    @virginmedia It's been off for 3 days now!! Absolutely nothing. Had problems when I moved also a few months ago, kept taking the wrong address down and I basically paid for 3 weeks without service, now this.

    @virginmedia Nearly an hour trying to call. I have better things to be doing on a Saturday. This is atrocious. All I want is an explanation as to why I have been denied a service for two months and lied to repeatedly.

    @virginmedia I'm shocked how poor you treat your customers. I cancelled my service 10 days ago and somehow you talked me into staying... but then failed to live up to your promises again... I have cancelled today. Thank God for the 14 cooling off period. #Broadband #complaint

    No Internet for 2 days now @virginmedia no facility to speak to anyone, book a technician or anything else for that matter. Your help text is quite frankly useless in this situation. Please provide a method to get this resolved ASAP. Awful service.

    @virginmedia I understand that the charge is valid, but am shocked that Virgin Media would prefer to take £240 from me and to lose my custom than to keep me as a customer in the future and take a considerable amount more off me over the next 10, 20, 50years!

    @richardbranson Hi Ricahrd, your @virginmedia support and billing team is completely useless & needs extra training. They charged me almost 3x more than actual twice, accepted the error and agreed to refund; but again same errors & no adj. Forget @virgingalactic Focus on earth🤐

    @virginmedia worst customer service I have ever had to deal with . Look forward to hearing back from you from what I was told was 72 hours for a management to call me back. If this is not sorted correctly , I can assure you legal action will follow swiftly
