  • lennylinfield Leonard Totton (@lennylinfield) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@theboardlfc @virginmedia It’s terrible. Mine was fine until lockdown started then it dropped to on average 8mb! Called a few times to be told it was fine. Only for preferring Virgin TV I would have changed a while back. There are many with the same story

  • DrRichCollins Richard Collins (@DrRichCollins) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Two calls to 150 left me with little confidence that issue would be resolved. Neither seemed to know what was going on... VM have my number so I would appreciate if someone with some technical knowledge could call me. You’re currently not providing the service I’m paying for

  • Fionnominal Fionntán BP Clarke. (@Fionnominal) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Thank you, but any chance you might actually try to resolve the issue rather than just redirect me to policies?

  • _JennyMcKiernan Jennifer McKiernan (@_JennyMcKiernan) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Your complaints team appears to have lied to me. They've failed to register my formal complaint about harassment & what appears to be a criminal data breach. This is all over a router that was returned a year ago. Can you help?

@virginmedia is there currently a WiFi outage - been having intermittent issue?

  • Miss_Pumpkin666 Caroline (@Miss_Pumpkin666) reported from Birmingham, England

@sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

  • staceylou0903 Stacey Shioda (@staceylou0903) reported

@virginmedia So because of YOUR problem with YOUR Internet and tv, people have to suffer and take unpaid leave from work due to working from home and using your services right before Christmas! We’re still in a pandemic which prevents us working in an office so HAVE to use your services

  • Gamr1UK PeterE #IAmEUropean (@Gamr1UK) reported
