Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • davisady1 Ady Davis (@davisady1) reported

@virginmedia I think you get the gist as to what issues I'm having, all ways of trying to log in fails. VM Apps dont recognise my email or mobile number or any log in details??

  • LizzumsBB ⭐️Lizzums 🌙 (@LizzumsBB) reported

@virginmedia If the issues with the powerline count as wired, yes. The PC in range enough to try wired with the router just doesn't work at all, but it didn't before either but we've had far more issues since getting an "upgraded" router. Can be stood next to it and it goes off

  • KateWilkerr Kate Wilkerson (@KateWilkerr) reported

@virginmedia It appears to be your protocol to lie to customers until they give up and you can keep our money. I'm literally fuming. I have just been on the phone again and no help what so ever.

  • DianedmDixon Diane Dixon 💙 (@DianedmDixon) reported

@virginmedia @vmbusiness can you help? Disasterous day for our patients no phone lines, and a saga of terrible advice & service from your customer service. Truly shocking

  • Barney666Simon Barney 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 (@Barney666Simon) reported

@virginmedia Still experiencing these issues @virginmedia No follow up from your last explanation. Unfortunately still not fixed 🤬. But I am (your customer) still being forced to watch my catchup NOT using Virgin UPGRADED TV package you were quick enough to supply. thank god for @SamsungUK

  • NJM71 Nic Millar (@NJM71) reported

@virginmedia I'd rather contact them when it's convenient for me when I'm not working, hence the messaging service (which is a waste of time) .. but thanks 🙄

  • nessigoodman Vanessa (@nessigoodman) reported

@virginmedia My apologies... you charged us £78 early disconnection fee when we moved house. To an area that doesn't have Virgin Media and having been a loyal customer for many years.....we can't provide proof of address other than Royal Mail redirection service which wasn't good enough.

  • _Mr_Freeze_ MrFreeze🥶 (@_Mr_Freeze_) reported
