    @virginmedia I understand it’s down speeds which look great on advertising but up speeds are just as important and 6MB/s up on a 100MB/s connection isn’t good enough. That’s just the way your network has been setup and there isn’t anything which can immediately be done about it.

    What a shame been in touch with virgin my mobile to ask if they wanted to help me contribute to my bill as volunteering . Still not got back to me I'll pay the bill and had family offering bless them big company like that. Well @virginmedia 🤣

    @virginmedia So you clearly know it takes 10 days then why send out bullying automated emails only 14 days after I received the package to send it back in. The reason I’m no longer with @virginmedia is the hopeless customer service

    What an absolute waste of time @bt_uk are. I called to try & reduce my monthly bill & the man on the phone said he could help save me money by offering me a mobile ******* sim card for less than my current mobile bill... Virgin Media here I come.

    Finally @virginmedia your website admits there's an issue after 3 nights in a row of internet outages. Be nice if your service status page was based on data and not complain volume.

    @virginmedia constantly the internet is down in Tamworth always B77 and B79 every bloody day it’s the same most of the day today it’s been down but check virgin it says all ok so how come so many are having problems we’ll be asking for a refund much more of it

    @virginmedia over £90 a month for the picture to flicker on and off almost daily forcing us to unplug and reboot the box every time. You ought to cancel the contract then and there cause you aren’t providing the service promised. Absolute joke.

    @virginmedia No I was told how much I would be charged right from the start. This fee is not for the package it’s a fee to change to a new package. I’m paying a higher price for my new package which I have no problem with. I do have a problem with a changeover fee that was not mentioned
