    @virginmedia Then I noticed that I was missing the children’s channels. I called and got it sorted but I was told the new bill will show as £150 odd but not to worry a manager will be applying discount, that never happened.

    @theboardlfc @virginmedia It’s terrible. Mine was fine until lockdown started then it dropped to on average 8mb! Called a few times to be told it was fine. Only for preferring Virgin TV I would have changed a while back. There are many with the same story

    @virginmedia I called again on Saturday to resolve this again and I was told this was a crazy amount of discount and that any TL or manager would find it difficult to approve. After hours on the phone and all Managment unable to help, I’ve now been advised to make a complaint.

    Don’t bother buying @virginmedia 1gb broadband. Has never been above 100mb for me, and is more typically 50-75mb. 30min wait time on helpline. Complete lemon.

    @virginmedia No - I have tried multiple browsers on different devices- private browsing etc still no joy. This is a really terrible start for a new customer. Seemingly this is a well known issue and has been happening for a prolonged period of time for a number of new customers 😡
