  Post-mortems are due to be carried out today on the bodies of five teenagers who died in a head-on collision on the M9 in Co Kildare in the early hours of yesterday morning. Gardaí say their car was driving the wrong way down the motorway when the crash happened.   @virginmedia Ok so no sky sports+ available to watch.. just spent over a hour and 20 minutes on a web chat queue that no human turned up to help. Now seeking compensation as I cannot view what I paid for. Please advise.

  @virginmedia I've tried to watch it on my phone via the sky sports app and that didn't work either. Feeling disgruntled. You've managed to send a recent update to our virgin box but can't fix this!

  So @virginmedia after 15 years as a customer for broadband don’t deem you worthy of a recordable 360 box if you want to use them as a sole provider instead of Sky and only offer a streaming box that won’t work if your internet goes down. #AwfulCustomerService #Sky
