After hours on the phone and all Managment unable to help, I’ve now been advised to make a complaint.

It's crap, does not work and ever since we used it we keep getting kicked off wifi, both me and my partner. Internet speeds are worse on some devices.

When I create a package as a new customer its £37 a month, however as a long time customer my new price is £68. Nice way to treat your Customers!
