@virginmedia Contract ending, trying to renew. Feels mental now to be fair, but trying to stay. Given a price this afternoon but he said he’d speak to this made up tier 2 with ongoing area issues to see if could reduce it further for us- unprompted I should add.

@virginmedia Focused entirely on the wrong parts of it, more interested in the mess up if a colleague than actually dealing with the issue at hand. Pricing issue still not sorted, and here I am replying on Twitter where a call centre agent could have sorted it had they been bothered

@virginmedia Good Evening, thank you for responding. The issue has now been resolved. I was very unhappy with the customer service yesterday when trying to deal with a bereavement account. But thankfully all has been dealt with eventually.

@virginmedia Done that so many times. What’s the point. Existing customers have never meant less to you than recent times. On hold 2 hours last week. Finally got through. Cut off after 30 seconds. That makes us customers so angry. Feel free to call me. Account number is 745226401.

@virginmedia I outlined this in the attached tweet, which is local device issues with modem mode and ethernet ports, outside of just "it's connected back to us". The only solutions the rep could provide were network monitoring (which wouldn't show device faults), or putting us over to GRescue

@virginmedia 3. You might have an Acceptable Use Policy but I have an Acceptable Cancellation Policy 4. The thing I would find almost unacceptable is that on top of having no internet service I may have to report you to Trading Standards or BBC Watchdog. Almost...

@virginmedia Absolute PR bollocks , if you had anything about you the call would have been answered , you wouldn't be ripping customers off and your service would be of value . #virginmedia
