Have had the phone sent back once and now two weeks later still awaiting a pack to send it off again. Been told just to go to @Apple and been hung up on twice. Hundreds of pounds a month being paid to @virginmedia and not even a hint of customer service!!!! Disgusting

@dearbhaiiile @virginmedia They seem to have no concern for accessibility either, with phone support pretty much being the only option. Not great for those who are hard of hearing or have a communication difference IMO.

@virginmedia twice now in a week where i have had no tv/broadband , once when it was off for over 12 hrs and now it suggests we wont have a service until 4pm tomorrow. Not good enough. I pay a subscription to watch live sport and i cant watch it. I want some form of compensation

@TSSNI @virginmedia completely disgusted by Virgin Media. Have recently taken out 3 phones on contract bringing it up to 4 on the account. One stops working less than a month after buying it and now they are looking to charge me to fix it before even looking at the phone.

I called them on 27 Sep & had another 30 min phone call getting passed around departments. They concluded that there was no record of them agreeing to the cancelation fee being wavered. But @virginmedia aren't your phone calls recorded? Do you not make notes on customer accs?
