@virginmedia They left me to fend for myself, the new sim wiped out my APN settings, @virginmedia were no help at all, got settings from a third party 😱

@virginmedia It was showing a fault this morning but it now tells me everything is fixed. However the WiFi continues to come and go ever few minutes. I have reset twice but there is still a problem ongoing from 10.00 last night.

Broadband is so frustrating. Family going nuts! I’m sure VM staff are trying their best to fix but not good enough. Been on off on off in BT4 (Belfast) for weeks. Router switched on and off with no improvement. Seriously thinking of closing top home package account.#virginmedia

@virginmedia Wish I could tell you it was better. But the internet is going on and off every few minutes. The service has been good for the last couple of months but since yesterday evening it has been terrible. Sorry.

@virginmedia BT5 Belfast 7 hour outage, any chance we could get an estimate on when this will be fixed, or even an acknowledgement from your status checker that there is a problem, constant problems for the past month.

@virginmedia Calls and texts are fine data is the problem can't even use the old SIM it has been cancelled! Tried getting through on 789 but just can't get through!

@virginmedia I’m not sure what your system is for replying to these but I’ve been trying to contact you for days. I’m being ignored whilst more recent queries are being prioritised & answered. Broadband is still not working. Can’t work from home at all now. FIX IT.

@creppermint @virginmedia 2/ maintenance or scheduled maintenance, but just turning it off no warning when people are trying to work from home is just poor service. The website is useless, no faults showing and call centres closed, no way to contact them...

@virginmedia Hang on, always use a wire for your WiFi, does that not defeat the purpose of WiFi!! Listen I am not getting what I am paying for 45 quid for speeds of 20mbps. Not right, I should be getting 500mbps. You advised if 3 times in a month you will refund, its been less that 7 days!!

I’ve had poor customer care recently from @virginmedia and @FirstChoiceUK. The latter redeemed itself with a good call. However, it has to be said, @skytv has always had great customer care for me. Issues resolved very fast.

I was with Virgin Media on and off for about 15 years. Never an issue that lasted more than a few hours. I've been with BT less than a month and now we're on our second engineers visit...lol Worst thing about moving house. Virgin not in the area >.<
