    Hats off to @virginmedia it has to be a record of some kind! Trying to cancel my broadband, they offer WhatsApp comms, mostly automated. 47 hours waiting to be connected to the person who can actually cancel my contract. I've been ****** about between renewal bots in that time.

    .@virginmedia please can you stop calling me every day? Long term customer offered £45 per month renewal, got double the speed for half the price with @TalkTalk 👏🏼 Since then, repeated calls offering £20 per month package, should have rewarded loyalty to begin with! @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Well good news, my V6 box lost signal as well for 5 minutes, and when it came back again, so did the broadband. The Virgin van was parked near a cabinet, so maybe that was him fixing a fault there.

    @virginmedia So if I left virgin mobile I could get the deal but it I stayed a virgin i whould have to pay more why can’t you price match yourself it’s stupid when I can go to a price comparison website and get cheaper for the same company

    @virginmedia The worst start. From the very beginning I've been messed about. From installation dates constantly changing, someone cancelling my contract only to reinstate it under different terms, contradicting bills, confirming my direct debit then not taking it out & charging me fees!!

    @virginmedia I've been trying to complain about your complaint handling however your complaint web page hasn't been working for at least several days now. Guess that's one way of not getting any complaints. Allows you to fill it in and then gives you a reference of ****.
