@virginmedia your phone customer service needs to be improved. Tried to call 3 times this morning to make changes that cannot be done on line, holding for approx 15 mins each time before being cut off each time. Not good enough.

@virginmedia I am on the phone to virgin media now speaking to talking to a manager called Michelle who is the rudest lady I have ever spoken to and is so inflexible and won't even listen to what I have to say and constantly cuts me in mid sentence. Clearly a company with no customer service
