    @uc_stan @virginmedia Can’t get a hold of them to cancel the fee tho they said it’s a non virgin area but they have it at every house on the street then it just ends at our apartments and starts again next house up like they went around the apartments purposely so it’s in the t&cs that’s their fault

    @virginmedia Yes it just wasn’t laid in front of our apartments they went around instead so they can’t be connected to the virgin line and they want me to pay for moving to a non virgin area when it clearly is if the entire street has the line down bar this small section

    @virginmedia hi I’m about to move to a new apartment but it appears the apartments aren’t connected to virgin and can’t have it installed what can I do if I’m not able to bring virgin with me can I cancel?

    @internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

    @seatzie @internetsense @virginmedia Even still the Max power is determined by Radited power from the antenna. But yes antenna position and placement will help . Putting a small one inside the box isn’t great, To be fair their routers are pants. They can’t even handle the throughput of 350meg in router mode

    @virginmedia Couldn't finish the conversation. No have received a email saying "disconnection virgin, and states will be disconnected on agreed date" when no date was agreed. Really terrible customer service

    Can’t cancel the broadband service from @virginmedia . Since 2 July, we tried to sent numerous emails/feedbacks and no response received; called for several times and waited for 20 minutes with no one answered the phone. No access on the webpage to cancel the package as well.

    @virginmedia Of course I can't and I'm not prepared to wait on hold for 4+ hours to try and get this resolved, so what do you suggest? Can I email you the details and if so, to what address? Also, other service providers have a DM option for taking things offline...you should consider it.

    @virginmedia Well he was given a day of activation on 19th Dec no engineer came also promised to cancel from old provider didn't happen promised to keep old landlines number don't know if they could now after signing up so now he just wants to cancel everything but having great difficulty.

    @virginmedia There's an 'outage' but this has been the same scripted response for over 2 weeks now, link on message says engineers are on their way it's been saying that for 2 weeks, was going to be resolved yesterday at 4pm then 8pm now 4pm today, I give up!
