    @virginmedia It was showing a fault this morning but it now tells me everything is fixed. However the WiFi continues to come and go ever few minutes. I have reset twice but there is still a problem ongoing from 10.00 last night.

    @creppermint @virginmedia 2/ maintenance or scheduled maintenance, but just turning it off no warning when people are trying to work from home is just poor service. The website is useless, no faults showing and call centres closed, no way to contact them...

    @virginmedia And as a side note, your website help is awful. Your telephone staff and probably yourself must get hacked off with getting shouted at and abuse. It's because customers are so frustrated by the time they get to speak to anybody. And don't blame covid, it was the same before.
