@dearbhaiiile @virginmedia They seem to have no concern for accessibility either, with phone support pretty much being the only option. Not great for those who are hard of hearing or have a communication difference IMO.

@virginmedia twice now in a week where i have had no tv/broadband , once when it was off for over 12 hrs and now it suggests we wont have a service until 4pm tomorrow. Not good enough. I pay a subscription to watch live sport and i cant watch it. I want some form of compensation

Have had the phone sent back once and now two weeks later still awaiting a pack to send it off again. Been told just to go to @Apple and been hung up on twice. Hundreds of pounds a month being paid to @virginmedia and not even a hint of customer service!!!! Disgusting

@TSSNI @virginmedia completely disgusted by Virgin Media. Have recently taken out 3 phones on contract bringing it up to 4 on the account. One stops working less than a month after buying it and now they are looking to charge me to fix it before even looking at the phone.

@kangaossie @virginmedia I tried to send a complaint online. Says it's "easy and convenient" yet all the links to the online complaints form are *conveniently* broken. I can ring them during my work hours or send them a letter though 🙄. Great stuff @virginmedia.

@Ronan_Barton @andyc_plymouth @virginmedia Welcome to virginmedia ‘Help’ ...it took me over over 6 months of calls and chasing and telling them what previous engineers had said and done every time a new one showed up and failed to fix my broadband to actually get one engineer who knew what he was doing and fixed it!

@virginmedia trying to move my internet to my new address and no connection. 1st call to customer services I was told to expect a call back in an hr- nothing. 2nd call I was told to expect a call back in 24hrs- nothing. 3rd call I’ve been told 3-5days. I have low hopes 🤬😭
