@cop_ish @virginmedia Just wait till you have to deal with their Indian call centre. Compulsive liars. Will literally say anything to get you off the phone. They have a terrible reviews on trust pilot. I tried to cancel before the price rise a few months ago and had to do it twice.
-
Dai Barry (@DavidDaibarry70) reported
@virginmedia We have email but you miss the point. My wife was called a liar by the team who should be trying to retain valued customers. Kept her on the phone for over an hour, Refused to pass to manager & the timescale for a complaint would take us outside the cooling off period.
-
SpongeBob (@Jack_the_westi) reported
@virginmedia After years of loyal service I have sold my house and attempted to cancel my Virgin service. Passed from pillar to post, the next person I spoke to seemed to have a worsening grasp on the English language, asked the same security questions by 4 different people, CRAP
-
Dom (@epicdom) reported
@virginmedia I have called about 4 times in total. One of your colleagues put a note down that she's vulnerable and not to contact her about buying packages without talking to someone else on her behalf. Yet we see no refund and again someone trying to sell her another package today.

Dom (@epicdom) reported
@virginmedia Noted down on 11//09/20: Should be £73 and should receive a refund. We’ve been overcharged twice now. This discount was meant to be for 18 months.Person said would only be £13 more than her current plan. Ended up being £40 more. Additional £30.80 package charges wasn’t mentioned

Dai Barry (@DavidDaibarry70) reported
@virginmedia OK so how do I raise a formal complaint and how quickly will I get a response?
