@raycasey2003 Delicious! Having just spent six months of my life battling @virginmedia for the bare minimum compensation I was entitled to and witnessing their atrocious 'customer service', this has delighted me. I know he doesn't own Vigin Media anymore, but he created the monster.

  • Garlic_Icon
WTF! (@Garlic_Icon) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

I see I'm not the only unsatisfied customer of @virginmedia out there. Twitter full of disgruntled customers who are effectively being defrauded paying for a service they don't get.

  • beezlebum
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia you've surpassed yourselves this time! 50 days without broadband and yet another promised date of reconnection passed with no communication or explanation. I refuse to waste another sunny weekend waiting for your useless 'customer services' to lie to me.

  • courtexplores_
Courtney Briscoe Photography📸 (@courtexplores_) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia hi, I’d like to file an official complaint about a manager who refused to pass us higher than his position, tried to force us to cancel our service and threatened to close the case while it’s still unresolved

  • HarbourLord
Harbour 💚 (@HarbourLord) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia you have the worst laid out website. All I'm trying to do is speak to someone on chat to figure out why I have zero upload speed right now and honestly thinking of just cancelling my broadband contract because your site is so unfriendly for customers to navigate.

@virginmedia @TaylorMod Yes we've checked, the world and its granny knows VM is down in Belfast but this has been since Monday now. Absolutely ridiculous. Cost me a fortune on data when I moved and VM kept getting the addres wrong, was well over a month without the service and this was 2 months ago.

  • StripeyMiata
Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@asa_thorp Virgin Media are worse to cancel, believe me.

  • davmacfc
Dale McDonald (@davmacfc) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia can you please explain why the best price as a loyal customer for years is 30 pound more expensive than a new customer. Can’t even get through to right department to cancel

  • aaronmacn
Aaron (@aaronmacn) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia if I’m gonna follow you support service, to text a problem to you, surely me waiting 48 hours later with no reply is a bit too long?

  • TrevorAKilleen
Trevor Killeen (@TrevorAKilleen) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Yet a new LOW in crappy “customer service” from @Virginmedia - letter saying they have been trying to contact me (still waiting for a callback from 26/8/20) no attempts made and to text a number to get someone to contact me ...... guess what an automated system that gets

  • boyd_ar
Adrian Boyd (@boyd_ar) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@JAcheson_Eng @virginmedia I’m sure they all have issues at some point although I’ve had Sky Fibre Broadband and it’s been very good and the service support over the phone has been really excellent. I had an issue recently and it was sorted in 30 minutes over the phone.

  • DenMagic
Den (@DenMagic) reported from Dunmurry, Northern Ireland

Once again, @virginmedia dropping speeds and service going down in Dunmurry. No one can help and they don't respond to complaints but they are hiking price next month 🤔 #virginmediadown

  • MarionBrowne42
    Marion Browne (@MarionBrowne42) reported

@keithapearson @virginmedia @MartinSLewis I think Yodel can challenge VM. They left a package at my neighbour no2, due to the layout of the close, no2 is nowhere near no3 and the photo of proof is also not no2 unless you are in the next close 🤬 An hour on a chat to discover that the driver is an idiot.

  • oisoli
    Soli (@oisoli) reported

@virginmedia we are getting no internet and the app says it’s our kits connection but that is all good and still won’t work after following your steps? Any help or updates?

  • HOWARD301483152
    Howard (@HOWARD301483152) reported

Thank you virgin media for selling the phone network to 02 one of the worst phone companies in the world brain dead customer service stay well clear people

  • IanLewis299
    Ian Lewis (@IanLewis299) reported

@virginmedia Sorry, I've worded that badly. I meant I didn't even want to raise a complaint. I told them not to raise it, and they have done anyway, and resolved it. They also told me not to fill in the survey as my issue (not a complaint!) isn't yet resolved so it wouldn't look bad on them!

  • ObliviousReaper
    Ian Whittaker 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@ObliviousReaper) reported

@virginmedia outage on both TV and then broadband around Leeds?

  • missjnyc1
    Jeanette (@missjnyc1) reported

@virginmedia absolutely ridiculous that according to your customer service team no technicians in your company work over the weekend. So we are left without broadband for 5 days as it hasn’t worked since yesterday and the earliest someone can come out is Monday between 5pm & 7pm

  • sodiumlights
    Sodium (@sodiumlights) reported

In the meantime, they're offering the same to new customers for less than £30. You know what? I'm going to make you fix your broken kit and then I'm going to find a new provider. **** you and your stupid ******* games, @virginmedia

  • garyb007
    Gary Broadbent (@garyb007) reported

@lennylaw @virginmedia There's an exception to every rule. Usually they're crap. Certainly the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

  • Pass_Move
    WATCHING THE GAME (@Pass_Move) reported

@virginmedia This company is a complete and utter shambles. Still no Wi-Fi, still no broadband, still no TV, still no one answering phones. No basic information from the company with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  • sodiumlights
    Sodium (@sodiumlights) reported

@virginmedia Oh, and when I've told you what the error message is, and you send an engineer out without telling him that, so he doesn't have the parts he needs, is ****. Looks like my O2 data is going to get hammered. And I'm going to get cold.
