@jadey_voorhees @virginmedia They really are, I don’t know how they still exist! Try sky, and because you work within abbeycenter guys will give you discount, they did for me as well. Means if any issues as well you don’t have to phone customer services, they will be able to sort it out for you on the spot!

1. Fuming @virginmedia . Disgusting customer service today when my husband called to report a fault. Our disabled son has no access to his virgin box for watching Netflix. Asked for an engineer. “We don’t do that you will have to pay”.
