Greg Corbett (@ebbGreg) reported from Carlisle, England@virginmedia Always love seeing the responses to your promoted tweets, they never seem to go down well. Even trying to distract people with Charlotte big jugs didn't work!
-
Jason Munn (@realsqueegie) reported from Carlisle, England@virginmedia Shocking service. My mother has had no landline for several weeks now. An engineer installed an adaptor to connect to the router, it has failed. The only way for her to contact your customer services is an 0345 number on her mobile. This is not good enough. #NotGood

FIONA MULLEN ( HOWE) (@FionaFimullen40) reported from Carlisle, EnglandWhat a shame been in touch with virgin my mobile to ask if they wanted to help me contribute to my bill as volunteering . Neil B (@Marduhk) reported from Carlisle, England@Monza972 @virginmedia This is usually what happens when you fill a support centre with sales agents. You just need to stick that Hub into modem mode and use a separate router - you won’t ever look back.
-
Jason Munn (@realsqueegie) reported from Carlisle, England@virginmedia Thank you for replying. But the point is being missed. To get customer service from @virginmedia is a costly phone call. The last one cost over £5 and the problem was only briefly resolved. Paying customers should not be charged for problems that are caused by the supplier.
-
Neil B (@Marduhk) reported from Carlisle, England@virginmedia I understand it’s down speeds which look great on advertising but up speeds are just as important and 6MB/s up on a 100MB/s connection isn’t good enough. That’s just the way your network has been setup and there isn’t anything which can immediately be done about it.
-
The Whisky Reiver.. (@22craftsman) reported from Carlisle, England@virginmedia Not been with you for years due to the very poor levels of service.
-
Neil B (@TheWilldern) reported from Carlisle, England@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.
-
Jason Munn (@realsqueegie) reported from Carlisle, England@virginmedia You really are missing the point. This is the second time that there is a problem with the landline. A lengthy and £charged phone call to @virginmedia solved this (taking) over a number of days only for it to happen again. This is @virginmedia’s problem. Take ownership.
-
Dan Mason (@danmas0n) reported from Carlisle, England@virginmedia Thanks for this. Looks like there’s a coverage problem in our area so registered loss of service. Looks like we should be sorted later today.
-
Stephen Whelan (@Integrity_Steve) reported from Carlisle, England@virginmedia So you clearly know it takes 10 days then why send out bullying automated emails only 14 days after I received the package to send it back in. The reason I’m no longer with @virginmedia is the hopeless customer service
-

Is there any other way to contact them? I need the account cancellation team.
