  • Dermo1888
Dermdog ☭ (@Dermo1888) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia I'm shocked how poor you treat your customers. I cancelled my service 10 days ago and somehow you talked me into staying... but then failed to live up to your promises again... I have cancelled today. Thank God for the 14 cooling off period. #Broadband #complaint

  • aaronmacn
Aaron (@aaronmacn) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia if I’m gonna follow you support service, to text a problem to you, surely me waiting 48 hours later with no reply is a bit too long?

  • niscaffolding
Robert Andrews (@niscaffolding) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia tried for over a week now to sort my WiFi out managed to get talking to one of your guys today who couldn’t fix the problem. I was told he will call back in 30min with nothing can someone HELP?

  • _JennyMcKiernan
Jennifer McKiernan (@_JennyMcKiernan) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Your complaints team appears to have lied to me. They've failed to register my formal complaint about harassment & what appears to be a criminal data breach. This is all over a router that was returned a year ago. Can you help?

  • bernardmccabe
Ben McCabe (@bernardmccabe) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia 4 days since internet cut off and still no sign of fixing it. While I’m paying a stupid amount for the privilege.

  • beezlebum
Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@raycasey2003 Delicious! Having just spent six months of my life battling @virginmedia for the bare minimum compensation I was entitled to and witnessing their atrocious 'customer service', this has delighted me. I know he doesn't own Vigin Media anymore, but he created the monster.

  • TrevorAKilleen
Trevor Killeen (@TrevorAKilleen) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia So tired hearing excuse after EXCUSE after EXCUSE from @virginmedia - your “customer service” has been appalling over the last 5 months and this is NOT the first time you have failed! You have blamed EVERYTHING except your poor service !!!

  • BelfastBooks
Belfast B❄️❄️ks (@BelfastBooks) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Well done to @virginmedia’s off shore support team for taking a loyal customer of 24 years, treating them so insensitively that they’ve now cancelled their contract and will go elesewhere for phone, broadband and TV.

  • AndrewJMolloy
Andrew Molloy (@AndrewJMolloy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia The @All4 app has not been working for 2 days now. Is this a service wide fault, or something wrong on our end?

  • Domsball
Dominic Bryan (@Domsball) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia We have had broadband going on and off all day. Reset the hub, no better. Is there a problem in north Belfast.

  • Garlic_Icon
WTF! (@Garlic_Icon) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia "aren't guaranteed?" They've been terrible from day one. After 6 months as a customer you clearly overpromise on your capabilities. My speeds at the moment are probably no better than dial up

  • jai_dee
Jim Doran (@jai_dee) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Just the one channel. The picture is jerking and freezing and has been for a good week now. As I said every other channel appears to be perfectly fine, it's just a problem with @wchannel

  • SeanJPMcKee
Seán MacAoidh (@SeanJPMcKee) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia I opted out of marketing, it’s from your sales team trying to stop my from switching my service, it’s overkill especially as I’ve already had the conversation with your agents about it.

  • nadean_ni
Nadean (@nadean_ni) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia It's been off for 3 days now!! Absolutely nothing. Had problems when I moved also a few months ago, kept taking the wrong address down and I basically paid for 3 weeks without service, now this.

  • davmacfc
Dale McDonald (@davmacfc) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia can you please explain why the best price as a loyal customer for years is 30 pound more expensive than a new customer. Can’t even get through to right department to cancel

  • HenleyDB
    Henley (@HenleyDB) reported

@GreyBlackstone @virginmedia They're charging me over £105 for only broadband. They're a bunch of greedy jokers. I had an issue and called them, they made things worse. I'm stuck not renewing my contract. If they mess up again, I end up paying even more but on a new contract or accidentally disconnected.

  • RobSwain76580

@virginmedia First thing this morning you said the outage in my area (22) would continue for another week, then another message saying it would be fixed today, and now a message saying it'll be a week again. Is there a playbook you guys are using to wind up its customers?

  • philbreadin
    Phil (@philbreadin) reported

@virginmedia how come my bill has jumped from £55 to £72 mid contract? I understand it's April and a small price increase is expected but £17 is taking the mick. With the issues I've had lately @sky is looking more tempting.
