    So is YouTube buffering a thing now ? Running Speedtest on my Apple TV i get 330/40 with Virgin Media and yet pretty much all videos will initially have buffering issues

    @virginmedia your broadband service has been s**t the last 4 days in the BT8 area. Any chance of a fix as I am trying to work from home and having to use hotspot on my phone to ensure I can stay online. A trip to BT when my contract is up.

    @virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

    @virginmedia can you tell me how to send back your NOT so super intelligent WiFi booster. It's crap, does not work and ever since we used it we keep getting kicked off wifi, both me and my partner. Internet speeds are worse on some devices.

    .@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

    @virginmedia That the issue had been fixed virtually. You'd told me it was an issue with the hub that needed an online engineer. You also sent me a confirmation text. The issue really is how yiu dealt with it past this point.

    @virginmedia I've already contacted Virgin and made a complaint and requested to speak to manager as the operative was limited with info. I was told I'd be contacted in 3-5 days. This was three weeks ago. Three months no service. It's getting stressful and I've lost all faith. @BBCWatchdog
