    @virginmedia “Do all we can” to me doesn’t equate with making me log in over & over with a bot or waiting for very long periods in a phone queue because of ‘unexpectedly high demand’ for your customer services team. Why can’t I just log in & request a cus service call?

    @virginmedia It's worth noting that after that message I got put through to customer relations, who never messaged back. And this has been the case for the last three days now. Do customer relations actually exist on your WhatsApp service?

    @virginmedia It has cost me several calls, cost a fortune and I cancelled my order. End date 24/02/22. Problem is they couldn`t forward me a receipt so I`m in limbo! Typical VM customer service!

    @virginmedia I have been trying to speak to someone in order to register a fault with my WiFi. So far I have wasted 3 hrs today. I can only assume no advisers are available due to your poor service. How can I speak to someone?

    @virginmedia Thanks but this didn’t get us anywhere the only alternative is to contact the Ombudsman service tomorrow. I can see no way of resolving this issue unless the landline is reinstate today.

    @virginmedia And no doubt you will end up, hanging on the end of a phone for hours on end, trying to make contact! That seems to be normal and certainly the case if you try to cancel your subscription!

    raised a complaint, reference C-3101221349, about your completely shabby customer service and specifically requested that someone calls me. What did you do? Sent an email fobbing me off and suggested that if im not happy i should contact you by phone! Unbelievable @virginmedia
