When is @virginmedia going to be called to order by authorities. How is possible they get away with customers on hold for hours, broadband service levels vastly below power and to rub salt in, @virginmedia think it is acceptable to increase their fees? Enough is enough, @CISASUK!

@JAcheson_Eng @virginmedia I’m sure they all have issues at some point although I’ve had Sky Fibre Broadband and it’s been very good and the service support over the phone has been really excellent. I had an issue recently and it was sorted in 30 minutes over the phone.

@virginmedia I asked to log a complaint on the call but was told it was not possible, I was also told I wasn't allowed to speak to the manager, it's ridiculous I spent 90mins on call and now have to go to a website to log it - this is basically fraud

@virginmedia NO UPDATES. Yes FOR DELIVERY! Your manager on phone just LIED and said there was NO replacement hub booked & it was impossible to get one!!! After the agent before him CONFIRMED THE PROBLEM & REPLACEMENT HUB PROMISE !! I want out of my contract & any FEES/PENALTIES WAIVED!
