@raycasey2003 Delicious! Having just spent six months of my life battling @virginmedia for the bare minimum compensation I was entitled to and witnessing their atrocious 'customer service', this has delighted me. I know he doesn't own Vigin Media anymore, but he created the monster.

@virginmedia Oh for many a useless hour. We then spotted engineers outside. He said he wasn’t here to install internet, but to find Toby box. I said it’s there, someone dug it up 3 weeks ago. He said someone couldn’t find it during the week. Short story, it’s found please help

@virginmedia you have the worst laid out website. All I'm trying to do is speak to someone on chat to figure out why I have zero upload speed right now and honestly thinking of just cancelling my broadband contract because your site is so unfriendly for customers to navigate.

Well done to @virginmedia’s off shore support team for taking a loyal customer of 24 years, treating them so insensitively that they’ve now cancelled their contract and will go elsewhere for phone, broadband and TV.

@virginmedia Just the one channel. The picture is jerking and freezing and has been for a good week now. As I said every other channel appears to be perfectly fine, it's just a problem with @wchannel

.@virginmedia please can you stop calling me every day? Long term customer offered £45 per month renewal, got double the speed for half the price with @TalkTalk 👏🏼 Since then, repeated calls offering £20 per month package, should have rewarded loyalty to begin with! @Ofcom

@virginmedia Yes. And another call already, that's 2 for today. I'm blocking both numbers. Terrible customer service practice.

@virginmedia "aren't guaranteed?" They've been terrible from day one. After 6 months as a customer you clearly overpromise on your capabilities. My speeds at the moment are probably no better than dial up

@virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

@virginmedia No, I never thought I needed to, I thought the whole point was that's it's wireless broadband. Connecting something and getting a fast reading will make no difference to myself and my family as we struggle to stream or game on our wireless devices.

@virginmedia why don't I see gigabit in the list of upgrade options. I only see 500 and 600 mbit. Your entire network does gigabit now right? so why isn't it an upgrade option ? I'd rather order online not via phone.
