-
Ricky Butcher (@rickybutcher_) reported@virginmedia 5 mins left in the match & forced to sit through 3x 20/30 second ads for Real Madrid Vs Bayern Munich. I promise you, whatever pennies you're gleaning from people tuning in late they are wildly offset by those who'll swear never to give you another penny otherwise.
-
Heinz Beanz (@Delveyboy) reported@virginmedia Why would they cut my service completely? They deliberately cut my wire to service the neighbour. When I questioned them, they completely denied it. And why couldn't they have fixed it on the spot? Instead of having no service? Breach of contract
