  • johnpbell John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

.@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

  • johnpbell John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

@TracyWoodley4 @virginmedia @Virgin Their service has certainly gone down hill and this issue with the call centre is a complete farce. If they can't even get their own internal systems sorted as a telecomms company what hope do we have? My contract is up in March and I will defo be leaving Virgin.

@virginmedia You realise this is insane? I've told you in writing multiple times on multiple channels that I want to cancel. I've told a member of your team on the phone. Surely the onus is now on you to sort that out. How many hours do you expect people to sacrifice?

  • TheRealBenHart Ben Hart (@TheRealBenHart) reported from Hillingdon, England

@virginmedia 2nd time this week that the broadband has been completely down! Fed up with being sent in circles by your telephone system. Your fault reporting seems to flip between acknowledging there is a fault and proclaiming no fault.

  • _UrbanDiva_ Fionn Leitch (@_UrbanDiva_) reported

@virginmedia day 3 of no-one dealing with my cancellation. Seems your WhatsApp support has now fallen off and I am still no further forward with cancelling my account. Customer service is really at it’s all time low.
