When is @virginmedia going to be called to order by authorities. How is possible they get away with customers on hold for hours, broadband service levels vastly below power and to rub salt in, @virginmedia think it is acceptable to increase their fees? Enough is enough, @CISASUK!

@virginmedia It’s already been reported, so an issue has already been raised. It seems loads of your customers are having the same issue! If it’s not fixed asap then I’ll be expecting a £10.99 refund each month on my bill and I’ll pay for Netflix myself.

Is there anyway of getting these Internet problems sorted @virginmedia we have had nothing but problems with intermittent connection since we joined you a few months ago. had an engineer out and he did some things with the hub and it was OK for a few weeks then dropping again!
