@virginmedia So if I left virgin mobile I could get the deal but it I stayed a virgin i whould have to pay more why can’t you price match yourself it’s stupid when I can go to a price comparison website and get cheaper for the same company

@TSSNI @virginmedia completely disgusted by Virgin Media. Have recently taken out 3 phones on contract bringing it up to 4 on the account. One stops working less than a month after buying it and now they are looking to charge me to fix it before even looking at the phone.

Have had the phone sent back once and now two weeks later still awaiting a pack to send it off again. Been told just to go to @Apple and been hung up on twice. Hundreds of pounds a month being paid to @virginmedia and not even a hint of customer service!!!! Disgusting

@virginmedia Well good news, my V6 box lost signal as well for 5 minutes, and when it came back again, so did the broadband. The Virgin van was parked near a cabinet, so maybe that was him fixing a fault there.

@virginmedia Tech support have fobbed me off so far on the phone so not a chance anything will get resolved on a forum. Your engineer who installed it thought I was on the basic bb as the speeds where so low so clearly the quoted speeds aren’t possible.
