@virginmedia No! It's your issue with your equipment. You should be keeping me, as a valued customer, informed. I've spent hours listening to crap music waiting to get information about this. Then being lied to. Do better.

@virginmedia No. YOU need to talk to me. YOU need to tell me what's going on. YOU need to sort out your woefully inadequate 'customer service'.
-
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia No! I've just spent 26 minutes trying to get through, so I'm just going to pester you on here instead. I've raised three separate complaints to no avail. My only recourse is public humiliation. For a communications company you're really very poor at it.

Anna Poland (@Anna_McD91) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia worst service ever. Who can I speak to about cancelling a contract that has never gone more than 3 days without freezing and buffering?
-
John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland
.@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

@virginmedia I'm shocked how poor you treat your customers. I cancelled my service 10 days ago and somehow you talked me into staying... but then failed to live up to your promises again... I have cancelled today. Thank God for the 14 cooling off period. #Broadband #complaint
-
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia you've surpassed yourselves this time! 50 days without broadband and yet another promised date of reconnection passed with no communication or explanation. I refuse to waste another sunny weekend waiting for your useless 'customer services' to lie to me.

@virginmedia Nearly an hour trying to call. I have better things to be doing on a Saturday. This is atrocious. All I want is an explanation as to why I have been denied a service for two months and lied to repeatedly.
-
Mark McLaughlin (@MarkMcL60727750) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia I am not happy with my Internet speeds. I have been a virgin customer for 3 years and have been told that I apparently have too many devices connected which I have never heard of with any previous provider. I have 100mbps and have had nothing but slow lagging stream
-
Gerry McCrudden (@BeauSooth) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia "I am really so sorry that you are looking to cancel the services which I will need to get you connected with our customer relations team who will be able to help you further..." I had to ring on a different day as I had no more time that day

-
John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

@virginmedia I’ve done this many times and it just persist with the same issue. I’d rather change internet provider because any other provider would’ve sent an engineer out by now.

@virginmedia why the f*** are you just ending the call when I try to call for technical support, not even giving me the option to wait for someone to help, just saying you are all busy
-
ahbebes (@ahbebes) reported
@virginmedia Hi, apparently they have engineers out in the area but it’s been like this since March last year, I even have WiFi boosters but they don’t help. I’m supposed to be getting 200 mbps but I get around 2.5 which is ridiculous considering the amount I pay for it.
-
James Berry (@jamesberry66) reported
@virginmedia To be honest I think I’ve given up and am going to cancel. Spent days on the phone trying to resolve and had an engineer who replaced old external cable and components , this has improved but internet still randomly drops out. Not ideal when working from home!

Eggroll👍🇬🇧🇯🇵 (@Eggroll_Shogun) reported
@virginmedia You have been totally unable to give any clear picture of what is happening, no. A frankly embarrassing state of internal confusion within your organisation that would make me die of shame. What are you going to do to fix this.
-
Sandy Lindsay MBE 🐝 (@SandyLindsay) reported
@virginmedia I’ve already explained! One of the TVs is getting no signal at all and the other is not getting the full package. I do NOT want to spend my time going backwards and forwards on here with you - I kind of have a job of my own (or six!) to do! I want an engineer!
