    Nice of Virgin Media to show up at 3pm! to fix the service. No Wi-Fi or Broadband again! I could write a book. I could but I couldn't share it. Currently on glider apologising to people who think I'm ignoring them.

    Ben tried contacting @virginmedia because someone has ****** up our account during our house move. He was ignored and could hear the girl typing in the background. He tried saying hello repetitively but no one responded. Not acceptable to treat your customers this way!!!!

    @LouiseB555 @virginmedia Ah no 🙁 We’re in an estate but right at the back, I have fields with cows in them the other side of our garden fence. Phone signal is 25-50% at best, but WiFi-call just went from 30-50 Mbps to 365 Mbps 👏🏻👍🏻🙌🏻

    @virginmedia It was last night it didn't say there was any issues however the checker wasn't loading when the issue was happening and a friend in another town had the same issue was wifi for me all for them affected

    @virginmedia I'm absolutely sick of these infrequent disconnections in my area that have been happening for a month now! It is badly affecting my work and day-to-day life and the resolution date keeps being pushed back everyday, unbelievable!
