    @virginmedia Yes says to call the customer service number to make changes have also tried the online chat but no good! This is the shocking service for the second night in a row

    @virginmedia twice now in a week where i have had no tv/broadband , once when it was off for over 12 hrs and now it suggests we wont have a service until 4pm tomorrow. Not good enough. I pay a subscription to watch live sport and i cant watch it. I want some form of compensation

    @virginmedia honestly your customer service is disgrace. your advisor gave false info to get a sale last wk as confirmed by your advisor on my call today, repeatedly put on a silent hold with no signposting so it sounded like been disconnected, blind transferred then systems down

    Hello @virginmedia new customer here, part of the package was as a sim card never got it been 3 weeks. And can't register or contact virgin mobile. Just want a new SIM card sent out not 17 help pages of nothing

    @virginmedia tried twice to cancel my services with you on hold both times for over 25mins - this is not the way to encourage customers to stay - just gonna cancel my direct debit !!! You can take this tweet as my 30days notice !!!

    @virginmedia Hi, I have received a price rise letter which allows me to terminate my contract early. The phone line is conveniently hanging up or glitching or not answering at all, and online chat is unresponsive. It's clearly done on purpose to prevent people from leaving.

    @virginmedia This is on hardwired Ethernet as well as well as WiFi. Faults never help as just reading off a script , have been promised manager call backs that never come and would leave but your our only option for fibre broadband. Happy to take a large sum of money with no support
