    @virginmedia No! I've just spent 26 minutes trying to get through, so I'm just going to pester you on here instead. I've raised three separate complaints to no avail. My only recourse is public humiliation. For a communications company you're really very poor at it.

    @virginmedia trying to cancel my SIM card went threw everything yesterday on watsap got transferred to retentions and now today I’ve to start all over again 😭 just cancel the sim im not paying it

    @virginmedia I am not happy with my Internet speeds. I have been a virgin customer for 3 years and have been told that I apparently have too many devices connected which I have never heard of with any previous provider. I have 100mbps and have had nothing but slow lagging stream

    @virginmedia I rang the number spoke to a lady who put me through to another dept where I spoke to lady called Jam. She sd her supervisor wud call me after lunch guess what? He didn't. I need ure company to contact ME or im leaving. Horrendous customer service. Kim

    No Internet for 2 days now @virginmedia no facility to speak to anyone, book a technician or anything else for that matter. Your help text is quite frankly useless in this situation. Please provide a method to get this resolved ASAP. Awful service.

    @virginmedia I'm shocked how poor you treat your customers. I cancelled my service 10 days ago and somehow you talked me into staying... but then failed to live up to your promises again... I have cancelled today. Thank God for the 14 cooling off period. #Broadband #complaint

    @virginmedia You are welcome to webchat me on Monday. But as it is a technical issue I'm just not sure what you can do. So far today I've had speeds ranging from 15mbs to 140mbs. I pay for 200. I used to pay for much more than that, but as I never got more than 50 I cut down to 200.

    Absolutely shocking service by virgin media its been rubbish for a week now,internet constantly going do all the reset stuff, look up online service is apparently fine wasting my 4g data everyday because they can’t provide a stable internet connection.

    @virginmedia Gave the cancellations team a ring and thankfully I was on the last day of my cooling off period! The advisor called Cathy was really helpful. Just a shame really that the coverage checker (which said I should get very good signal) wasn't accurate for me as it was a good deal 🙏

    @virginmedia I then phoned today to ask why it had not be done and why my bill had increased by £10 a month, to then be promised a call back. Which never happened, and after being on hold for 40 minutes your call centre have put the phone down on me

    Hey @virginmedia day 3 without any broadband or TV service and your call centres don't seem interested in trying to help me. Engineer booked but gotta wait 5 days from first reporting the fault. 3 promised call backs and zero delivered. You've heard of customer service right?

    @virginmedia Someone else has taken over. When we informed you off over a month ago, to be told today it never got dealt with as you didn’t take enough notes. So mistake on your part, as we’ve been waiting for a call back.
