@virginmedia Yes npz for a good while now more frequently than enough all WiFi devices in my house wud have connection issue at same time wifi symbol on router wud be flashing so I have to turn off then on I reported to virgin they said do reset which I did the next day I still had to reboot.

just cancelled my @virginmedia media cos my contract is about up and they cannot offer me a new deal for a better price but new customers get a better package than what i have at a much cheaper price and if my wife was to setup a new account as a new customer she wouldnt

@virginmedia It doesn't advise a fix time but it does get resolved after 5-10 minutes. It's just frustrating that it keeps on happening.

@virginmedia 3 days now I've been trying to report my phone problems 3 DAYS!!!. Constantly on hold. No live chat. Emails answered within 28 days sort it please otherwise my custom will be going elsewhere

@virginmedia Nope no one said a thing just restart or reset that's all you ever get never once had anyone suggest an engineer I just want a connection that's stable all the information upstream and down stream data is posted on the forum

@virginmedia Ours just says super hub 2 and No. We found out by going on the website as our broadband was running slow. Does that matter as it clearly states it’s free to upgrade.
