@seatzie @internetsense @virginmedia Even still the Max power is determined by Radited power from the antenna. But yes antenna position and placement will help . Putting a small one inside the box isn’t great, To be fair their routers are pants. They can’t even handle the throughput of 350meg in router mode

@virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

  • CS_Hants
    South Coast Commuter (@CS_Hants) reported

@virginmedia I did. They were of little assistance, never able to provide an accurate update and little benefit when outages occurred so often. Was then advised I could leave free of charge during my last 2 months (which I have) and yet you still charged me. You are an abysmal company 🤬

  • F1Arsenil
    ArseF1 (@F1Arsenil) reported

@virginmedia customer service has to be one of the worst! You ask to remove packages and they instead put you on a different contract without your consent! Monthly bill goes from £70 to £181 and they can’t explain how after 3 calls! Horrible just horrible

  • Lyndzii
    Lyndzi Hamilton (@Lyndzii) reported

@virginmedia requested delivery date and new contract start date to be 28th July. You’ve now sent a text and told my internet provider that I want to start it on 29th June which will incur me a fee. Can you fix this please?

@virginmedia @gblondon1 The new virgin box has a mind of it's own, some days it decides not to record, other times it it decides to delete all your recordings. I will give it a couple more months if it continues as it has done in the past I will cancel it. I have been with virgin for over 20 years.
