@virginmedia It was showing a fault this morning but it now tells me everything is fixed. However the WiFi continues to come and go ever few minutes. I have reset twice but there is still a problem ongoing from 10.00 last night.

@virginmedia brilliant service. Quick call to downgrade package/pause sports 35 mins hold and call just terminates. Bet if I stop paying the what is it £105 a month I’ll be cut off in minutes and phoned constantly for the outstanding money.

Been holding important meetings from home using Virgin as my provider. I did 5 last week, one each day lasting all day. Each day the internet went down for a variety of times. I can’t get in touch with Virgin - I waited 50 minutes on the phone to have my call dropped @virginmedia

@virginmedia I’m not sure what your system is for replying to these but I’ve been trying to contact you for days. I’m being ignored whilst more recent queries are being prioritised & answered. Broadband is still not working. Can’t work from home at all now. FIX IT.

@StephenStitt @virginmedia Their customer service team are fairly decent if you give them a call when they are available tomorrow. (They will probably ask you do do everything you've tried yourself though)

@virginmedia Hi, thanks for the response. I have ran a test and showing no issues. The wifi continues to drop out and come back within a few minutes. It happens every few hours or so

@virginmedia Wish I could tell you it was better. But the internet is going on and off every few minutes. The service has been good for the last couple of months but since yesterday evening it has been terrible. Sorry.

@virginmedia I've had my fibre connected using our neighbour's wire, as ours was dead from the box. We've had a cable repull last week, but it hasnt been connected to the house, and noone is able to give any information when i call customer services.

@virginmedia just spent the last 1.5hrs on the phone to two engineers about my internet. Issue with my router. Got a call back, spoke for 15 minutes then line cut out. No callback and now your phone line is closed. I have no Internet, no cctv, no boiler, no burglar alarm. Joke!

I’ve reached peak bored of trying to fix my @virginmedia broadband. You book an engineer and then they cancel it saying they fixed it. Point is BT or Sky? Who is best and has actual customer service.
