Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Dave (@Kaisah16) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia Cancel. Call retentions a week later. Dont go via live chat. I was offered £2 a month more than I was offered in my account (£34) by Mohammed on live chat., after an arduous conversation. A nice chap from Scotland over the phone gave me it for £28 a month. Done in 2 minutes.
-
David (@David52578899) reported@virginmedia @PeteUK7 That’s an excuse, not a reason. Nobody cares if your records were not fully updated, that’s your problem.
-
Mark Hall (@TyredMark) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia Same with me, I got put through to cancellations and told I wouldn’t get a better price than what they offered. Next morning I then had a call and they gave me a cheaper price than a new customer offer with doubled Internet speed. If you follow me I’ll message you the number.
-

werb (@Lfc93Werb) reported@virginmedia @PeteUK7 Chatting ****. My credit rating got destroyed after I left O2 and they sorted all the paperwork then years later a mistake on their end had them deciding I hadn't and they invented a debt and solid it to a debt company. All phone companies are massive scam artists

-
Free I.T. Stafford (@freeITstafford) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia I tried that trick, and they told me my address will be stored and I'll always be classed as "existing" even if I moved provider then came back, so I would never be eligible for a "new customer" deal. The only way to be a "new customer" is to move house and recontract.
