@virginmedia Nearly an hour trying to call. I have better things to be doing on a Saturday. This is atrocious. All I want is an explanation as to why I have been denied a service for two months and lied to repeatedly.

Harbour 💚 (@HarbourLord) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia you have the worst laid out website. All I'm trying to do is speak to someone on chat to figure out why I have zero upload speed right now and honestly thinking of just cancelling my broadband contract because your site is so unfriendly for customers to navigate.

@virginmedia No, I never thought I needed to, I thought the whole point was that's it's wireless broadband. Connecting something and getting a fast reading will make no difference to myself and my family as we struggle to stream or game on our wireless devices.

@virginmedia 5 mins left in the match & forced to sit through 3x 20/30 second ads for Real Madrid Vs Bayern Munich. I promise you, whatever pennies you're gleaning from people tuning in late they are wildly offset by those who'll swear never to give you another penny otherwise.

  • Delveyboy
    Heinz Beanz (@Delveyboy) reported

@virginmedia Why would they cut my service completely? They deliberately cut my wire to service the neighbour. When I questioned them, they completely denied it. And why couldn't they have fixed it on the spot? Instead of having no service? Breach of contract

  • Geoffb85

  • MRSRIZZI
    Vicky Rizzi (@MRSRIZZI) reported

@virginmedia how can you disconnect all of our services without permission of the bill payer and leave us with no service as you thought we had moved house? We are 5 days numerous phone calls and still without any supply at all and pay £119 a month for the so called privilege.
