    @virginmedia Can l get help please. For 4 months now l have had an amount added to my account every other month. Everytime l call its taken off my account only to be added back a month later as late payment. Today all my calls have been diverted or cut off while talking. Very frustrating

    @virginmedia my mum, in 70s, lives alone several hrs from any family, her internet went down yesterday still not up, landline no dialling tone, I called your fault number got dead tone. How can we sort this? She's shielding & needs to order food delivery. No faults in her area.

    @MikeBookham @virginmedia Have had it for years. When works get 200Mbps down and 20Mbps up. This time Hub3 lost connection (light green not white). WiFi in the house went bad a while back. Kitchen is the worst. Got a Virgin Booster set. One wires connection to hub, one outside kitchen. Still bad.
