  • AineM15 Aine Murray (@AineM15) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia for anyone who is thinking about switching to virgin media don't. Their £50 refer a friend credit doesn't work and they charge £35 for the activation fee and take the first and second month in advance. So now looking at a bill of over £100. Tried to phone but no use

  • awakingcell 𝕭𝖊𝖆𝖓 𝖆𝖓 𝕾í (@awakingcell) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Your hold music sucks and it's annoying to have to have a full argument trying to cancel your account thanks. Try some calming music. Hold is rage inducing enough. Stick it in a suggestion box.

  • a_golonka Agnieszka Golonka (@a_golonka) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@jadey_voorhees @virginmedia They really are, I don’t know how they still exist! Try sky, and because you work within abbeycenter guys will give you discount, they did for me as well. Means if any issues as well you don’t have to phone customer services, they will be able to sort it out for you on the spot!

  • oharamal Cllr Mal O’Hara (Castle DEA) Belfast (@oharamal) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
