@CatrionaKing1 @virginmedia I'm a total tech idiot 🙈 It's a huge part of the reason companies like Virgin can take advantage

  • beezlebum
Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Nearly an hour trying to call. I have better things to be doing on a Saturday. This is atrocious. All I want is an explanation as to why I have been denied a service for two months and lied to repeatedly.

  • HarbourLord
Harbour 💚 (@HarbourLord) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia you have the worst laid out website. All I'm trying to do is speak to someone on chat to figure out why I have zero upload speed right now and honestly thinking of just cancelling my broadband contract because your site is so unfriendly for customers to navigate.

  • peterhkirk
Pete Kirk (@peterhkirk) reported from Ballyclare, Northern Ireland

When is @virginmedia going to be called to order by authorities. How is possible they get away with customers on hold for hours, broadband service levels vastly below power and to rub salt in, @virginmedia think it is acceptable to increase their fees? Enough is enough, @CISASUK!

  • johnpbell
John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

.@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

@virginmedia - no broadband since Wednesday night. I managed to speak to a person at your help centre. They told me there was there is no service! Wow. When asked what the cause of the problem was, I was told that the engineers were looking into it. What is causing the issue?

  • loldiplo
    Diplo (@loldiplo) reported

. @virginmedia can you explain why your servers are down again. It’s pathetic constantly happening and conveniently falls on a bank holiday weekend so most of your customers will be without service for 2 days. Disgrace of a company.

  • ScottishC87
    Scottish (@ScottishC87) reported

@Ripple300X did you ever get to the bottom of your packet loss issues on Downbad? Speaking to Joby he says you had to stop playing. Having the same issue elsewhere or only on Downbad? I'm trying to talk to Virgin Media just now.

  • entrustTMF
    entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported

On day 8 with no broadband from @virginmedia the engineer has finally fixed it INFURIATINGLY he informed me that the service was shut off at the cabinet due to "noise" from the property that was affecting other users back on 21/4! Said he was astonished I hadn't been informed🤬

  • PeteBradders
    Pete Bradbury (@PeteBradders) reported

@virginmedia @CriticalRole @LessThanJake I have been a customer of yours for 25 years and upon the most recent contract renewal, you denied the package I opted for because it was for 'new customers only' and then went on to charge me with a bill for £124! A colossal 34% increase! Loyalty means nothing!

  • Selhurst1905
    David kirk (@Selhurst1905) reported
