@virginmedia I'm shocked how poor you treat your customers. I cancelled my service 10 days ago and somehow you talked me into staying... but then failed to live up to your promises again... I have cancelled today. Thank God for the 14 cooling off period. #Broadband #complaint

Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia Nearly an hour trying to call. I have better things to be doing on a Saturday. This is atrocious. All I want is an explanation as to why I have been denied a service for two months and lied to repeatedly.

-
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia you've surpassed yourselves this time! 50 days without broadband and yet another promised date of reconnection passed with no communication or explanation. I refuse to waste another sunny weekend waiting for your useless 'customer services' to lie to me.

Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia No! I've just spent 26 minutes trying to get through, so I'm just going to pester you on here instead. I've raised three separate complaints to no avail. My only recourse is public humiliation. For a communications company you're really very poor at it.

-
John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

Mark McLaughlin (@MarkMcL60727750) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia I am not happy with my Internet speeds. I have been a virgin customer for 3 years and have been told that I apparently have too many devices connected which I have never heard of with any previous provider. I have 100mbps and have had nothing but slow lagging stream

.@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.
-
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia No! It's your issue with your equipment. You should be keeping me, as a valued customer, informed. I've spent hours listening to crap music waiting to get information about this. Then being lied to. Do better.
-
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia No. YOU need to talk to me. YOU need to tell me what's going on. YOU need to sort out your woefully inadequate 'customer service'.

@virginmedia Thats all very well that you are aware of it and were working to fix it and as far as I'm aware it is but it's happening more and more often and it's getting beyond a joke. We pay a lot of money for a service that seems to having nothing but problems these day.

-
Alchemy in the UK (@alchemyintheuk) reported
@virginmedia @ChrisN1978 “Is there an known issue in your area?” Message from @virginmedia own online bot (no humans bothering to answer phone). Ironic approach that the customer is expected to solve your problems for you do you not think? Surely you should be aware of your own issues and solve them?
-
holby78 (@holby781) reported
@virginmedia Yes still have issue with Wi-Fi speed and red light on router, it’s not overheating though
-

Pt 5 @virginmedia Today I make a comment on your feed and you give me a number to text to resolve my issues and complaint. Here is the result of that. 8 Hours later I am still texting replies and awaiting a person to phone me, especially a manager.

Jonathan Cantliff (@cantliff9) reported
@virginmedia your outage page hasn't been updated since 15:30. Also, I've noted you keep giving people the link to the service status page (which goes through my virgin media) - that is also down for maintenance. Get it together guys!
