    @virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

    @virginmedia I haven't been satisfied with the broadband connection from installation. I lose signal walking by the hub, never mind the rest of my home. I've given up trying to get help.

    @virginmedia I have never got through on the phone to anyone. I just gave up and sitting out my 18 months contract. I would not have left @skytv if they had not over charged my account with no refund.

    @virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

    @virginmedia This is the worst provider I have ever had. Not once have you ever answered my calls with constant on going problems and that was before today's fiasco. I won't be renewing my any contract with you and the quicker my contract is up the better.

    @virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

    Anyone else having more problems than usual with @Virgin @virginmedia .... I had a phone call from them this morning, which I answered and they hung up. Now nothing is working and I have rebooted everything and still nothing. No internet or TV. 😤

    Having a rubbish service from #VirginMedia promised hi fibre fast broadband and it keeps buffering. My partner spoke to customer service who said that was normal. We are leaving after 6 weeks of a terrible service

    @virginmedia hi there when are you launching the hub4 connect app because when I had the hub 3 it was really really bad when I paused my PS4 I kept lagging because I just paused the device and also I tried rebooting the hub on the app but never worked I had to delete it

    @virginmedia I’m well within my 14 day cooling period and would like to cancel I got my broadband fitted Friday 12th Nov. I don’t want to hear any excuses I want to cancel now how do I go about this? Ring? Live chat? What? I’ve already booked a new provider.

    @virginmedia @SkyUK why is it so hard for you two to work together? 1hr ago my Sky Q box disconnected from my Virgin Media router. Again. So that’s another 2hrs of turning things off & on again tomorrow while you blame each other for my loss of service @Ofcom
