    @virginmedia brilliant service. Quick call to downgrade package/pause sports 35 mins hold and call just terminates. Bet if I stop paying the what is it £105 a month I’ll be cut off in minutes and phoned constantly for the outstanding money.

    Broadband is so frustrating. Family going nuts! I’m sure VM staff are trying their best to fix but not good enough. Been on off on off in BT4 (Belfast) for weeks. Router switched on and off with no improvement. Seriously thinking of closing top home package account.#virginmedia

    Been holding important meetings from home using Virgin as my provider. I did 5 last week, one each day lasting all day. Each day the internet went down for a variety of times. I can’t get in touch with Virgin - I waited 50 minutes on the phone to have my call dropped @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’m not sure what your system is for replying to these but I’ve been trying to contact you for days. I’m being ignored whilst more recent queries are being prioritised & answered. Broadband is still not working. Can’t work from home at all now. FIX IT.

    @virginmedia evening, we recieved our quick start package but the account needs to be activated. We have two young kids and have been a few days without service. I have used the text service but haven’t received a call back.

    @virginmedia It was showing a fault this morning but it now tells me everything is fixed. However the WiFi continues to come and go ever few minutes. I have reset twice but there is still a problem ongoing from 10.00 last night.

    @virginmedia whats going on with your Live TV. Can't login with any browser except Firefox, including mobile. Then Sky Sports is telling me the device isn't registered. (It is). Then when I click device management from your app the website times out. This is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia Which proves that your handlers have lied to me. Got told 7. Can you address no options exits on your telephone system to speak to a complaints team or customer service team. Give the numbers a call quoted in your policy. Your need a dedicated number.
