@virginmedia Incorrect information provided, and was told something was done when it wasn’t. A complaint being closed without consent. Constantly having to chase up myself and promised call backs or contact but nothing ever happens. It’s been 3 months since it was logged. No contact at all.

@virginmedia I have been without internet for 12hrs now. This is the 4th time. I have no phone signal here so have to go to a field to get some. This leaves me feeling so unsafe as now I can’t call emergency services if needed. You team say it will take over a week to help me.

@virginmedia Always best to put a router infront of the VM hub to mitigate the wifi issues. As ours works fine via ethernet and a separate wifi network, just so if VM have issues with their Wifi service (we are unaffected). But it's strange that VM can shut off your wifi and muck about..

@virginmedia My phone has been stuck on 'Refreshing SIM Data' since your outage. I have restarted my phone many times to fix it, even manually turning the SIM on and off in my Settings. What the Hell is going on?? 🙃
