@virginmedia WiFi down every day now, engineer out this morning, outage in area (BT5) , 4pm fix, box on the street needs seen too. 20 years old! 3 households all told different stories.. get it sorted! One neighbour on hold for over 60 mins only to be hung up on! 😡😡

@virginmedia Yes, it was delivered a couple of weeks ago, and received a text to say April 5th was changeover day, plugged adapter and phone into hub, and not working. Reset the hub as per instructions, but still nothing. Has the migration date changed for the BA14 area?
