    @virginmedia Your hold music sucks and it's annoying to have to have a full argument trying to cancel your account thanks. Try some calming music. Hold is rage inducing enough. Stick it in a suggestion box.

    @virginmedia We have had new boosters sent out and recently a new hub to try to solve the problems but still they remain unresolved. This situation needs addressed as we are currently paying for a service that we aren’t receiving

    Been a loyal @SkyUK customer for many years, but current process to move to Sky Q has been ongoing since 3rd August. Shocking service and zero communication. Time to cancel and move to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia for anyone who is thinking about switching to virgin media don't. Their £50 refer a friend credit doesn't work and they charge £35 for the activation fee and take the first and second month in advance. So now looking at a bill of over £100. Tried to phone but no use

    @virginmedia I’m currently on hold at 38 minutes waiting to speak to customer service - apparently I’m moving house and reinstalling in Craigavon on 3rd December. I live in belfast and have not planned a move. Apparently resolved weeks ago but a flurry of texts yesterday

    After a nightmare attempt to firstly speak to someone on the phone I spoke with a rude employee. I was assured no more charges . Email just through stating we will be charged double again this month 🙈 #virginmedia

    @virginmedia so we contacted u yesterday at approx 330pm to complain about service or lack of and after being bounced about, we were told a manger would contact us within a 2hour period. We are still waiting. Absolutely terrible customer service to date!

    @virginmedia We couldn't find the account number to start, answered a few questions over post code,email etc. Then we said we found the account no. But was too late she said. She wanted full bank account. We said no. Only wanting to renew or cancel the account but she wasn't helpful
