@virginmedia I am not happy with my Internet speeds. I have been a virgin customer for 3 years and have been told that I apparently have too many devices connected which I have never heard of with any previous provider. I have 100mbps and have had nothing but slow lagging stream

i honestly think virgin media are the worst, least transparent, most unintuitive wi-fi providers in the uk. i’ve had to speak to 5 individual people today already just to try and close an account, and now they want another month of money for a house i don’t live in! fraudsters.

@virginmedia Well, I can't believe that the cable would be broken as no one has touched it once today. The internet just ended up slowing down in the afternoon, and when I went to do a speed test, it stopped all together, and just kept returning "No RF Signal".
