When is @virginmedia going to be called to order by authorities. How is possible they get away with customers on hold for hours, broadband service levels vastly below power and to rub salt in, @virginmedia think it is acceptable to increase their fees? Enough is enough, @CISASUK!

@JAcheson_Eng @virginmedia I’m sure they all have issues at some point although I’ve had Sky Fibre Broadband and it’s been very good and the service support over the phone has been really excellent. I had an issue recently and it was sorted in 30 minutes over the phone.

@virginmedia Only wireless. I've tried signal boosters, clearing its connection history, nothing works. The router actually switches its WiFi off for a while whenever I try to run any more than 2 things wirelessly.

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply. That’s not the only issue and hassle I ha e had with Virgin. Six times I have tried to set up a direct debit and still no one has done it, cut off again last night for non payment! Called up paid it straight away. Believe it or not I might have to leave 1/2

@virginmedia We have been through all this fir months now with no resolution. Your guys check the TVs connection and say it’s fine but it drops out constantly , throwing anyone connected our. We are on M200 fibre broadband and a wifi booster starter kit with no joy, still terrible
