    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to call customer services (0345 454 1111) for the past couple of but can never get through - the line just goes dead, tried from two mobiles and work landline. Is there any other way to contact them? I need the account cancellation team.

    What an absolute waste of time @bt_uk are. I called to try & reduce my monthly bill & the man on the phone said he could help save me money by offering me a mobile ******* sim card for less than my current mobile bill... Virgin Media here I come.

    @virginmedia I understand it’s down speeds which look great on advertising but up speeds are just as important and 6MB/s up on a 100MB/s connection isn’t good enough. That’s just the way your network has been setup and there isn’t anything which can immediately be done about it.

    @virginmedia So you clearly know it takes 10 days then why send out bullying automated emails only 14 days after I received the package to send it back in. The reason I’m no longer with @virginmedia is the hopeless customer service

    What a shame been in touch with virgin my mobile to ask if they wanted to help me contribute to my bill as volunteering . Still not got back to me I'll pay the bill and had family offering bless them big company like that. Well @virginmedia 🤣

    @virginmedia Shocking service. My mother has had no landline for several weeks now. An engineer installed an adaptor to connect to the router, it has failed. The only way for her to contact your customer services is an 0345 number on her mobile. This is not good enough. #NotGood

    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve been trying for a week to disconnect my package. I can’t get through to anyone. Today I’ve been sent to 4 different departments, finally got through to pay the disconnection fee and the phone cut out? I’ve wasted hours and hours on these phone calls.

    @virginmedia That point should be made to the customer at the time. Just as well I captured key screen shots then! Of course, if you have captured the full transcript on your systems for your own purposes, you would have to provide it in response to a DPA subject access request.

    They are installing cables for a new company to rival @virginmedia in Gloucester. Cant wait as I have nothing but problems with my connection to virgin every day what ever I'm working on the signal keeps cutting out. # painintheass

    @virginmedia @JamesfordFord 4 months no wifi. Broken dongle. HOURS on the phone to be promised a resolution today and now being ignored. You should be escalating it, chasing it up, getting a manager to speak to me because this is ridiculous
