    @virginmedia so we contacted u yesterday at approx 330pm to complain about service or lack of and after being bounced about, we were told a manger would contact us within a 2hour period. We are still waiting. Absolutely terrible customer service to date!

    @virginmedia We have had new boosters sent out and recently a new hub to try to solve the problems but still they remain unresolved. This situation needs addressed as we are currently paying for a service that we aren’t receiving

    @jadey_voorhees @virginmedia Honestly they are horrible, we changed to sky. Their customer service is terrible, up to 1 h waiting on the phone after having to press all the options... just for them to put you on hold and hang up! Took me over 1 week of phoning to finally cancel the contract!

    @virginmedia No! I have logged onto @primevideouk on another device and it works. So my account is fine. But it's not working on my V6 box and I have missed the first half of the match.

    @virginmedia It’s not working again. Ran the equipment test and it has detected something is wrong. Checked all the cables and no issues there.

    @virginmedia 3 issues. Virgin tv app slow to log in, doesn't show any of my paid channels. Broadband intermittent this week. Wi-Fi router range is poor in general. No signal in adjoining room.

    @StephenStitt @virginmedia Their customer service team are fairly decent if you give them a call when they are available tomorrow. (They will probably ask you do do everything you've tried yourself though)

    @jadey_voorhees @virginmedia They really are, I don’t know how they still exist! Try sky, and because you work within abbeycenter guys will give you discount, they did for me as well. Means if any issues as well you don’t have to phone customer services, they will be able to sort it out for you on the spot!

    @virginmedia I’m currently on hold at 38 minutes waiting to speak to customer service - apparently I’m moving house and reinstalling in Craigavon on 3rd December. I live in belfast and have not planned a move. Apparently resolved weeks ago but a flurry of texts yesterday

    2yrs of trouble with @virginmedia. Every solution is to upgrade,£120 a month yet out of date equipment,buffering,no ondemand/catch-up.Ring to cancel & 5 depts all try upgrade.Give notice and WiFi goes off every 5 mins,is this a ploy to get us to ring again so you can try upgrade?

    @mattgreencomedy @virginmedia Had more power cuts and other issues this year than since I moved to Kent 7 years ago. (5 power cuts, 2 serious internet outages versus 0 power cuts and 1 brief mobile phone issue). Almost like the infrastructure is falling apart and nobody gives a ****.

    @JazzerStix @virginmedia I wouldn't bother. I've sent 3 online complaints to them in the last 2 months - they don't call you and don't actually deal with your complaint properly. Latest response was that they suggest I call when I've been getting nowhere with them on the phone already. Another 2hr call!

    @virginmedia I HATE VIRGIN MEDIA. THEY SUCK. MY BROADBAND SUCKS. IT TOOK 10 MINUTES TO UPLOAD THIS.... PROBABLY.. I GAVE UP WAITING SO MAYBE IT NEVER DID...... COUNTING THE DAYS UNTIL I CAN CANCEL MY SUCKY VIRGIN MEDIA BROADBAND. DIAL UP HERE I COME.
