    @virginmedia I have never got through on the phone to anyone. I just gave up and sitting out my 18 months contract. I would not have left @skytv if they had not over charged my account with no refund.

    @virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

    @virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

    @virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

    Having a rubbish service from #VirginMedia promised hi fibre fast broadband and it keeps buffering. My partner spoke to customer service who said that was normal. We are leaving after 6 weeks of a terrible service

    @virginmedia yes. virgin does not appear. John I get service when I move away from the Dromore mast so it's definitely a local issue

    @virginmedia This is the worst provider I have ever had. Not once have you ever answered my calls with constant on going problems and that was before today's fiasco. I won't be renewing my any contract with you and the quicker my contract is up the better.

    Anyone else having more problems than usual with @Virgin @virginmedia .... I had a phone call from them this morning, which I answered and they hung up. Now nothing is working and I have rebooted everything and still nothing. No internet or TV. 😤

    @virginmedia No we know what the issue is, the cable outside has been cut so needs replacing but yet a technician can't be sent due to Covid but he doesn't have to enter our property. Yesterday it was fine when booking it and today we get a text saying it cancelled! So what do we do now.

    @virginmedia It's not just a security camera. It's a phone, a PC, and sometimes a firestick. All issues are intermittent and inconsistent; and some devices never have issues. I've had to buy wifi velop nodes to ensure a consistent wifi connection.

    @LanceAntony @virginmedia Just hope it transfers into good WiFi, we have the 600 and the WiFi is trash. They do try and help but, they just keep repeating same rubbish. e.g get 600 coming into house with 5-50 on WiFi. Trash

    @virginmedia I’ve been waiting in all day for a 8-1pm appointment been told 3 time will be here before 6 for a reinstall of cables due to loss service but the engineer is advised when called only work mornings for these jobs. Not impressed 4 days no service
