@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

@virginmedia I have never got through on the phone to anyone. I just gave up and sitting out my 18 months contract. I would not have left @skytv if they had not over charged my account with no refund.

@virginmedia This is the worst provider I have ever had. Not once have you ever answered my calls with constant on going problems and that was before today's fiasco. I won't be renewing my any contract with you and the quicker my contract is up the better.

@virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

Anyone else having more problems than usual with @Virgin @virginmedia .... I had a phone call from them this morning, which I answered and they hung up. Now nothing is working and I have rebooted everything and still nothing. No internet or TV. 😤

@celticghirl_bee @Gerrykeogh2002 @virginmedia If they bump up the prices unexpectedly mid contract you have the right to cancel as they are in breach of contract! You can contact them to remove the increase or cancel altogether #ThatsTheLaw!

@virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

@virginmedia Having finally got through to someone, the update is that yes there is a fault (surprise!) and that it should hopefully be fixed by 09.00 on 15/12 or 92 hours after it occurred. This is a truly terrible service @Ofcom, both in terms of internet provision and customer service

@virginmedia No, I've visited SIX locations from the Collect+ website and none of them would accept it. I eventually got throught to your C. Service dept and they are arranging a collection. Somethings screwy with your deal with Collect+ 👎👎

@LaurenFreeeman @virginmedia Hi Lauren, I totally understand your frustration. My issue was due to the box not being activated prior to install and there isn't anything you can do at your end. I gave 0345 454 1111 a call and it was sorted pretty quickly. Wouldn't have thought you need an engineer for that.
