@virginmedia hi, how do I escalate a complaint through customer service please? New service connection as of Monday... tv service still not working despite 2 calls (and v long waits) to customer service number. Not happy and considering cancellation.

@theboardlfc @virginmedia It’s terrible. Mine was fine until lockdown started then it dropped to on average 8mb! Called a few times to be told it was fine. Only for preferring Virgin TV I would have changed a while back. There are many with the same story

@virginmedia No tbh. I was only told if I cancel before the 30 days notice I would be charged £150… I have had multi-room full package for years and feel let down that this was the response I got. It was nothing personal but heating my home is No 1 priority at the moment.

@virginmedia I have problems with the red button quite often, especially when my team are playing! So rather than wait and miss half the match for your technicians to sort it out I end up paying to watch it elsewhere. Simply not good enough when I’m already paying you for a service.
