-

@virginmedia Your hold music sucks and it's annoying to have to have a full argument trying to cancel your account thanks. Try some calming music. Hold is rage inducing enough. Stick it in a suggestion box.

@virginmedia The phone line was not working at all, you sent a phone engineer out on 13th March.... Lawrence could then make calls but could still not receive calls.

@virginmedia It’s ok I’ve only been waiting since February to the 1st online complaint #ignored @virginmedia @richardbranson but honestly the only way 2get service & recompense would seem to be the small claims court which won’t wait much longer. I suspect you wouldn’t turn up to that either
-
Charles Collins (@CharlesinRome) reported
@virginmedia The hub will sometimes blink, go green, the little wifi signal will start blinking. Then it will look normal, but still not work. However, before it starts working again, it will usually do the same sequence it does when you turn it off and on.
