    Yet a new LOW in crappy “customer service” from @Virginmedia - letter saying they have been trying to contact me (still waiting for a callback from 26/8/20) no attempts made and to text a number to get someone to contact me ...... guess what an automated system that gets

    @AdeMcCann @virginmedia Same here BT6. Am very lucky am a mile from the office and in I went. But cut off at home with no warning and government advising us to work from home, this is poor.

    Well done to @virginmedia’s off shore support team for taking a loyal customer of 24 years, treating them so insensitively that they’ve now cancelled their contract and will go elesewhere for phone, broadband and TV.

    @virginmedia how does one get a newer router does one have to leave and come back in the future ? My wifi is awful just ordered wifi extenders but we get like 35mbs upstairs on a 350mbs package :)

    @virginmedia Connection is terrible it was working when first put in but you had damage at a location that you fixed now it’s not working the TV or the kids can’t get online

    Cannot believe how @virginmedia treat their elderly customers. 75 year old women completly let down Have taken her money and delivered no services for two months. Disgusting to leave her isolated with No Sevices and no communication.

    @virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

    @virginmedia no internet, but I need to wait 5 days for engineer! You say you invest millions and increase prices. Been with you since 2010. Why is it so difficult to log a complaint on the phone too? Shocking & ridiculous service. My contract is due in 2 months.

    @virginmedia The fact you've taken money when you shouldn't have and then wonder why your bill wasn't paid is called 'basic business'. If you compound your error by not allowing people to sign in, chances of resolution diminish. It's not rocket science.
