    Well done to @virginmedia’s off shore support team for taking a loyal customer of 24 years, treating them so insensitively that they’ve now cancelled their contract and will go elsewhere for phone, broadband and TV.

    @virginmedia Just the one channel. The picture is jerking and freezing and has been for a good week now. As I said every other channel appears to be perfectly fine, it's just a problem with @wchannel

    No Internet for 2 days now @virginmedia no facility to speak to anyone, book a technician or anything else for that matter. Your help text is quite frankly useless in this situation. Please provide a method to get this resolved ASAP. Awful service.

    @virginmedia @TaylorMod Yes we've checked, the world and its granny knows VM is down in Belfast but this has been since Monday now. Absolutely ridiculous. Cost me a fortune on data when I moved and VM kept getting the addres wrong, was well over a month without the service and this was 2 months ago.

    Cannot believe how @virginmedia treat their elderly customers. 75 year old women completly let down Have taken her money and delivered no services for two months. Disgusting to leave her isolated with No Sevices and no communication.

    So frustrated with @virginmedia sat for ages on live chat reducing my package.. was going through final stages and suspiciously my broad band went down Coincidence??

    @virginmedia Yes but too much headache why can’t you just carry on same package till the customer want instead of renewing every 18 months now I had package Broadband,Phone,Sim. With new package I have lost Sim because being a loyal customer you charging more. Not happy with customer service.

    @virginmedia The problem is there’s no info. Says should be resolved by 2 hours ago. Virgin are terrible at updating customers when there are issues. I’ve registered but get nothing.

    @virginmedia Hi, I was sent a phone connector to move my phone from a wired socket to my hub3. While it calls nicely it no longer rings incoming. Today changed to a hub5, same problem. all plugged in correctly. ringer on. Any ideas?
