Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported@thenorth4theeu @virginmedia I tried to change a few years ago but they made the process impossible. They sent me texts instead of emails and no other providers will deal with Virgin directly. They have just been fined for their poor customer service, I think. They don't even reach basic standards of decency
-
Wozza (@sworrall36628) reported@virginmedia why is it that I have contacted you 3 times to swap out 2 my wired mini boxes to replace with 2 streaming boxes and I am still yet to receive an email confirming the change! Poor that I spent over 40 mins on chat last week (3rd time) rubbish CX!
-
James Durrant (@je_durrant) reported@virginmedia I did that earlier today and your colleague confirmed nothing can be done until 17th August, over a month since this started. Now you’re saying it’s £1660 to exit a service I can’t even use. “Taking responsibility” and “monitoring” doesn’t solve my problem
-
Karl Dyer (@KarlDyer15) reported@virginmedia maybe have the thickest staff known to man, my dad has issues from there end accessing his emails. They can send a complaint acknowledgment to his email he can’t access. May as well say you can’t be arsed to do your jobs! #clowns
-
sam (@5amcoek) reported@virginmedia Is there any more detail on the fix? It just keeps getting pushed back every couple of hours
-
James Durrant (@je_durrant) reported@coveragechecker @virginmedia Was initially a local outage but turned into someone had unplugged my cable at the exchange and it needed replacing. Sh*t happens, I get it, but to leave someone who pays £1500 a year for a service without anything for a month is plain bad
-
Darren Webb (@United_Webby) reportedHey @virginmedia been on hold for 20mins, customer services!!! No wonder u got a fine!!! Changing to sky asap
-
🌈april🐾 (@77razr) reportedIm back online. Spent hours troubleshooting our new router which was only doing Ethernet and not wireless. I lug my pc downstairs to check the settings. OUR PRINTED PASSWORD IS MISSING TWO ******* CHARACTERS **** VIRGIN MEDIA **** YOU
-
Mr. Cold (@Javier_Cold_) reported@Ofcom @virginmedia sucks. 2 hours going in circles to cancel my package. They get away with it by exhausting you, going around and around, stalling the conversation until you say yes.
-
blueview (@TheblueViews) reported@virginmedia is so ****, nothing loads, disconnects constantly from internet and always CS3300 every time there’s something to watch ,
