    @virginmedia The page fails to load, saying no network connection, despite good 4G.. it’s working now but yesterday, and most of last week it wouldn’t even load.. and your 150 service is just as bad.. after 9pm you get kicked off so can’t even report an issue. Do better, it’s that simple.

    @virginmedia I’m an existing customer so it doesn’t allow me, so it needs to be thought virgin media. It’s okay though, if Virgin media don’t want to look after their long term customers be providing them with good deals then that’ll just prompt me to use Sky instead

    @virginmedia Lol has anything you advised to anyone complaining right now worked? Be honest. Clearly and you know it yourself, it's a fault on your end that you've been doing a crap job to fix all week and it keeps dropping and hence why you asked that question.

    @virginmedia Working in the industry 72 hours to reconnect a service that has had a virtual disconnection and no physical work is required is shocking, both of us work from home and will be unable to earn for that period
