    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I was with them for twenty+ years since they took over from Telly West. They did exactly the same to me. Never again dropped them & managed to encourage family and friend's to do the same.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia cancel your contract and get virgin media as a new customer in your wifes name, request install the day after your current contract ends....they will tell you you cant do it but i have been for 15 years

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia I rang an insurance company cos I put in a claim for a cancelled holiday asked them if they needed my dads death certificate their reply was has he died erm wtf. Some companies have no tact at all 🤬

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia I'm astonished the retention team didn't lie and say she had agreed to a new contract - to meet targets and get their bonus. A terrible company to deal with in my experience.

    @virginmedia I have been locked out of "My Virgin Media” account since February, phoned 4 times and get nowhere they say they filled in a form and in 5 days it will unlock, never does. Means I have no access to sky sports, Virgin TV Go, and the new TNT Sports via HBO Max!!!
