Ben tried contacting @virginmedia because someone has ****** up our account during our house move. He was ignored and could hear the girl typing in the background. He tried saying hello repetitively but no one responded. Not acceptable to treat your customers this way!!!!

@virginmedia twice now in a week where i have had no tv/broadband , once when it was off for over 12 hrs and now it suggests we wont have a service until 4pm tomorrow. Not good enough. I pay a subscription to watch live sport and i cant watch it. I want some form of compensation

@virginmedia honestly your customer service is disgrace. your advisor gave false info to get a sale last wk as confirmed by your advisor on my call today, repeatedly put on a silent hold with no signposting so it sounded like been disconnected, blind transferred then systems down

@virginmedia I simply don't believe it will be that simple and I also don't believe that you have a sufficient system of dealing with queries. Waiting for service is one thing, but being systematically kicked out of the queue and being stuck in an endless loop is another.

@virginmedia The fault tests states in cannot find any problems with the connection so it doesn’t give an option to book an engineer. I was speaking to additional technical support earlier when I was cut off and we tried turning off the router etc.

@virginmedia I disagree, works for network improvement would be planned not spurious. When I consider how we are treated especially for the amount we pay each month it really annoys me. It’s Abysmal. We shall be expecting some kind of recompense for disruption.

@virginmedia I rang up today. I was on hold for 35 minutes and when a human being actually answered, he wasn't the right human being so I was transferred and then cut off, just like everyone else who tries to cancel.
