    @virginmedia I have had no broadband now for *197 days* since I reported outage on 10/3/21. I have been promised 11 dates for the engineering work to fix the problem, most recently yesterday 21/9. Yesterday was *yet another no-show*. I am living Groundhog Day - please contact me

    @virginmedia John, I've tried raising formal complaints. Three times. Two of those complaints were closed as "resolved" without anyone contacting me. One time the "resolved" message even told me falsely that I had service again! As far as I know, the third has also been quietly closed.

    @virginmedia Have tried to complain but no one really wants to hear it. The poor customer service I have received I feel is bigger than the technical issue. I have tried to speak to someone who wants to take my feedback seriously but they apparently do not exist at virgin.

    @virginmedia Thanks, with respect, I did that six months ago. Nobody helped, in fact the comments on the forum largely indicated that many others were having the same problem, and VM did not assist!

    @virginmedia whatever you have been doing to my router bloody well stop it!!! Not one of my extenders and as consequence my Alexa devices is working properly, i even have problems connecting my iPad to the 5G network sat 2meters away. 1.

    @jhrot @virginmedia Not sure what the justification is either. We would gladly have transferred it to our new house but its them who are unable to provide the service, so out of our control, yet we have to pay. Just doesn’t make sense.

    @virginmedia I'm stating all of this publicly because there absolutely must be some way of VM giving my case more priority. I've raised three formal complaints with you during this time, but that hasn't done anything either. After 6.5 months, I just want my broadband service back please.
