    @virginmedia Do you actually have a working phone number? I've tried calling several times and had to hold for 3 hours with no success. Is there any other way to cancel a contract besides this phantom phone number? I can cancel online, and help you prioritise higher risk people

    @virginmedia 3 calls to cancel my account, each one took over an hour. 1st call cut off whilst being transferred. 2nd call the operator promised a call back today at 3pm. 3rd call got cut off after 63 mins of piped music. Just HOW exactly do I cancel my account????

    @virginmedia You always say there are no outages despite the endless complaints from customers. Doesn’t matter anymore, you are increasing the price for this “fabulous service” (sarcasm in case you missed it) which triggers the escape clause in our contract and we are FREE!! Bye now 👋

    @virginmedia I've given up, which I believe was what Virgin Media's was hoping. Your customer service team are completely clueless. Been a customer with Virgin and its predecessor for 15+ years but I'm currently looking for a new supplier.

    @BBCWatchdog @virginmedia @MartinSLewis Virgin Media, you make it impossible to leave you even though I am out of contract. I’ve been on the phone for 1.5 hours trying to cancel my service. You just pass me from one team to another. Surely this is a barrier to exit?
