  • Ye_Tian_1223 Tian Ye (@Ye_Tian_1223) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

    Can’t cancel the broadband service from @virginmedia . Since 2 July, we tried to sent numerous emails/feedbacks and no response received; called for several times and waited for 20 minutes with no one answered the phone. No access on the webpage to cancel the package as well.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

    @seatzie I pay 60 for 350meg down 35 up on @virginmedia BT for 60 offer 1gbps down and 110mbps up with ipv6

    @seatzie @internetsense @virginmedia Even still the Max power is determined by Radited power from the antenna. But yes antenna position and placement will help . Putting a small one inside the box isn’t great, To be fair their routers are pants. They can’t even handle the throughput of 350meg in router mode

  • Miss_Pumpkin666 Caroline (@Miss_Pumpkin666) reported from Birmingham, England

    @sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

  • staceylou0903 Stacey Shioda (@staceylou0903) reported

    @virginmedia So because of YOUR problem with YOUR Internet and tv, people have to suffer and take unpaid leave from work due to working from home and using your services right before Christmas! We’re still in a pandemic which prevents us working in an office so HAVE to use your services

  • Gamr1UK PeterE #IAmEUropean (@Gamr1UK) reported

    @virginmedia I have chronic illness. I am on long-term sick & advised the Movers team that I cannot access my military email. Originally told this was not a problem, but since learned that the disconnection did not go ahead because of this. Now I'm having to pay from 10 Sep till end of Dec!
