    When is @virginmedia going to be called to order by authorities. How is possible they get away with customers on hold for hours, broadband service levels vastly below power and to rub salt in, @virginmedia think it is acceptable to increase their fees? Enough is enough, @CISASUK!

    @virginmedia I accept more customers are working from home including myself however after a year I would expect a company such as @virginmedia to adapt and do everything within their powers to improve their service, not worsen!!??

    @virginmedia I can’t because my work die next couple weeks are very hectic and won’t allow me to provisionally decide which day I am available. Therefore I need to call when I know on my term. Besides if VM had paid more attention when I had this issue in the first place, this never happened

    @virginmedia I've given up watching some channels due to awful pixelation. One being Movies 24. You watch a movie it freezes and pixelates. Engineer came and says everything us ok. Can't wait to leave when contract ends.

    @virginmedia OK firstly I've spent the last 9 months trying to get an engineer to Come and look at my Internet as its been piss poor then too have customer agents say they'll call me back and not do Bs after bs no manager call backs its disgusting never met a company with such disregard!!!
