    @virginmedia I accept more customers are working from home including myself however after a year I would expect a company such as @virginmedia to adapt and do everything within their powers to improve their service, not worsen!!??

    @virginmedia the irony. The repair date for the TV and intermittent internet problems has been moved, after 2 days of the same problem. Try to send Virginmedia a DM "There is a problem connecting with the server".. That's because of an intermittent internet problem that I have.

    @virginmedia Oh for many a useless hour. We then spotted engineers outside. He said he wasn’t here to install internet, but to find Toby box. I said it’s there, someone dug it up 3 weeks ago. He said someone couldn’t find it during the week. Short story, it’s found please help

    When is @virginmedia going to be called to order by authorities. How is possible they get away with customers on hold for hours, broadband service levels vastly below power and to rub salt in, @virginmedia think it is acceptable to increase their fees? Enough is enough, @CISASUK!

    @Benleo I have worked in telecoms customer service so can vouch for Virgin Media being (in my view) the worst in the industry. They billed me twice for a single month & made me pay for equipment I'd already returned. I was overjoyed to cancel.

    @virginmedia I have been on the home today and advised of the fault in my area if the fault is not fixed by the 26th that will be 2 weeks without any internet service as I have broadband and tv but as the broadband is down the tv won’t work

    @virginmedia The biggest joke of a company when it comes to Customer Service, absolutely disgraceful the way the treat customers Had a complaint on going since the 30th March and they still can’t get it right to resolve even after speaking with a Senior Complaints Manager
