    @virginmedia I am so fed up with your broadband not working everyday. My hub goes off several times throughout the day and the WiFi goes off. Every time I call up there is no one to talk too. I am now looking for a different provider. #annoyed #dissapointed

    @virginmedia once again, we are without WiFi, I live with my grandparents who have to order medical prescriptions online and they can’t. This is starting to get ridiculous, always have issues and no support whatsoever.

    @BenJolly9 I don't particularly like Branson and think his behaviour has been poor during covid but he doesn't own or make decisions in relation to virgin media. I think they pay him a fee to use the virgin branding.

    @virginmedia my TiVo remote seriously needs replacing. Its really shocking. The pause button barely works (I have to press stupidly hard & for ages for it to work) as well as the OK button. The selection changes up/down when pressing OK. The volume buttons don't work either

    @virginmedia Yes I asked this question 3 times and the response was to UPSELL me a business plan to get me an earlier engineer visit I DIDN’T need as was obviously a network issue! Furious

    I don't know what's worse, the fact that Virgin are saying that the known issue with my net won't be resolved until 4pm tomorrow, or that I keep getting pockets of a few seconds of working internet before it dies again -_- @virginmedia
