Absolutely ridiculous. Cost me a fortune on data when I moved and VM kept getting the addres wrong, was well over a month without the service and this was 2 months ago.

They have now been pulled up again to get it sorted from last year. Dealing with the Indian call centres have had no progress there, and only one person spoke understandable English

One guy said its not that, came three times, changed modems, cables connectors etc. I told them don't send him , they sent a new guy listened to what I said, fixed what I said.
