@virginmedia Still no WiFi in the house and no on hold for another 55min today all I need is an engineer out as the boost you keep doing is not working no matter how many times I boos reboot the system? I’m sure an engineer can solve the problem please just send one out.

@virginmedia WiFi down every day now, engineer out this morning, outage in area (BT5) , 4pm fix, box on the street needs seen too. 20 years old! 3 households all told different stories.. get it sorted! One neighbour on hold for over 60 mins only to be hung up on! 😡😡

@virginmedia I didn’t say it was an instant response service !!! I said that YOUR COLLEAGUE said they couldn’t access account information on social media !!! So they were lying then? This would seem the case if you are now asking me to provide the complaint reference?

@virginmedia No I did not “tweet you” about the complaint I was agreeing with another customer & saying that I am having the same experiences-YOU responded to that tweet by asking for the complaint implying you were actually going to do something which you have not!! Further proving my point!

@virginmedia actually a disgrace. claim to have fixed the wifi issues in my area but all you did was reduce it from cutting out regularly from 7.30pm onwards to now having a tonne of packet loss exclusively from that time onwards. what’s actually wrong with your service, awful.
