@virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

@celticghirl_bee @Gerrykeogh2002 @virginmedia If they bump up the prices unexpectedly mid contract you have the right to cancel as they are in breach of contract! You can contact them to remove the increase or cancel altogether #ThatsTheLaw!

@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

@virginmedia This is the worst provider I have ever had. Not once have you ever answered my calls with constant on going problems and that was before today's fiasco. I won't be renewing my any contract with you and the quicker my contract is up the better.

Anyone else having more problems than usual with @Virgin @virginmedia .... I had a phone call from them this morning, which I answered and they hung up. Now nothing is working and I have rebooted everything and still nothing. No internet or TV. 😤

@virginmedia I have never got through on the phone to anyone. I just gave up and sitting out my 18 months contract. I would not have left @skytv if they had not over charged my account with no refund.

@virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

@virginmedia I haven't been satisfied with the broadband connection from installation. I lose signal walking by the hub, never mind the rest of my home. I've given up trying to get help.

@virginmedia It’s intermittent issues that have gone on for months, poor speeds, losing connection altogether, and the main frustration is the regular disconnection from the sky boxes in the house. Sky engineers have checked their equipment on numerous occasions and there’s no issue.

@virginmedia @DisabledInLinc I got the emergency back up system working myself at 1am this morning the installer, installed it incorrectly. That said it’s useless as it only allows calls to 999. Many priority services don’t dial 999 including your own! The main issue is now my landline doesn’t work.

@virginmedia Ironically - renewing my package. Am currently 90 minutes into my 15th (!!!) contact with virgin media. And still no resolution. For a straight forward renewal. Anyone else reading, avoid these guys like the plague - absolutely awful processes and customer care

@virginmedia Yer i didn't think it was its wwe are not saying its a premium live event. Usually @btsportwwe covers all wwe but for some reason they are not covering the show on Saturday so it might be just on the network.

@virginmedia I want an engineer to come to my home to resolve the issues or alternatively I want to cancel my broadband contract, I am not getting the speed or service I signed up for and this has gone on for months now.
