    When is @virginmedia going to be called to order by authorities. How is possible they get away with customers on hold for hours, broadband service levels vastly below power and to rub salt in, @virginmedia think it is acceptable to increase their fees? Enough is enough, @CISASUK!

    @virginmedia Having spent nearly three hours tonight trying to speak with someone with no luck I would like to know how customers get in touch, how they can get a solid service and when @virginmedia will cop onto what is acceptable as a business provider?? 😡

    @virginmedia Forgive me if I do not believe that. From the 10th, because I will not pay a connection fee incorrectly charged to me, you will start to disconnect my services. You have had ample time to resolve all the issues. The least you can do is issue the credit now to stop further errors.

    @virginmedia Done as you requested, same issue. On my phone status its finding the WiFi but the status is just flashing as it connects them has an ! Mark over it. As for my laptop no Internet access

    @virginmedia. Day 14 no Internet. Virgin engineer turns up today but cannot fix the issue. Needs a contractor to relay the cables. Not sure how long. Just called your customer service to see if we can be sent a virgin media dongle so we at least have Internet. The answer was NO!

    @virginmedia I have spoken with the team and they quoted me the full cost on the website. Virgin are not interested in existing customers. Thanks for think link, will cancel now

    @virginmedia @aleman_elisa Just because a connection can sometimes be made which then drops after a few seconds, showing you that there has been some data usage, does not mean that it is an intermittent issue and thus ineligible for compensation.

    @virginmedia How do you know they are working to resolve this issue? It seems wider than just a local area and have you spoken to the engineers - I doubt that very much.
