  • SeanJPMcKee Seán MacAoidh (@SeanJPMcKee) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia I opted out of marketing, it’s from your sales team trying to stop my from switching my service, it’s overkill especially as I’ve already had the conversation with your agents about it.

  • StripeyMiata Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@asa_thorp Virgin Media are worse to cancel, believe me.

  • beezlebum Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Nearly an hour trying to call. I have better things to be doing on a Saturday. This is atrocious. All I want is an explanation as to why I have been denied a service for two months and lied to repeatedly.

  • beezlebum Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No. YOU need to talk to me. YOU need to tell me what's going on. YOU need to sort out your woefully inadequate 'customer service'.

  • beezlebum Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No! I've just spent 26 minutes trying to get through, so I'm just going to pester you on here instead. I've raised three separate complaints to no avail. My only recourse is public humiliation. For a communications company you're really very poor at it.

  • DonnellyWAFC Conor Donnelly (@DonnellyWAFC) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Hello, I have an ongoing issue with my Broadband Can you assist me please.

  • BeauSooth Gerry McCrudden (@BeauSooth) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

  • beezlebum Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia you've surpassed yourselves this time! 50 days without broadband and yet another promised date of reconnection passed with no communication or explanation. I refuse to waste another sunny weekend waiting for your useless 'customer services' to lie to me.

  • MarkMcL60727750 Mark McLaughlin (@MarkMcL60727750) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia I am not happy with my Internet speeds. I have been a virgin customer for 3 years and have been told that I apparently have too many devices connected which I have never heard of with any previous provider. I have 100mbps and have had nothing but slow lagging stream

  • Hudd84 Conor Huddleston (@Hudd84) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

No Internet for 2 days now @virginmedia no facility to speak to anyone, book a technician or anything else for that matter. Your help text is quite frankly useless in this situation. Please provide a method to get this resolved ASAP. Awful service.

@virginmedia worst service ever. Who can I speak to about cancelling a contract that has never gone more than 3 days without freezing and buffering?

  • Dermo1888 Dermdog ☭ (@Dermo1888) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia I'm shocked how poor you treat your customers. I cancelled my service 10 days ago and somehow you talked me into staying... but then failed to live up to your promises again... I have cancelled today. Thank God for the 14 cooling off period. #Broadband #complaint

  • AmandaFBelfast Amanda Ferguson (@AmandaFBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Hi. It now 4 hours since I started trying to resolve your billing mistake using your WhatsApp messaging service. I have had to explain myself more than half a dozen times. Please check the details and resolve the matter asap. Thank you. Amanda

  • beezlebum Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No! It's your issue with your equipment. You should be keeping me, as a valued customer, informed. I've spent hours listening to crap music waiting to get information about this. Then being lied to. Do better.

Anyone else having @virginmedia issues in the bournemouth area?

  • steamgangmember reno (@steamgangmember) reported

@virginmedia "There are no known broadband issues in🤫" The issue is you're charging people more for a progressively worse service. You no longer have a monopoly on broadband deals and download-rate based packages with competitive prices, tell your bosses to improve the network.

  • Lord_Arse Lord Arse! (@Lord_Arse) reported

@virginmedia Probably not. I'm looking to either reduce my bill or worst case leave, but thanks.

  • KConnerWriter Kevin Conner (@KConnerWriter) reported

@virginmedia @Lord_Arse You could fire the idiot who shut him down and hire someone competent.

  • isolatedscot Yeeeeee (@isolatedscot) reported
