@virginmedia It was last night it didn't say there was any issues however the checker wasn't loading when the issue was happening and a friend in another town had the same issue was wifi for me all for them affected

@virginmedia come on I have 4 Sims with VM. Even put something together online. Will @virgin customers be getting any rewards or paybacks like @O2 had to do when they kept getting network problems 😜

Ben tried contacting @virginmedia because someone has ****** up our account during our house move. He was ignored and could hear the girl typing in the background. He tried saying hello repetitively but no one responded. Not acceptable to treat your customers this way!!!!

Looool as if a manager from @virginmedia has just hung the phone up on me because I was complaining about their broadband 😂 don’t tell a customer it’s gonna b fixed by a certain time if it won’t be. Think I’ll be moving to sky internet now 😊😊😊😊

Nice of Virgin Media to show up at 3pm! to fix the service. No Wi-Fi or Broadband again! I could write a book. I could but I couldn't share it. Currently on glider apologising to people who think I'm ignoring them.

@virginmedia @VirginMediaCC technician hasn’t turned up in the 4 hour slot we were given. Ring customer care for them to tell us they never booked us in and will now have to wait till new year! Tried to cancel and told us it’s £245 or we can’t. Atrocious. DO NOT USE VIRGIN.

@virginmedia Pre install Refused to acknowledge any wrong, wouldn't get anyone to even attempt to look till 24th, cust. Service refused to engage as pre installs problem, so am left still with no Internet and no way to sort issues, plus having been spoke to rudely
