@virginmedia the irony. The repair date for the TV and intermittent internet problems has been moved, after 2 days of the same problem. Try to send Virginmedia a DM "There is a problem connecting with the server".. That's because of an intermittent internet problem that I have.

  • ScottD_DJMS
Scott Dixon (@ScottD_DJMS) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 @virginmedia still unable to sign in to the Priority app using virgin. Any advice or update please?

  • mfearonmusic
Michael Fearon (@mfearonmusic) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Then I noticed that I was missing the children’s channels. I called and got it sorted but I was told the new bill will show as £150 odd but not to worry a manager will be applying discount, that never happened.

  • beezlebum
Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@raycasey2003 Delicious! Having just spent six months of my life battling @virginmedia for the bare minimum compensation I was entitled to and witnessing their atrocious 'customer service', this has delighted me. I know he doesn't own Vigin Media anymore, but he created the monster.

  • beezlebum
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No! I've just spent 26 minutes trying to get through, so I'm just going to pester you on here instead. I've raised three separate complaints to no avail. My only recourse is public humiliation. For a communications company you're really very poor at it.

  • ASMagency
@AgentSWhelan (@ASMagency) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia I’ve been on the phone 3 hours already to try and cancel my broadband/tv services and had my mobile phone cut off. Horrendous the time it takes to cancel

@virginmedia It's been off for 3 days now!! Absolutely nothing. Had problems when I moved also a few months ago, kept taking the wrong address down and I basically paid for 3 weeks without service, now this.

@JAcheson_Eng @virginmedia I’m sure they all have issues at some point although I’ve had Sky Fibre Broadband and it’s been very good and the service support over the phone has been really excellent. I had an issue recently and it was sorted in 30 minutes over the phone.

  • RBlackPA
Rebecca Black (@RBlackPA) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

.@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

  • nadean_ni
Nadean (@nadean_ni) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia It may be an issue you're already aware of but it's going on for 3 days now and not even as much as an email to explain why.

  • jai_dee
Jim Doran (@jai_dee) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Just the one channel. The picture is jerking and freezing and has been for a good week now. As I said every other channel appears to be perfectly fine, it's just a problem with @wchannel

  • DarkOldWolf
Jon (@DarkOldWolf) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Can you confirm connectivity issues in Belfast please? I did have to disconnect for new carpet fitting, i put it all together again and it worked. I returned home at 830 to find it down again. #Belfast #VirginMedia #Internet

  • Hudd84
Conor Huddleston (@Hudd84) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

No Internet for 2 days now @virginmedia no facility to speak to anyone, book a technician or anything else for that matter. Your help text is quite frankly useless in this situation. Please provide a method to get this resolved ASAP. Awful service.

@Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia Ireland needs to face the facts they’re still rattled since the 2023 WC QF… probably facing the same issues that the head coach has stayed on a fraction too long now and it’s not working. Agreed with Marshy, sort your own issues.

  • AR59446899
    Kakistocracysucks (@AR59446899) reported

@Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia Agreed, as a Bok supporter, when we crunched them half to death last November they started to call for scrumming laws to be changed, good to see that the ABs are back, looking forward to a tough series now…just get rid of that **** Ben Smith he’s giving AB rugby a bad name.

  • Kieranbcfc2
    K (@Kieranbcfc2) reported

@christyboy87 @Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia All I’ve seen on here is people thinking we’re blaming the ref. Like no we know we’re shite, but the ref also was. Wasn’t the reason we lost but we can still say he was bad.

  • kellyokid
    Steve Kelly (@kellyokid) reported

@virginmedia Hi, would appreciate some contact from you! Apparently I’m now out of contract and my price per month has doubled, no communication from you and I’ve only found out because one of my boxes has decided not to work as a result of broadband connection issues! Brilliant!

  • trapdoor456
    Berk (@trapdoor456) reported

    @BigBadWolf137 @virginmedia Yeah, 14 day cooling down period 👍

  • Jess_Simpson645
    Jessica Simpson 😺🐶🐾 (@Jess_Simpson645) reported

To @virginmedia- Many thanks to your Technician who came out today following the outage in my area. Although I was back online by this time he checked over all the equipment and settings, and also discovered that the router needed changing-which he did - very polite and efficient man. I don’t use my real name on here for safety and security reasons, but if you want to send me a DM, I will let you know.

  • sjk2099
    si (@sjk2099) reported

@virginmedia my internet suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night, I've tried to scan the password to reconnect but that's not working. I've unplugged the router and that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

  • Edeaulx
    Adrian Weale (@Edeaulx) reported

It's becoming increasingly clear that @VirginMedia customer service is based on the premise that if you make it excruciatingly difficult to make a complaint and then follow it up, people will simply not bother.

  • boconnorchest
    Dr Brian O'Connor (@boconnorchest) reported

@Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia I can understand ungracious losers, but being ungracious winners is bizarre. I was beginning to like NZ rugby; now we are back to the one-eyed arrogance of the spear-tackle era. Colin Meads & Ken Catchpole incident will forever be a stain on Kiwi rugby. SA v NZ, who to support?

  • MartinMurphy72
    🇮🇪MartinMurphy72 (@MartinMurphy72) reported

@daphmc_ @Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia Not at all 2023 is in the past We have never won a QF so the last QF won’t leave any lasting impression…
