@virginmedia Still no WiFi in the house and no on hold for another 55min today all I need is an engineer out as the boost you keep doing is not working no matter how many times I boos reboot the system? I’m sure an engineer can solve the problem please just send one out.

@JAcheson_Eng @virginmedia I’m sure they all have issues at some point although I’ve had Sky Fibre Broadband and it’s been very good and the service support over the phone has been really excellent. I had an issue recently and it was sorted in 30 minutes over the phone.

@DavoodGhadami @virginmedia VM are awful. I have rung them 4 times with an issue. Turn TV on and it takes about 5 mins or longer for picture to stay on, when changing channel I get no sound. Last call to VM I was told again its a known fault so limited service till fixed. Going on for months now! 😡
