@markrmifsud @virginmedia Oh, back down again since 9:30pm. Looks like we were one of the lucky ones who were able to use our services for a day. Would be nice to know what the actual issue is @virginmedia? Some people have had no service for days now in our postcode.

@virginmedia Thank you, but unfortunately there’s no alternative placement as the next power socket would be through a wall and 10 meters down the hallway, which might help with the overheating, but it all my network connections run to the cupboard by the entrance.

@virginmedia Ok but I’ve watched it all on firestick so might help others but not me 👍🏻

Took five hours and eight minutes to get @virginmedia to uphold a basic consumer right. Contract successfully cancelled (eventually) but have to raise a separate complaint to get a refund for the seven weeks without internet. An ice cold drink is calling.

@virginmedia internet been down since yesterday and you’re so incompetent that you can’t fix the WiFi until the 1st of June? This is ridiculous

Well played @virginmedia and @tntsports for offering the @ChampionsLeague final free to customers… but it slightly sucks the audio is out of sync with the visuals!

@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia I got told once and I don't know if it works but if you ring up and upgrade to another package it's classed as a new contract so you can cancel within 14 days maybe worth looking into doing that

Like you cannot make this BS up am sick of how bad @virginmedia are. Clearly your automatic systems are busted. And you're making staff do double work to fix ITS problems
