    hey @virginmedia can you help? Joined up on 27/11 and told ending my Voda Broadband on 10/12 would be fine. So far I've had two non-visits and spent 2 hours trying to resolve it and I'm not further with my current provider being shut off in 2 days - and I'm working from home.
