  • beezlebum
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No! It's your issue with your equipment. You should be keeping me, as a valued customer, informed. I've spent hours listening to crap music waiting to get information about this. Then being lied to. Do better.

  • beezlebum
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No. YOU need to talk to me. YOU need to tell me what's going on. YOU need to sort out your woefully inadequate 'customer service'.

@virginmedia It may be an issue you're already aware of but it's going on for 3 days now and not even as much as an email to explain why.

  • Anna_McD91
Anna Poland (@Anna_McD91) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia worst service ever. Who can I speak to about cancelling a contract that has never gone more than 3 days without freezing and buffering?

  • lennylinfield
Leonard Totton (@lennylinfield) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@theboardlfc @virginmedia It’s terrible. Mine was fine until lockdown started then it dropped to on average 8mb! Called a few times to be told it was fine. Only for preferring Virgin TV I would have changed a while back. There are many with the same story

  • dryder11
Daniel Ryder (@dryder11) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia holding for over an hour to speak to customer services - hung up and rang the sales as a “new customer” answered within 3 rings. I appreciate that your limited with staff but don’t forget your existing customers #frustrating

  • beezlebum
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No! I've just spent 26 minutes trying to get through, so I'm just going to pester you on here instead. I've raised three separate complaints to no avail. My only recourse is public humiliation. For a communications company you're really very poor at it.

  • johnpbell
John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

  • CarryOnGemma
    CarryOnGemma (@CarryOnGemma) reported

What now? @VirginMedia? I have tried to sign into my account to claim the reimbursement from not having the products you charge from dad. He should be getting a hefty rebate. Yet, you now can't sign me into the account because it's not connected to O2. So I tried that and you've blocked me because I have used the email to sign in too much. The email that is connected to the account. Then the phone number too much. If you don't fix this before I call you in the next twenty-four hours I'll take this to the courts which you have your bots saying people can't. Get me to let me sign in.

In the meantime, they're offering the same to new customers for less than £30. You know what? I'm going to make you fix your broken kit and then I'm going to find a new provider. **** you and your stupid ******* games, @virginmedia
