    @virginmedia Unacceptable to keep me on whatsapp chat between 1pm to 5.20pm and still have no resolution. I stated hours ago I want to cancel TV, confirmed by your agent, who 4 hours later tells me they can't do it. I've now been passed back to a bot & you are closed!

    @virginmedia Wired seems ok, but it’s WiFi I’m not going to have everything wired? No I haven’t set up a bqm didn’t think it was on the customer to monitor quality of a service provided.

    @virginmedia John, it is not helpful. I’ve run the test and it says everything is working ok? And yet again it has just cut out, I’m absolutely fed up!!
