    @virginmedia twice now in a week where i have had no tv/broadband , once when it was off for over 12 hrs and now it suggests we wont have a service until 4pm tomorrow. Not good enough. I pay a subscription to watch live sport and i cant watch it. I want some form of compensation

    @virginmedia honestly your customer service is disgrace. your advisor gave false info to get a sale last wk as confirmed by your advisor on my call today, repeatedly put on a silent hold with no signposting so it sounded like been disconnected, blind transferred then systems down

    @dearbhaiiile @virginmedia They seem to have no concern for accessibility either, with phone support pretty much being the only option. Not great for those who are hard of hearing or have a communication difference IMO.

    @virginmedia Yes says to call the customer service number to make changes have also tried the online chat but no good! This is the shocking service for the second night in a row

I'm Hengistbury Head so crap mobile signal too regardless of which carrier. Looked on @VodafoneUK but they can't transfer home number & only offer 40mbps ! Only £19 mind

    @virginmedia I recommend having a look at the tweets from people all over the country which been posted since approx midnight. Service lines don't have up to date info, service pages are off line, diag pages just refuse to load. When I was VM tech support this info would be escalated ASAP.

    @virginmedia I turned off the router last night and then tested it this morning and it seems to be working fine. The connection drops randomly too throughout the day. I will be leaving at the end of my contract. I'm not happy with the service provided.

    @virginmedia You just increased my bill by £4 'for better infrastructure' except my WiFi has gone down again (and again and again). Can I suggest you use smoke signals- they're more reliable than your service.
