@virginmedia I have a broadband connection problem for 6 months where the router reboots itself probably 10 times a day disrupting my family who are trying to work from home, the Indian call centre is useless I need someone in the UK to help sort out this problem, please help !!

@virginmedia There is no fault in the area the fault is in the roadside chamber where a technical support engineer found the fault 2 weeks ago and carried out a repair but there is still a problem and so I need someone to contact me to arrange another review of the ongoing problem
