    Can’t cancel the broadband service from @virginmedia . Since 2 July, we tried to sent numerous emails/feedbacks and no response received; called for several times and waited for 20 minutes with no one answered the phone. No access on the webpage to cancel the package as well.

    @virginmedia This has been going on for months, though? I’ve tried everything! We have CCTV hardwired via a TPLINK, that’s fine, so it’s the WiFi that’s the prob, everything buffers and it drops out. The TiVo box resetting isn’t new either. VM mobile has been terrible for more than a year.

    @virginmedia Tried it already, tried it on my housemates phone & it does the exact same thing. We have a booster upstairs & I am in the room right next door to the router. Everyone in the house has connectivity issues all day everyday on the 500mb package.

    @virginmedia I called the team, they ran through a couple checks i.e. coverage in my area, any outages or problems with the service in the area. This turned up nothing. They asked me to reset the router which also did nothing. I still waiting to still waiting for a solution from 4 months ago

    @thedogman_918 @virginmedia Depending on where you live if you switch provider check that the provider has their own equipment in your local exchange. If they piggyback service on to BTs equipment you can end up with speed problems as BT will prioritise their own customers.Try Plusnet, BT without the shite.

    @virginmedia I also left the laptop on to hopefully converse with a human and they finally responded at 4am, then said something along the lines of “you haven’t responded, I will assume we have resolved your issue”. It’s a joke. Yesterday, all I got was “speak to technical”.
