    @virginmedia I called again on Saturday to resolve this again and I was told this was a crazy amount of discount and that any TL or manager would find it difficult to approve. After hours on the phone and all Managment unable to help, I’ve now been advised to make a complaint.

    So is YouTube buffering a thing now ? Running Speedtest on my Apple TV i get 330/40 with Virgin Media and yet pretty much all videos will initially have buffering issues

    @virginmedia Then I noticed that I was missing the children’s channels. I called and got it sorted but I was told the new bill will show as £150 odd but not to worry a manager will be applying discount, that never happened.

    In the same 28 April email, Virgin Media wrote: "a dedicated chat-based support route for customers with reasonable adjustments is needed... an area where we must improve." They wrote that 6 days ago. Today the next cycle broke.

    @virginmedia - no broadband since Wednesday night. I managed to speak to a person at your help centre. They told me there was there is no service! Wow. When asked what the cause of the problem was, I was told that the engineers were looking into it. What is causing the issue?
