    Anyone else having more problems than usual with @Virgin @virginmedia .... I had a phone call from them this morning, which I answered and they hung up. Now nothing is working and I have rebooted everything and still nothing. No internet or TV. 😤

    @virginmedia I have never got through on the phone to anyone. I just gave up and sitting out my 18 months contract. I would not have left @skytv if they had not over charged my account with no refund.

    @celticghirl_bee @Gerrykeogh2002 @virginmedia If they bump up the prices unexpectedly mid contract you have the right to cancel as they are in breach of contract! You can contact them to remove the increase or cancel altogether #ThatsTheLaw!

    @virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

    @virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

    @virginmedia This is the worst provider I have ever had. Not once have you ever answered my calls with constant on going problems and that was before today's fiasco. I won't be renewing my any contract with you and the quicker my contract is up the better.

    @virginmedia It's no better at all. I only have good signal in my living room and if I move around the house I lose connection every single time.

    @virginmedia I haven't been satisfied with the broadband connection from installation. I lose signal walking by the hub, never mind the rest of my home. I've given up trying to get help.

    @virginmedia yes. virgin does not appear. John I get service when I move away from the Dromore mast so it's definitely a local issue

    @virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

    @virginmedia It’s connected wirelessly to the powerline though as the wired connection is occupied by my laptop. Just glad SOMETHING works. Unfortunately I think it’s just the PS4 doesn’t like it. The new router is in the same place and no other device has an issue even in the same location

    @virginmedia I will state again, that either there is a problem with the router (hub4) or Virgin is not giving me 1gb broadband. I have had to purchase a Wi-Fi extender since moving to hub4, costing me an extra £100.

    @virginmedia Hi, I have had on and off issues since I took the contract out a year ago. When ever I speak to someone I’m told it will be fixed in 24 hours(same last night) It’s impacting my work now which is not acceptable. I regularly have to reboot the rooter to try and regain a connection
