste our time every 2 years.
