@virginmedia Yes, we were told they would come today, but last night they rang and said they wouldn't send anyone. Tbh, he was rude, aggressive and spoke over me and could not explain himself.

@virginmedia But it's impossible to get in touch with the right dept on your team. To be clear, are you telling me that you have a simple function for me to upgrade my services but a less clear customer journey to cancel services? Is that @Ofcom friendly?

@DaxJaryx @virginmedia dax dont worry! I chose virgin media out of stress cuz i really needed a internet provider and i CANNOT complain. Every issue was solved within 12 hours. in 12 months my internet cut out 4 times in total. 3 of them was due to problems outside their reach. They are amazing

@virginmedia - any chance of an honest update on when you are fixing the Broadband outage in SE4 ? 4pm and 11pm fix estimates missed yesterday . 9am and 1pm missed today. Now 10am tomorrow?
