@theboardlfc @virginmedia It’s terrible. Mine was fine until lockdown started then it dropped to on average 8mb! Called a few times to be told it was fine. Only for preferring Virgin TV I would have changed a while back. There are many with the same story

@virginmedia Then I noticed that I was missing the children’s channels. I called and got it sorted but I was told the new bill will show as £150 odd but not to worry a manager will be applying discount, that never happened.

@virginmedia I called again on Saturday to resolve this again and I was told this was a crazy amount of discount and that any TL or manager would find it difficult to approve. After hours on the phone and all Managment unable to help, I’ve now been advised to make a complaint.

@virginmedia the last 5 days your Internet in the Ketley area of Telford has been dreadful. On and off randomly, sometimes off for upto 8hrs and often so slow you can't stream anything without buffering. You should refund everyone here for a weeks service.

@virginmedia How can I get to speak to someone (not a BOT) Who will not be rude, not put the phone down on me and will resolve an issue that has involved 6 of your (sub)contractors not being able to do their job because nobody submits a report saying why they can't finish the job!
