  • TrevorAKilleen
Trevor Killeen (@TrevorAKilleen) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No I did not “tweet you” about the complaint I was agreeing with another customer & saying that I am having the same experiences-YOU responded to that tweet by asking for the complaint implying you were actually going to do something which you have not!! Further proving my point!

  • Pascalstil
Pascal Stil (@Pascalstil) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia The housemate who's connection it is has been in contact many times, apparently on Monday he was told permission was needed from the account holder of the new connection, who jas not been contacted about that, and it also sounds too stupid to be true

  • larmour_andre
Andrew Larmour (@larmour_andre) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Sky Sports app “device limit reached” even though it has not been. Can not register/de-register devices on virgin app and it advises “contact your service provider” - which is yourselves.

@virginmedia Nice nonsense answer. One of our connections here in the house has been down for two weeks because a second connection was added, this ome is all on you

  • nadean_ni
Nadean (@nadean_ni) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia The link only states there are problems in the area, not why or how long we should be expected to be without the service.

  • Garlic_Icon
WTF! (@Garlic_Icon) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

I see I'm not the only unsatisfied customer of @virginmedia out there. Twitter full of disgruntled customers who are effectively being defrauded paying for a service they don't get.

@virginmedia @TaylorMod Yes we've checked, the world and its granny knows VM is down in Belfast but this has been since Monday now. Absolutely ridiculous. Cost me a fortune on data when I moved and VM kept getting the addres wrong, was well over a month without the service and this was 2 months ago.

@virginmedia holding for over an hour to speak to customer services - hung up and rang the sales as a “new customer” answered within 3 rings. I appreciate that your limited with staff but don’t forget your existing customers #frustrating

  • Liver4breakfast
Martin Moore (@Liver4breakfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia the irony. The repair date for the TV and intermittent internet problems has been moved, after 2 days of the same problem. Try to send Virginmedia a DM "There is a problem connecting with the server".. That's because of an intermittent internet problem that I have.

  • boyd_ar
Adrian Boyd (@boyd_ar) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@JAcheson_Eng @virginmedia I’m sure they all have issues at some point although I’ve had Sky Fibre Broadband and it’s been very good and the service support over the phone has been really excellent. I had an issue recently and it was sorted in 30 minutes over the phone.

  • peterhkirk
Pete Kirk (@peterhkirk) reported from Ballyclare, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia I accept more customers are working from home including myself however after a year I would expect a company such as @virginmedia to adapt and do everything within their powers to improve their service, not worsen!!??

Honestly @virginmedia the service I am paying for is getting worse. Please get in touch to help a customer out

@raycasey2003 Delicious! Having just spent six months of my life battling @virginmedia for the bare minimum compensation I was entitled to and witnessing their atrocious 'customer service', this has delighted me. I know he doesn't own Vigin Media anymore, but he created the monster.
