    @virginmedia The only option that offered was for me to setup another contract with Virgin that would allow them to issue a PAC number for my original mobile number. I have to wait for the SIM to arrive before this can be done, so God only knows when I will have my number working again

    @virginmedia @virginmedia terrible customer service! Stay away. @virginmedia is good #takingyourmoney or #upselling your contract and then 4get about you. I have been without service since 9 DEC 2021. One lie after the next. Keep billing me. NO HELP!!!!!

    @virginmedia Listening to tedious, repetitive script that has to be read; inability of staff to respond to knowledge of customer; repetitive nature of process - carry out basic checks when you encounter problem, follow same process online then do same thing twice more when talking on phone,

But don’t bother trying to call to actually speak to someone as they’ll be system issues or you’ll be cut off or you’ll just give up because you’ve spent days trying
