@virginmedia Well good news, my V6 box lost signal as well for 5 minutes, and when it came back again, so did the broadband. The Virgin van was parked near a cabinet, so maybe that was him fixing a fault there.

@virginmedia There is that word sorry again. Would you not feel disappointed if you were paying for 200mbps service and it was dropping to sub 20mbps with massive latency for 12 hours a day? And no one at that ISP could offer any solution other than wait 6 weeks and it should be fixed?
