    @virginmedia WiFi down every day now, engineer out this morning, outage in area (BT5) , 4pm fix, box on the street needs seen too. 20 years old! 3 households all told different stories.. get it sorted! One neighbour on hold for over 60 mins only to be hung up on! 😡😡

    Is anyone else having issues on Virgin Media broadband. Some sites not browsable. Dropbox sync not working. They are all okay when I drop to 4G via iPhone.

    @virginmedia No I did not “tweet you” about the complaint I was agreeing with another customer & saying that I am having the same experiences-YOU responded to that tweet by asking for the complaint implying you were actually going to do something which you have not!! Further proving my point!

    @virginmedia I didn’t say it was an instant response service !!! I said that YOUR COLLEAGUE said they couldn’t access account information on social media !!! So they were lying then? This would seem the case if you are now asking me to provide the complaint reference?

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to get a pac code from you for days . And at every turn I can’t , always a problem , technical issues , tried messaging , texting everything. . Tried Contacting the centre and many closed but I can’t wait 45 minutes To speak to someone ..

    Yet a new LOW in crappy “customer service” from @Virginmedia - letter saying they have been trying to contact me (still waiting for a callback from 26/8/20) no attempts made and to text a number to get someone to contact me ...... guess what an automated system that gets

    @virginmedia Why would I do that!? I am still waiting for a response through a formal complaint from 4 months ago and I am still waiting for that call back from 26/8/20 !!!! YOU DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!! People should avoid using your company !! And I will continue to share that!!

    @virginmedia No it’s not fair at all John, I’ve been a loyal customer of virgin for quite a few years and the price increases along with the differential to new customers have got too much. Soon to be an ex customer if I can get through to your call centre @skytv any thing you can offer

    @Trooper10617819 I don't know how much the fine is but virgin media made a big deal about it when I called to cancel and then another big deal about it on a post I made on here to say that it was easier then I imagined to cancel it. It could be anything.

    @virginmedia my broadband has been having issues for 2 weeks now and it's reached a point where it's turning off every 5 minutes. the past 2 times i called they told me to restart the router which obviously doesn't work and now I've been put on hold for over 40 minutes

    @virginmedia my network in the Horbury area of Wakefield is down. Restarted everything multiple times and tested multiple piece of equipment and DHCP and DNS on devices. Problems with the connection not expecting a resolution just raising awareness
