@LouiseB555 @virginmedia Ah no 🙁 We’re in an estate but right at the back, I have fields with cows in them the other side of our garden fence. Phone signal is 25-50% at best, but WiFi-call just went from 30-50 Mbps to 365 Mbps 👏🏻👍🏻🙌🏻

Looool as if a manager from @virginmedia has just hung the phone up on me because I was complaining about their broadband 😂 don’t tell a customer it’s gonna b fixed by a certain time if it won’t be. Think I’ll be moving to sky internet now 😊😊😊😊

Ben tried contacting @virginmedia because someone has ****** up our account during our house move. He was ignored and could hear the girl typing in the background. He tried saying hello repetitively but no one responded. Not acceptable to treat your customers this way!!!!

@AMasiey @British_Airways If they're anything like @virginmedia you've no chance been trying to cancel my contract for a week and just keep getting past from pillar to post or just put on hold for an eternity or even worse when I do get to speak to someone I get cut off & have to start again.😟😟
