@virginmedia No, no info whatsoever. Called the contact line and the girl wasn’t able to help or tell anything either. Already in doubt whether I’ve made the right choice if the service starts like this

@virginmedia @oldskool_menace Issues here as well! It's been intermittent all week! Can't get through to anyone on phones or WhatsApp! Service checker isn't working either! How can you say you offer a service when nothing works and you can't talk to anyone!

@virginmedia I believe it’s Virgin but I’m not sure. The SIM was never put into a phone or activated as we were told it was cancelled. Not connected to broadband
