    So is YouTube buffering a thing now ? Running Speedtest on my Apple TV i get 330/40 with Virgin Media and yet pretty much all videos will initially have buffering issues

    @virginmedia your broadband service has been s**t the last 4 days in the BT8 area. Any chance of a fix as I am trying to work from home and having to use hotspot on my phone to ensure I can stay online. A trip to BT when my contract is up.

    @virginmedia Then I noticed that I was missing the children’s channels. I called and got it sorted but I was told the new bill will show as £150 odd but not to worry a manager will be applying discount, that never happened.

    @virginmedia I called again on Saturday to resolve this again and I was told this was a crazy amount of discount and that any TL or manager would find it difficult to approve. After hours on the phone and all Managment unable to help, I’ve now been advised to make a complaint.

    @virginmedia The housemate who's connection it is has been in contact many times, apparently on Monday he was told permission was needed from the account holder of the new connection, who jas not been contacted about that, and it also sounds too stupid to be true

    @virginmedia can you tell me how to send back your NOT so super intelligent WiFi booster. It's crap, does not work and ever since we used it we keep getting kicked off wifi, both me and my partner. Internet speeds are worse on some devices.

    @virginmedia 2/2 have been regularly turning it on and off to try and get it back to our normal speeds, works for a short while and then starts to go very slow again. have had such a poor experience with VM so far. We have tried all the tips given online and they are only temporary solutions!

    @virginmedia 5G network keeps dropping / it is not usable. We are constantly put on 2G automatically but this is rubbish for streaming. We are not getting the speed that we are meant to be getting (350mbs) it's usually less than 150 even when we are close to the router. 1/2

    @virginmedia can you please update on the network outage in SE1? I have phoned and the line went dead. This is ridiculous- the estimated time for it to be fixed was originally yesterday at 12:50 and now it’s today 21:00! Shocking

    Can someone recommend me a wifi signal booster? Seem to have areas of my house that don’t get a proper signal. Using @virginmedia broadband. (Not sure if that makes a difference for comparability issues). Under £100 ideally.
