    @virginmedia No it’s not fair at all John, I’ve been a loyal customer of virgin for quite a few years and the price increases along with the differential to new customers have got too much. Soon to be an ex customer if I can get through to your call centre @skytv any thing you can offer

    @virginmedia Still no WiFi in the house and no on hold for another 55min today all I need is an engineer out as the boost you keep doing is not working no matter how many times I boos reboot the system? I’m sure an engineer can solve the problem please just send one out.

    @JAcheson_Eng @virginmedia I’m sure they all have issues at some point although I’ve had Sky Fibre Broadband and it’s been very good and the service support over the phone has been really excellent. I had an issue recently and it was sorted in 30 minutes over the phone.

    @virginmedia Connection is terrible it was working when first put in but you had damage at a location that you fixed now it’s not working the TV or the kids can’t get online

    @rogapotamus @virginmedia Ongoing issues at Kerrang’s playout provider, many channels are down due to a fire incident. Most channels are on back up feeds, but Kerrang and its sister channels don’t have the same, so as The Box is working, it is acting as a back up.
