@creppermint @virginmedia 2/ maintenance or scheduled maintenance, but just turning it off no warning when people are trying to work from home is just poor service. The website is useless, no faults showing and call centres closed, no way to contact them...

Broadband is so frustrating. Family going nuts! I’m sure VM staff are trying their best to fix but not good enough. Been on off on off in BT4 (Belfast) for weeks. Router switched on and off with no improvement. Seriously thinking of closing top home package account.#virginmedia

@virginmedia I’m not sure what your system is for replying to these but I’ve been trying to contact you for days. I’m being ignored whilst more recent queries are being prioritised & answered. Broadband is still not working. Can’t work from home at all now. FIX IT.

@virginmedia I've been trying to get thru on the phone since good Fri my multiroom box is broke it makes a squealing noise checks have been done an still dossnt work I need a new box but can't get to speak to someone wat can I do im paying for a service I can't use

@virginmedia It was showing a fault this morning but it now tells me everything is fixed. However the WiFi continues to come and go ever few minutes. I have reset twice but there is still a problem ongoing from 10.00 last night.

I swear #virginmedia is by far the worst internet provider I have ever used. Always connections issues; at least 2-3 times a week constant interruptions. Imagine finishing a tough boss fight and suddenly the connection goes down the toilet.

@virginmedia Wonderful generic and unhelpful response. This could cost me £100 in earnings but with your horrible policy I can't claim any compensation until my service has been down for 48 hours. Taking this long should be a breach of contract of you not providing the service I pay for.

@virginmedia No known issues allegedly. I have had these issues for months and months. An engineer came out back in March he found a problem in the street box. Lates three days and went back to what it is now, not good enough.
