@TSSNI @virginmedia completely disgusted by Virgin Media. Have recently taken out 3 phones on contract bringing it up to 4 on the account. One stops working less than a month after buying it and now they are looking to charge me to fix it before even looking at the phone.

@dearbhaiiile @virginmedia They seem to have no concern for accessibility either, with phone support pretty much being the only option. Not great for those who are hard of hearing or have a communication difference IMO.

@virginmedia. Signed up for 1 month sports channel. Told it would cost £15. Paid three times this. Not informed we had to ring up and cancel. Now three months paying double our usual bill.

@beatlebaby84 @virginmedia With all these services I record the time, explain I'm busy and ask them to credit me £20, they never do, but often they'll credit £10 or £8, always worth a try!

@virginmedia I've already reported both issues. It's highly frustrating that a fault with one service knocks out everything.

@virginmedia Your hold music sucks and it's annoying to have to have a full argument trying to cancel your account thanks. Try some calming music. Hold is rage inducing enough. Stick it in a suggestion box.

@virginmedia @virginmedia one of ur managers was supposed to call us 1. For how rude whoever we spoke to on Saturday was & 2. To discuss compensation owed for loss of service, my wasted time AND the number of times we’ve had loss of service which means I am unable to do my own job properly.

@virginmedia How do I contact them when I have no phone to use and the link you have provided is for broadband only? Are you aware of a thing called customer service? So far, it's non existent, pass the buck and let the customer deal with it. Looks like O2 will be getting new business soon!
