    @virginmedia yes. virgin does not appear. John I get service when I move away from the Dromore mast so it's definitely a local issue

    @virginmedia Well good news, my V6 box lost signal as well for 5 minutes, and when it came back again, so did the broadband. The Virgin van was parked near a cabinet, so maybe that was him fixing a fault there.

    Hats off to @virginmedia it has to be a record of some kind! Trying to cancel my broadband, they offer WhatsApp comms, mostly automated. 47 hours waiting to be connected to the person who can actually cancel my contract. I've been ****** about between renewal bots in that time.

    @virginmedia So if I left virgin mobile I could get the deal but it I stayed a virgin i whould have to pay more why can’t you price match yourself it’s stupid when I can go to a price comparison website and get cheaper for the same company

    @virginmedia just waited for 90 minutes on your online chat (I'm trying to leave your services) to be told at the front of the queue that the customer services operator was off for his lunch and that I'd have to wait another half an hour. Unacceptable from a company of your size!

    So it took @VirginMedia 12+months to close 1 account down 5months for the other. They said today in email they’d collect their equipment from our old address we said we weren’t there. They know we’re in a disabled bungalow yet they knocked & ran off before hubby could answer door

    @virginmedia Have logged so so many calls - have had your customer services teams and engineers put down the phone when asked for confirmation of faults and specific details of 'the outage in the area' ...been ongoing since before 20 April. This is not a 'broadband issue' it is ZERO service

    @virginmedia wrote to end contract on 19 April. Letter signed for on 20th. Heard nothing since. Should we expect to hear from you or will service simply downgrade (we kept b/band & phone but cancelled TV) after the thirty days? Thanks
