@virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

@virginmedia I have never got through on the phone to anyone. I just gave up and sitting out my 18 months contract. I would not have left @skytv if they had not over charged my account with no refund.

Anyone else having more problems than usual with @Virgin @virginmedia .... I had a phone call from them this morning, which I answered and they hung up. Now nothing is working and I have rebooted everything and still nothing. No internet or TV. 😤

@celticghirl_bee @Gerrykeogh2002 @virginmedia If they bump up the prices unexpectedly mid contract you have the right to cancel as they are in breach of contract! You can contact them to remove the increase or cancel altogether #ThatsTheLaw!

@virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

@virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

@virginmedia This is the worst provider I have ever had. Not once have you ever answered my calls with constant on going problems and that was before today's fiasco. I won't be renewing my any contract with you and the quicker my contract is up the better.

@virginmedia I haven't been satisfied with the broadband connection from installation. I lose signal walking by the hub, never mind the rest of my home. I've given up trying to get help.

@virginmedia Poor customer service and dodgy dealing. Asked for WiFi pods (much hassle), told "totally free of charge". Sent new contract by email, I did not agree to or was even made aware of. Sent another one for more £ next day. Got a call from call centre to "improve my sub".

@virginmedia We were promised by Virgin employees on Online chat that it would be resolved on the day, and that we would get a phone call, which never happened. The customer service has been shocking, and we have also never received the £100 voucher we were promised when we joined.

@pete_codes @virginmedia Beware - internal Wi-Fi coverage is abysmal, and all they offer to fix it is to rent you Wi-Fi extenders. I gave up and bought a mesh system to overcome the shortcomings.
