  • CarlFYoung
    Carl Young (@CarlFYoung) reported

@virginmedia Apparently a P2 outage in N13 area of London. Went down 1/4 of the way through the Champions League final yesterday and isn't due to be fixed until 5pm today. Seems like a clear case of oversubscription on network capacity to me, but would love.

  • DominicRandolfi
    Dominic Randolfi (@DominicRandolfi) reported

@virginmedia How on earth do you not have any information. Your entire network has been down since 12:05 Friday morning. Your phone lines are backlogged. Businesses with static IPs haven’t had internet for over 2 days. How are you this out of touch? No fix time, just “we’ll be in touch”.

  • mranitshah
    Anit (@mranitshah) reported

@virginmedia Hello last time I chatted was on 3rd May however I don’t understand I overcharged March, April, May and June bills it’s really bad I got all the chats stored

  • DominicRandolfi
    Dominic Randolfi (@DominicRandolfi) reported

@virginmedia Haha yes everyone has. It says no issues while your phone lines admit there’s an entire network outage. It’s laughable that with customer details in your CRM that you haven’t updated anyone. If you can provide one that would be helpful. That should have just been the reply

  • neth_dugan
    Neth 🌹🇪🇺 (@neth_dugan) reported

@AlanOwen1947 @virginmedia Can't do anything to help as I'm down south and also don't work for Virgin. But I hope your internet/phone/tv come back soon. Good luck.

  • MikeMjaw

Appalling service from Virgin Media. No phone, TV or broadband for over 60 hours. Told problem was fixed then told it will take another 3 days. No apologies either!

  • richiec7780
    Richard Carr (@richiec7780) reported

@virginmedia what an utter shambles, you cancel your account and virgin media still take direct direct debits of you, and then states you have to sort the refund with your bank or wait an indefinite amount of time for your money. Cancelling was difficult to start with. DO NOT USE

  • DaveWill0
    Dave (@DaveWill0) reported

@virginmedia Second night in a row my broadband has gone down just after midnight (like it used to do in the past). You need to sort out your temperamental service as I’m not paying for a service that doesn’t work when I need it. #virginmediadown
