@virginmedia So had to send the network team over who also found faults, said it was an area based issue so most people around me are getting the same problem. This was early feb time and was the last thing I heard. Its still just as bad as it was before they came.

@virginmedia poor show yesterday Virgin Media, installer failed to show despite waiting all afternoon. I was promised two call backs from a manager but neither called me back. Live chat didn’t solve anything. New customer is now a cancelled one. 🤬🤬🤬
