Harbour 💚 (@HarbourLord) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia you have the worst laid out website. All I'm trying to do is speak to someone on chat to figure out why I have zero upload speed right now and honestly thinking of just cancelling my broadband contract because your site is so unfriendly for customers to navigate.
-
@AgentSWhelan (@ASMagency) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@raycasey2003 Delicious! Having just spent six months of my life battling @virginmedia for the bare minimum compensation I was entitled to and witnessing their atrocious 'customer service', this has delighted me. I know he doesn't own Vigin Media anymore, but he created the monster.
-
Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia No. You have proved beyond a shadow of a doubt your customer service is beyond useless.
-
Belfast B❄️❄️ks (@BelfastBooks) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
Well done to @virginmedia’s off shore support team for taking a loyal customer of 24 years, treating them so insensitively that they’ve now cancelled their contract and will go elsewhere for phone, broadband and TV.

@virginmedia Oh for many a useless hour. We then spotted engineers outside. He said he wasn’t here to install internet, but to find Toby box. I said it’s there, someone dug it up 3 weeks ago. He said someone couldn’t find it during the week. Short story, it’s found please help

WTF! (@Garlic_Icon) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia "aren't guaranteed?" They've been terrible from day one. After 6 months as a customer you clearly overpromise on your capabilities. My speeds at the moment are probably no better than dial up
-
WTF! (@Garlic_Icon) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
@virginmedia No, I never thought I needed to, I thought the whole point was that's it's wireless broadband. Connecting something and getting a fast reading will make no difference to myself and my family as we struggle to stream or game on our wireless devices.
-
WTF! (@Garlic_Icon) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
I see I'm not the only unsatisfied customer of @virginmedia out there. Twitter full of disgruntled customers who are effectively being defrauded paying for a service they don't get.

Charles Roskilly (@CharlesRoskilly) reported
@b_e_s_s_ @virginmedia It's bizarre that Virgin Media knows there is a similar issue affecting many, many customers but instead of sending clear information to all via email and social media, they are addressing customers individually and giving the impression they are unaware of the issue. Mental.
-
Charles Roskilly (@CharlesRoskilly) reported
@virginmedia @b_e_s_s_ I'm not asking you to resolve the issue. I'm asking: A) You've previously said this is a known issue. What exactly is the problem? B) Has Virgin Media been able to fix the issue for any customers? C) What was the process of fixing the issue? Did the customer call?
-
Charles Roskilly (@CharlesRoskilly) reported
@virginmedia I don't want to waste my time calling if they are not able to fix the problem. A) What is the issue Virgin Media are aware of? B) Have to managed to resolve the issue for any customers) C) If so, how have you resolved it?
-
Charles Roskilly (@CharlesRoskilly) reported
@virginmedia But that isn't the issue. I've verified my account but once verified, I'm just asked to verify again and again. Over and over again. A) What is the issue Virgin Media are aware of? B) Have to managed to resolve the issue for any customers) C) If so, how have you resolved it?
-
Charles Roskilly (@CharlesRoskilly) reported
@virginmedia I don't really understand. You previously said there is a known issue that Virgin Media are working to resolve. How will me calling fix the issue with accessing my account when there is a known issue?
