    @virginmedia my TV go app isn’t working, it’s showing no channels when I sign in. When I go to the app settings it says I need to upgrade, despite paying nearly £90 per month? It used to work before I renewed my contract?

    You  at 20:40, Feb 2: I made a complaint and w weeks ago and was told I would be contact by a Manager. I still have not been contacted. The service is appalling. I am now contacting the ombudsman @virginmedia
