@virginmedia I am not happy with my Internet speeds. I have been a virgin customer for 3 years and have been told that I apparently have too many devices connected which I have never heard of with any previous provider. I have 100mbps and have had nothing but slow lagging stream

  • jerrylangradio Jerry Lang (@jerrylangradio) reported from Holywood, Northern Ireland

Hey Virgin Media Business… what’s with the bad service.. no service all day… not a good service at all..!! @virginmedia

  • beezlebum Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No! I've just spent 26 minutes trying to get through, so I'm just going to pester you on here instead. I've raised three separate complaints to no avail. My only recourse is public humiliation. For a communications company you're really very poor at it.

  • johnpbell John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

.@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for 40 mins and counting. At no point am I told what place I am in the queue nor expected waiting times. Very poor. Can you please arrange a call back as I’m not prepared to wait those sort of times again with no idea of how long it’s likely to be.

  • johnpbell John Bell (@johnpbell) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Broadband is very temperamental. I’ve tried all the suggestions, reset the hub etc. It fixes the issue temporarily but seems to often revert to very poor speeds. Hub 3. Sometimes speeds show as fine, but on all devices the speed is poor.

  • Anna_McD91 Anna Poland (@Anna_McD91) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia worst service ever. Who can I speak to about cancelling a contract that has never gone more than 3 days without freezing and buffering?

  • Broc_Boyd Broc (@Broc_Boyd) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Belfast BT6 no issues showing on service checker but no connection

  • DonnellyWAFC Conor Donnelly (@DonnellyWAFC) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia Hello, I have an ongoing issue with my Broadband Can you assist me please.

  • EmmetMcDB Emmet McDonough-Brown (@EmmetMcDB) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@okaygeraldine @virginmedia That’s one for @consumerlinda G. I’d give them a call, I’m astounded they can charge you when you move to an area they don’t service. It feels very very wrong.

  • MarkMcL60727750 Mark McLaughlin (@MarkMcL60727750) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia can you tell me how to send back your NOT so super intelligent WiFi booster. It's crap, does not work and ever since we used it we keep getting kicked off wifi, both me and my partner. Internet speeds are worse on some devices.

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LeenaG Leena Gupte (@LeenaG) reported

It's all a bit of a fix isn't it? How can knowing your package details be a security question when @virginmedia routinely changes your package on you without your consent and then uses it as a excuse to start charging more? Surely security questions should be something I choose?

  • superstaryas7 yas ➐ (@superstaryas7) reported

@virginmedia yet AGAIN, you're causing me to disconnect from matches in #FIFA22 due to the poor service I'm receiving!!! This is absolutely shocking & embarrassing! Having this many disconnects results in EA giving out sanctions btw! (Happened to me last year)

  • ianjac2 ianjac (@ianjac2) reported from Harthill, Scotland

@virginmedia I would just like an engineer to come to my house next Saturday as early as possible and fix my hub3 thanks as I know it is not working properly as when I try to connect my phone on wifi the is no network name like wm8763213 for example

  • LeenaG Leena Gupte (@LeenaG) reported

Properly bored now @virginmedia What happens if I just cancel my direct debit and mail back your stuff? Can we consider the account cancelled? I promise not to buy any of your services ever again?

  • Beanieee B E A N I E 🦊 (@Beanieee) reported

.@virginmedia You are USELESS. Someone needs to call me right now to discuss removing the cancellation fee due to your horrendous service.

  • Wee_Sammy_xoxo Samantha (@Wee_Sammy_xoxo) reported

@virginmedia What exactly is the point of this page if you don't help? There was no point in me telling you my issue what so ever. The line is active so service should not have been switched off. Especially if it isn't my fault they changed my installation date.

  • Alexand46027896 Alexandra Gill (@Alexand46027896) reported

@Ofcom I am trying to help my mum recover an email account that @virginmedia have just deleted without notice even as she cancelled her virgin media account 4 yrs ago. I was advised to complain and get a deadlock letter but they won't oblige. Any advice?

  • steviehalliwell stephen halliwell (@steviehalliwell) reported

@virginmedia Morning, yes I tried again this morning because it was down again. An engineer is coming again on Friday. I just hope he understands that it is most likely the cabling size from the junction box as we are the quite a distance away. It’s certainly not the hub.

  • bigstevie_67 Stephen (@bigstevie_67) reported

@virginmedia It is a replacement! I've been onto them again and I'm getting a free v6 with free Activation now. This has been ongoing for months with pixellation so I'll be after recompense for loss of service. Who or how do I contact about that?

  • Chrisca50 Christine Carroll (@Chrisca50) reported

@virginmedia Many thanks, I have tried this link and there seems to be no problems in my area so must just have been a glitch
