Hats off to @virginmedia it has to be a record of some kind! Trying to cancel my broadband, they offer WhatsApp comms, mostly automated. 47 hours waiting to be connected to the person who can actually cancel my contract. I've been ****** about between renewal bots in that time.

@virginmedia I rang the number spoke to a lady who put me through to another dept where I spoke to lady called Jam. She sd her supervisor wud call me after lunch guess what? He didn't. I need ure company to contact ME or im leaving. Horrendous customer service. Kim

No Internet for 2 days now @virginmedia no facility to speak to anyone, book a technician or anything else for that matter. Your help text is quite frankly useless in this situation. Please provide a method to get this resolved ASAP. Awful service.

@virginmedia You've had 7 months now. How does it take 7 MONTHS to fix intermittent internet?! If it's not the equipment, which has been replaced completely over that period, then it's the cable. Replace the cable, job done! Internet fixed! It's not difficult.
