@virginmedia my phone had no service at all yesterday and today it’s intermittent. I phoned on my house phone (which cost a fortune) they sai it would be fixed by 6 pm yesterday but it’s on the blink again!

@virginmedia @dishoneste Or get someone other than a minimum waged teenager sitting at home or in India telling me I'm wrong and imagining there's a fault as it's not showing up on their screen. Complaints are worse and they offered me compensation, didn't pay then closed down the complaint.

@CharlieIDIC @virginmedia Just try getting your network going first.I have yet another outage Sunday 7th Nov 21 after having 2 earlier in the week.Had a 3 day one earlier in the year and many days I lose connection for a few hours.I have a 1gb XL package paying £115pm and worse than my son's 35pm with BT

@virginmedia 5 engineers 3 weeks nearly 4 weeks still having issues WiFi randomly disconnects have to reset router to get it back happening 5 to 7 times a day now what exactly are we meant to do managers don’t ever ring us back

@missradders Yeah the one called Virgin Media is something separate - part of a service where other VM users can share connections without having access to your personal WiFi (hence the need for a username and password). You may just need to rescan / move the chromebook closer to connect.
