    @theboardlfc @virginmedia It’s terrible. Mine was fine until lockdown started then it dropped to on average 8mb! Called a few times to be told it was fine. Only for preferring Virgin TV I would have changed a while back. There are many with the same story

    @virginmedia Multiple people across different parts of the city I’d say yes there was an issue. 14hours ago. But I’m not reporting a fault I’m making a complaint.

    @virginmedia Well, I can't believe that the cable would be broken as no one has touched it once today. The internet just ended up slowing down in the afternoon, and when I went to do a speed test, it stopped all together, and just kept returning "No RF Signal".

    @virginmedia It’s just not good enough. This was YOUR mistake. This is having a significant negative impact on all of us in many ways during this house move. No one on your team is taking responsibility for the error, we are just being fobbed off at every turn, making a complaint does nothing

    Nice one @virginmedia. Appalled with your service levels, I’ve decided to switch provider after 10 years with you. Apparently, I have to call you to let you know I’m going… except every time I try, I get stuck on hold then cut off. Bravo. As if I wasn’t resolute enough already.
