    .@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to get a pac code from you for days . And at every turn I can’t , always a problem , technical issues , tried messaging , texting everything. . Tried Contacting the centre and many closed but I can’t wait 45 minutes To speak to someone ..

    @uc_stan @virginmedia Can’t get a hold of them to cancel the fee tho they said it’s a non virgin area but they have it at every house on the street then it just ends at our apartments and starts again next house up like they went around the apartments purposely so it’s in the t&cs that’s their fault

    @internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

    @virginmedia They already have and said they can’t offer the service but they still want me to pay saying I moved into a non virgin area but it is a virgin area and the clause says if you can’t provide the service in an area I don’t pay the cancellation fee which I think this is covered by

    @virginmedia Yes it just wasn’t laid in front of our apartments they went around instead so they can’t be connected to the virgin line and they want me to pay for moving to a non virgin area when it clearly is if the entire street has the line down bar this small section

    @virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

    @virginmedia can you tell me how to send back your NOT so super intelligent WiFi booster. It's crap, does not work and ever since we used it we keep getting kicked off wifi, both me and my partner. Internet speeds are worse on some devices.

    @virginmedia 1/2 I've tried contacting you via letter sent 17/06/2020 to give 30 days notice of cancellation of contract, online complaints service 14/07/2020 to complain after no response to letter of 17/06/2020, still no response and today via chat to further complain

    @virginmedia the wifi connection in our home has been terrible the last few months. Anytime my mum calls she gets frustrated because she doesn’t understand the questions, but she is the only person staff will talk to as she is the account holder. Any suggestions??

    @seatzie @internetsense @virginmedia Even still the Max power is determined by Radited power from the antenna. But yes antenna position and placement will help . Putting a small one inside the box isn’t great, To be fair their routers are pants. They can’t even handle the throughput of 350meg in router mode

    Is anyone else having issues on Virgin Media broadband. Some sites not browsable. Dropbox sync not working. They are all okay when I drop to 4G via iPhone.

    @Lea_Plath @virginmedia It is mostly a data privacy issue, yes - under GDPR & the UK's data protection laws they need a lawful basis for processing and I have a right to restrict processing. Processing in this case being passing information to Yahoo search, and as that is based on Bing, on to Microsoft

    @virginmedia @KatharineMerry How can you be glad that she was able to talk to you. It’s basic customer care that a customer can contact you. With Virgin it’s nigh on impossible. Answered very quickly when I phoned the number to be a new customer though. Awful service.

    Due to @virginmedia being useless not sorting put the Wi-Fi where I am for the past 5 DAYS and not being able to do ANYTHING especially in a pandemic I am with this rubbish 4g phone signal from @ThreeUK . Tried to these people on one of my other Twitter account I had ENOUGH

    @virginmedia I have a fault complaint lodged since 09/12/2020 and have heard nothing as of yet. Do you lot just not give a toss about your customers? Should I be going to the ombudsman and lodging an official complaint with them?
