    @virginmedia my phone had no service at all yesterday and today it’s intermittent. I phoned on my house phone (which cost a fortune) they sai it would be fixed by 6 pm yesterday but it’s on the blink again!

    @virginmedia your customer service is terrible - first person didn’t help me, transferred me and cut me off and now I’m on hold for hours. Why can’t I get any help - it’s a simple question I have and nobody at your head office can help me - ridiculous

    @virginmedia My Relative want's to cancel, they are moving and have internet where they are moving to. Is there a way she can cancel with out calling? Over an hours today then hung up on, and over an hour yesterday.

    @Swell09 @virginmedia Mate of mine was supposed to have their new TV and broadband fitted last Tuesday... supposed to be every day since according to the call centre and today decided to say it was 6th Feb! They are absolutely awful, probably the worst customer service out there!

    @virginmedia please can you tell me while being on the phone for two hours I was rudely cut off by a member of your second line team specialists. I’ve had 10mps speed from a package where I should have 200mps. I have been a customer for 20+ years, I deserve an explanation! @Ofcom

    So after 2 hours of being on hold to @virginmedia I get through to someone for them to tell me the computers are down and to ring back later on! Will I ever leave this company?
