@virginmedia Hi, we have the Hub 3 the issue is the strength of the wifi signal. can barely get signal in any other room apart from the one the hub is in. Is there a better hub available? i see the smart hub being advertised.

@bloortomation @ispreview Awesome. Suggest you align the tiers to Virgin Media’s offerings as I suspect that’s a sizeable chunk of your customer base! I keep picking places to live with atrocious Openreach coverage but excellent cellular / cable / alt-net (albeit often with CG-NAT etc).

Cancel virgin media, total rip off. Call 0800 952 2277 to cancel. Takes 30 days but so worth it.

@virginmedia Really? I did that in September. Agreed a price but over 3 months later despite hours on the phone you're still charging about £20 over what was agreed. Multiple promises to sort it broken.

Ok so, virgin media router kinda sucks, if I use the Bt SmartHub 2, it would basically just be a Wi-fi access point, so would need a like a rpi for dhcp Or I could just buy a google nest Wi-fi or something ubiquiti
