@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

@virginmedia yet another example of horrendous service from @virginmedia - “too busy” to deal with my call so disconnected me..... online service that I was directed to .... cannot make the changes I need .... not providing service but guess what .... still charging me !!!

@virginmedia Yes it just wasn’t laid in front of our apartments they went around instead so they can’t be connected to the virgin line and they want me to pay for moving to a non virgin area when it clearly is if the entire street has the line down bar this small section

@virginmedia Couldn't finish the conversation. No have received a email saying "disconnection virgin, and states will be disconnected on agreed date" when no date was agreed. Really terrible customer service

Can’t cancel the broadband service from @virginmedia . Since 2 July, we tried to sent numerous emails/feedbacks and no response received; called for several times and waited for 20 minutes with no one answered the phone. No access on the webpage to cancel the package as well.

@seatzie @internetsense @virginmedia Even still the Max power is determined by Radited power from the antenna. But yes antenna position and placement will help . Putting a small one inside the box isn’t great, To be fair their routers are pants. They can’t even handle the throughput of 350meg in router mode

@uc_stan @virginmedia Can’t get a hold of them to cancel the fee tho they said it’s a non virgin area but they have it at every house on the street then it just ends at our apartments and starts again next house up like they went around the apartments purposely so it’s in the t&cs that’s their fault

@virginmedia Sorry I meant the box you send me to return your virgin fibre equipment. I just need them to send it to my new address. I’ve contacted numerous times via phone. Always hang up on me trued different times of the day. Always wrong department. I think once all I spoke to 4 ppl.

Just back online after internet went down 11.5 hours into my 7.5 hour shift. Rebooting the router for the third time this week eventually fixed it. Cheers @virginmedia - wasn't keen on actually finishing for the day, anyway.

@virginmedia You had a WHOLE DAY to resolve the issue!! I had to leave my house and move away from the house before my mobile network worked!! The issue VM is encountering is to do with the connection between O2 and VM. It’s conflicting in the house!!! Pls sort it out! My work is affected!!

@virginmedia Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I’ve spent over an hour on the phone tonight as you think it’s acceptable to charge cancellation fines when you’re unable to provide a service at a new property. Perhaps someone could give me a ring, 5 of your colleagues have been useless.
