    @virginmedia yes. virgin does not appear. John I get service when I move away from the Dromore mast so it's definitely a local issue

    @virginmedia This is the worst provider I have ever had. Not once have you ever answered my calls with constant on going problems and that was before today's fiasco. I won't be renewing my any contract with you and the quicker my contract is up the better.

    @virginmedia It's no better at all. I only have good signal in my living room and if I move around the house I lose connection every single time.

    @virginmedia To be honest the cable covers have been the least of my problems with #virginmedia, my whole experience has been totally regrettable from day one. The only place in my home with internet coverage is my living room.

    Anyone else having more problems than usual with @Virgin @virginmedia .... I had a phone call from them this morning, which I answered and they hung up. Now nothing is working and I have rebooted everything and still nothing. No internet or TV. 😤

    @celticghirl_bee @Gerrykeogh2002 @virginmedia If they bump up the prices unexpectedly mid contract you have the right to cancel as they are in breach of contract! You can contact them to remove the increase or cancel altogether #ThatsTheLaw!

    @virginmedia I haven't been satisfied with the broadband connection from installation. I lose signal walking by the hub, never mind the rest of my home. I've given up trying to get help.

    @virginmedia I have never got through on the phone to anyone. I just gave up and sitting out my 18 months contract. I would not have left @skytv if they had not over charged my account with no refund.

    @virginmedia I have tested my wifi speed and it is so low. (I know I am not on my own why I say your company cannot be contacted or choose to not answer queries). I've been paying over the odds for an inadequate service. Looking forward to my contract finishing.

    @virginmedia Your company is the worst I've had to deal with. You do not answer the phone or on line. The last I heard of you was when I signed up. My signal in my home is absolutely useless. The only part of my house I have a proper signal is my living room.

    @virginmedia Well, you wouldn't because you haven't shown any care for my existing, long-standing problem. You're also not qualified for it likely, so instead, I will wait for the engineer you're sending in about 2 weeks and hope I don't kill myself by then. We'll take it from there. Bye.

    @virginmedia I rang them 14 times yesterday (while working) and haven’t been able to speak to a manager. The line quality of your offshore call centres is horrific. Managers are too busy to discuss my issue. I have zero appetite to ring or engage with VM further. Cancelling my direct debit

    @virginmedia I shouldn't have to call up and waste another 30 mins plus of my time. I've already called and get nowhere with your customer teams I would appreciate a DM and someone making more of an effort. You have illegally taken money without giving me chance to hand equipment back.

    @virginmedia I had 1.5 hour call with nice lady who discovered original engineer never authorised our router. But that didn’t solve it. Another engineer coming today. Third time lucky, perhaps!!! So..3 trips, 4 hours on the phone, many hours wait and many without services. Bad look, Virgin.

    @virginmedia The fact the engineers keep coming back over and over again would suggest there is an issue they are unable to handle or repair. If you have been advised of an outage, by a consumer, who diligently explained the issue isn't new you should pay more attention to what he said. Me.
