    @virginmedia Couldn't finish the conversation. No have received a email saying "disconnection virgin, and states will be disconnected on agreed date" when no date was agreed. Really terrible customer service

    @virginmedia They already have and said they can’t offer the service but they still want me to pay saying I moved into a non virgin area but it is a virgin area and the clause says if you can’t provide the service in an area I don’t pay the cancellation fee which I think this is covered by

    @virginmedia yet another example of horrendous service from @virginmedia - “too busy” to deal with my call so disconnected me..... online service that I was directed to .... cannot make the changes I need .... not providing service but guess what .... still charging me !!!

    @virginmedia hi I’m about to move to a new apartment but it appears the apartments aren’t connected to virgin and can’t have it installed what can I do if I’m not able to bring virgin with me can I cancel?

    @uc_stan @virginmedia Can’t get a hold of them to cancel the fee tho they said it’s a non virgin area but they have it at every house on the street then it just ends at our apartments and starts again next house up like they went around the apartments purposely so it’s in the t&cs that’s their fault

    @virginmedia Yes it just wasn’t laid in front of our apartments they went around instead so they can’t be connected to the virgin line and they want me to pay for moving to a non virgin area when it clearly is if the entire street has the line down bar this small section

    @virginmedia Why would I do that!? I am still waiting for a response through a formal complaint from 4 months ago and I am still waiting for that call back from 26/8/20 !!!! YOU DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!! People should avoid using your company !! And I will continue to share that!!

    @virginmedia I'm not happy. This evening I've had a total blackout, no TV, internet, been told that you can't see the network so I have to book an engineer to come out..There's only AM slots, I'm at work every AM the only day I can get off is Thursday. So no TV or net for 4days!!

    Why is it people still can’t access there virgin media account online. I have been like this for last 8 months and spent days on phone and still no fix. I have full package and can’t even watch sky sports on phone due to needing to log in to my virgin media account @virginmedia

    @virginmedia 2pm estimated fix this morning saying 7pm now. Whole area out and it must be lack of spares there are enough engineers. For such a huge company very poor indeed. If not a Virgin company issue and out of your control say so but suspect it’s not. Any system resilience?
