@virginmedia Your hold music sucks and it's annoying to have to have a full argument trying to cancel your account thanks. Try some calming music. Hold is rage inducing enough. Stick it in a suggestion box.

@virginmedia. Signed up for 1 month sports channel. Told it would cost £15. Paid three times this. Not informed we had to ring up and cancel. Now three months paying double our usual bill.

@beatlebaby84 @virginmedia With all these services I record the time, explain I'm busy and ask them to credit me £20, they never do, but often they'll credit £10 or £8, always worth a try!

@virginmedia customer service is atrocious! Meant to be open to 8PM...but advisors just hanging up the phone instead of answering. Asking us to leave...

@virginmedia Already did that , you are pretty much lying to people taking the first and second month in the first bill. Only have been with you for one month. Your customer team said this was in the terms and conditions. Can guarantee you it's not as I wouldn't have signed up if it was

@virginmedia tried twice to cancel my services with you on hold both times for over 25mins - this is not the way to encourage customers to stay - just gonna cancel my direct debit !!! You can take this tweet as my 30days notice !!!

@virginmedia I've already reported both issues. It's highly frustrating that a fault with one service knocks out everything.

@virginmedia for anyone who is thinking about switching to virgin media don't. Their £50 refer a friend credit doesn't work and they charge £35 for the activation fee and take the first and second month in advance. So now looking at a bill of over £100. Tried to phone but no use

@virginmedia @virginmedia your team have moved me from team to team, referred me to a team that apparently does not exist, closed my complaints without resolution and basically wasted hours of my time. There seems to be no way forward through using your available customer service methods.

@virginmedia Thinking logically and in order to provide a better quality of service, someone of your team needs to take accountability and ownership of this issue and fix it, instead of the customer chasing you for month and a half.

@ginjhx @virginmedia Exactly they get you with the high speeds that you never actually get, and can also manage without. EE told me from the offset that they didn’t have Virgins speeds but what they offered would be enough for our household and they were not lying.

@virginmedia As previously stated I find the Twitter side of Virgin Media to act as Customer Service should but you are let down by your Corporate Management who do not give a hoot about customers once they have signed up.
