@virginmedia @carmcon1 Your a joke. I'm trying to cancel my mother in laws virgin package after you have increased it. Terrible. @Offcom

  • yveperrett Yve (@yveperrett) reported

Absolutely had enough of @virginmedia paying for a service I cannot use due to their appalling signal and cannot get through to anyone on the phone to correct this. Definitely will not be renewing my contract

  • roghughe Roger Hughes (@roghughe) reported

@virginmedia No services since 29/1, told it'll be fixed 8/2, cancelled without reason & that WE must have cancelled. Told no notes on the account, redirected to an 'engineers only' number, redirected back to customer services. Now told the first available date to fix is 22/2/21. Not Happy.

@virginmedia Try spending the price hike money on a customer service, because at present you do not have one fit for purpose. As others have mentioned I hope @BBCWatchdog look in to whatever's happened to a once decent company that has declined so drastically? 😎#FasterCloser #BehaveYourself

  • ivansestan iVan Šestan (@ivansestan) reported

@petewylie @virginmedia Send a new hub Virgin! its not difficult and eliminates the major component and can be returned if it does not solve the problem!

  • atjoshdavies Josh Davies (@atjoshdavies) reported

@virginmedia I do remain unhappy, hence why I have reported this to ofcom. The fact it’s nearly impossible to cancel a contract, and you harass your own customers when they want to leave, and then berate other broadband companies, absolutely ludicrous.

  • roghughe Roger Hughes (@roghughe) reported

@virginmedia The fix is in the street, where the hole in the road is... no access is required to the property.

Any company that bows to the mob demanding they do not advertise on #GBNews, will lose my business as a customer, far left cancel culture is destroying lives, and I would hope the likes of @EE, @VirginMedia etc will not allow themselves to be bullied by far left. #DontFundGBNews
