@virginmedia 3 issues. Virgin tv app slow to log in, doesn't show any of my paid channels. Broadband intermittent this week. Wi-Fi router range is poor in general. No signal in adjoining room.

@virginmedia brilliant service. Quick call to downgrade package/pause sports 35 mins hold and call just terminates. Bet if I stop paying the what is it £105 a month I’ll be cut off in minutes and phoned constantly for the outstanding money.

@StephenStitt @virginmedia Their customer service team are fairly decent if you give them a call when they are available tomorrow. (They will probably ask you do do everything you've tried yourself though)

@virginmedia It was showing a fault this morning but it now tells me everything is fixed. However the WiFi continues to come and go ever few minutes. I have reset twice but there is still a problem ongoing from 10.00 last night.

@virginmedia have to say Ur customer service is shocking been trying to cancel my service due to a move is horrendous 3days and over 4hrs on the phone and passed to department after department only to get cut off and never rung back why can't a cancellation be 1 click!
