    .@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

    @virginmedia I rang the number spoke to a lady who put me through to another dept where I spoke to lady called Jam. She sd her supervisor wud call me after lunch guess what? He didn't. I need ure company to contact ME or im leaving. Horrendous customer service. Kim

    @virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

    @virginmedia No! I've just spent 26 minutes trying to get through, so I'm just going to pester you on here instead. I've raised three separate complaints to no avail. My only recourse is public humiliation. For a communications company you're really very poor at it.

    @virginmedia We have only spoken to unihomes. They have said each time that they cannot give us a tracking number. Last week they said it would be 3-5 days before a router came, today they said it would be 3 weeks. Yodel said they delivered but it never was.

    @virginmedia Hi sorry no i have done this on numerous occasions and phone calls terminated every time i have written a termination letter to your Sunderland address and have received a letter stating they are looking into the complaint. I have not complained i have cancelled my contract

    @virginmedia Can I just clarify this. BT HAVE CONTACTED VIRGIN AND THEY HAVE STATED ITS ONLY PARTIALLY PORTED. HENCE LANDLINE PROBLEMS.

    @virginmedia I have to give 30 days notice and I have to use the service till 2nd October. I said her that I called earlier and another agent told me that If I decided not to renew I can end the contract on 13th September. Unfortunately she didn’t want to hear or understand my view….
