.@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

  • MarkMcL60727750 Mark McLaughlin (@MarkMcL60727750) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia can you tell me how to send back your NOT so super intelligent WiFi booster. It's crap, does not work and ever since we used it we keep getting kicked off wifi, both me and my partner. Internet speeds are worse on some devices.

  • johnpbell John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

@seatzie @internetsense @virginmedia Even still the Max power is determined by Radited power from the antenna. But yes antenna position and placement will help . Putting a small one inside the box isn’t great, To be fair their routers are pants. They can’t even handle the throughput of 350meg in router mode

  • GeorgeCowan Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Yes it just wasn’t laid in front of our apartments they went around instead so they can’t be connected to the virgin line and they want me to pay for moving to a non virgin area when it clearly is if the entire street has the line down bar this small section

  • Ant_F1_Fan Ant (@Ant_F1_Fan) reported

@dawson8r @sniffpetrol @virginmedia Forget phoning in, I once waited a day just for a WhatsApp chat agent! The people manning live chat, after you get through the bots, seem barely any better & way too scripted. Their CS was a bit hit & miss, but post-Covid it’s nosedived, don’t even mention the awful website…

  • SiManM20 Simon Manning (@SiManM20) reported

Hey @virginmedia what do the flashing blue lights on your Hub4 mean pls? Tried rebooting but no joy… seems I have a full on outage. Will this be resolved by the morning?

Fair play to @EE working on the Internet issue in my area, they've compensated me like a great company. However, @virginmedia are delaying the problems/changing the date, told me 3 times managers will call me and they haven't, its been 4 days Went from 1st Jul to now 4th to fix

  • Noonkemp Noon (@Noonkemp) reported

@DangleSpanners @virginmedia I changed to vodaphone, never stay with the same company for longer than your contract - move on as they don’t value customers

  • HelalAhmed16 Helal Ahmed (@HelalAhmed16) reported

@WorldWideCheIs @EE @virginmedia Bro I had similar issues with virgin. Took 3 week's for an engineer. Only good thing I'd they weren't charging me for that period

  • WorldWideCheIs WorldWideChels (@WorldWideCheIs) reported

Many Chelsea fans asking me when’s the next livestream on my channel, Virgin Media changed the date from 1st July to now 4th to fix but don’t worry I’m coming up with alternatives soon... takes 75 minutes to upload a video, I pay over £80 a month for this speed! Argh!!

  • GosieRibson gOsIe RiBsOn 🦁 (@GosieRibson) reported
