@virginmedia Yes and confirmation they’ve closed it ! Maybe it’s time to pass this to Offcom and let them deal as @virginmedia seem more bothered pushing @O2 SIM cards on everyone rather than fixing issues

@virginmedia Absolute terrible service from virgin media, spoke to someone on the phone for over an hour about fraud on my account, virgin media let someone hack my accounts and order premium Netflix’s for months and changed all my passwords so I can’t do anything, Avoid at all cost.

@NightAtKendalls @virginmedia It's of little consolation but mine has been doing it since January, sometimes it drops out over 50 times a day. 4th engineer visit today, the fibre needs replacing back to the cabinet. Virgin media connect also doesnt work it just sends you in an endless loop confirming email.

@virginmedia which other social media platforms do you engage with? X / Twitter is a toxic cesspool that i am no longer prepared to deal with and your broadband service is beginning to become unreliable- second outage in as many weeks. I rely on your service for work.

Shambolic service from @virginmedia & @O2. 4 days since raising escalation CIT-A232463 over an e-sim error & I’m still stranded abroad with no mobile connectivity. Your incompetence has left me cut off in a foreign country. Even the worst service providers are outclassing you at this point.
