@virginmedia my phone had no service at all yesterday and today it’s intermittent. I phoned on my house phone (which cost a fortune) they sai it would be fixed by 6 pm yesterday but it’s on the blink again!

@virginmedia No. Said there was no problem but when I did a test on the hub it said it wasn't receiving any single. This is a regular occurance at the moment. Sick of having to reset it

@virginmedia I obviously can’t connect it to the Ethernet port so the woman on the phone told me she’s send an engineer out on the 8th August. I need an engineer out next week, not the 8th, as I would never have gone with Virgin if you told me I’d be waiting that long for set up

@virginmedia I only joined because Chamille on your live chat said that I could do self install because I was having issues with NOW’s engineer slots. I told Chamille that I only had open reach ports in my house but she said that I was still eligible to do it myself

Virgin Media has made a significant error by billing me for a service that I had 2 DAYS BEFORE IT FAILED SO THEY BETTER CHANGED THE BILL TO ZERO IT WAS AT BEST 2 HAND EQUIPMENT NO DRILLING BUT WHEN FAILED I WENT TO BOX COVERED IN DUST NORMALLY BOXED EVEN CONTROL HAD BEEN USED
