    @virginmedia Hi, No I am still waiting. No progress. Yes I talked with that number and nothing, they are transferring me each other until the line cuts off. Even you are writing once a day so it seems that we will send 10-20 messages to each other without any solution until my scheduled date

    @virginmedia your @virginmedia customer service can’t accept that I’ve done the entire script of solutions and won’t send anyone to fix it. Over a week of poor internet and work time loss, and your solution is for me to go to a forum? You’re leaving me without internet and I’m paying £60 pm.
