Not good enough. I pay a subscription to watch live sport and i cant watch it. I want some form of compensation

They did the same to me around 2020, except they lied to me about my cancellation date. By the time I called to cancel, they said it was too late. So I disconnected everything and didn’t pay them a penny more.

And obviously the phone line is unusable .. i only use thet to call VM but even they have to call me back on my mobile as they cannot hear me.
