    @virginmedia can you please let me know why you failed to cancel my contract in February after a long conversation about the implications of not returning my box and kit to you? Still getting bills, not using the service.

    @virginmedia @YODELhell @Kirk_Jonathon Can’t you cancel your contract? I know it doesn’t solve your problem but it looks like Virgin are happy to wash their hands of it. Like most companies they only do something when it starts costing them money.

    @virginmedia Apparently there is no issue. We have rebooted, reset and followed all the online guides but we still have no WiFi. Apparently an engineer at the exchange resolved the issue yesterday but several reboots and 12 hours later still no WiFi

    @virginmedia - something changed in the web safe settings in the last few days. All media content on @twitter were showing as conten not available. The only fix was to turn off the “Child Safe” in the web safe settings. Please investigate as this is not an ideal approach.

    Hey @virginmedia every video on my twitter feed isn't working stating "content unavailable" I was able to fix this on my phone by disconnecting from the WIFI but the problem persists on my laptop which I can't disconnect from the WiFi. How can you fix this?

    @virginmedia Exchanging messages is not having a verbal conversation. I need assurances this will be resolved to my satisfaction today. Disappointing customer service so far.

    @virginmedia customer service is so bad. No WiFi since Thursday and still no closer to being fixed. The call centre staff are useless and have no idea what they are doing just hurry you off the line. #shouldofstayedwithsky

    @virginmedia I’ve dialled this number twice and you are unable to speak to a human being on it. It refers to online constantly. Poor.
