Absolutely ridiculous. Cost me a fortune on data when I moved and VM kept getting the addres wrong, was well over a month without the service and this was 2 months ago.

MacMurray 🇬🇧 (@DeviateDefiant) reported@virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I've switched, I'm getting an Openreach FTTP line installed in a couple of weeks 👍 I've gone through BT, not sure if I'll stick with them, or just cancel within the 14 days - but that line gives me access to tons more ISPs. Latency will be way better than old Virgin coax too.
