    @virginmedia yes. virgin does not appear. John I get service when I move away from the Dromore mast so it's definitely a local issue

    @virginmedia I’m not sure what your system is for replying to these but I’ve been trying to contact you for days. I’m being ignored whilst more recent queries are being prioritised & answered. Broadband is still not working. Can’t work from home at all now. FIX IT.

    @creppermint @virginmedia 2/ maintenance or scheduled maintenance, but just turning it off no warning when people are trying to work from home is just poor service. The website is useless, no faults showing and call centres closed, no way to contact them...

    @virginmedia It was showing a fault this morning but it now tells me everything is fixed. However the WiFi continues to come and go ever few minutes. I have reset twice but there is still a problem ongoing from 10.00 last night.

    Broadband is so frustrating. Family going nuts! I’m sure VM staff are trying their best to fix but not good enough. Been on off on off in BT4 (Belfast) for weeks. Router switched on and off with no improvement. Seriously thinking of closing top home package account.#virginmedia

    @virginmedia Totally disgusted with the poor service on cancellation of my broadband service with you. I'm still none the wiser if its cancelled. The guy I spoke to on Saturday kept putting me on hold trying to compare a service to your rival. Get it done. I'm done with virgin.

    @virginmedia Sure thing. TV Issue Catch Up 4 On Demand Showing 3 days our engineers are working to fix this as soon as possible. I will receive text updates on the issue. We hope to fix this by 12.00 it is now 12.35 and this still isn’t fixed.

    @deanoward @virginmedia It’s 100% virgin media only. Everyone at multiple companies down, all users on virgin media broadband. Also if they connect to the same vpn using their mobile network ee/Vodafone etc works fine. It is purely virgin media users impacted but yet no responsibility is being taken
