    @virginmedia twice now in a week where i have had no tv/broadband , once when it was off for over 12 hrs and now it suggests we wont have a service until 4pm tomorrow. Not good enough. I pay a subscription to watch live sport and i cant watch it. I want some form of compensation

    Ben tried contacting @virginmedia because someone has ****** up our account during our house move. He was ignored and could hear the girl typing in the background. He tried saying hello repetitively but no one responded. Not acceptable to treat your customers this way!!!!

    Hello @virginmedia new customer here, part of the package was as a sim card never got it been 3 weeks. And can't register or contact virgin mobile. Just want a new SIM card sent out not 17 help pages of nothing

    @virginmedia Virgin Media appalling customer services. Almost impossible to contact them to report a dead land line. Used my mobile and sent around endless SMS and WhatsApp circles & told, are doing tests call us back on 150 in 10 mins for result. How? My land line is dead.
