    @virginmedia can you tell me how to send back your NOT so super intelligent WiFi booster. It's crap, does not work and ever since we used it we keep getting kicked off wifi, both me and my partner. Internet speeds are worse on some devices.

    @virginmedia The housemate who's connection it is has been in contact many times, apparently on Monday he was told permission was needed from the account holder of the new connection, who jas not been contacted about that, and it also sounds too stupid to be true

    @virginmedia I rang the number spoke to a lady who put me through to another dept where I spoke to lady called Jam. She sd her supervisor wud call me after lunch guess what? He didn't. I need ure company to contact ME or im leaving. Horrendous customer service. Kim

    @virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

    @virginmedia I am not happy with my Internet speeds. I have been a virgin customer for 3 years and have been told that I apparently have too many devices connected which I have never heard of with any previous provider. I have 100mbps and have had nothing but slow lagging stream

    .@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

    @virginmedia I have tried to contact your mobile customer service, 4 times in the last 40 minutes or so. On the first 2 occasions, I heard laughing in the background, and was then cut off, after the operator introduced herself. The 3rd time, I was cut off after c. 5-10 minutes.

    @virginmedia no tv or Wi-Fi since Saturday. First update said fix by 10am today, second update said fix by 6pm. Still no update (and text updates not happening even though I signed up for them). WFH tomorrow….. hope it’s fixed by then?
