  I chose @vmbusiness becuase I had this mess before with BT letting me down .. I work from home, how am I going to do that with no connectivity? Teather from my phone? I am an IT person .. lets see how that works out (2 of 2)

  O @vmbusiness how can it be when my order was placed in January my rescheduled install date isn't until the middle of May? I am going to be without connection for over 2 weeks .. the original plan was to have a week cross over of my service - why do i pay for business ?? (1 of 2)

  @virginmedia The issue isn’t time. The issue isn’t that there’s further work. The issue is that it gives out wrong information all the time. Half the time it’s not able to be connected with.

  @virginmedia I've been a customer for 10 years but the customer service I've received today is extremely worrying. Everyone has been polite and tried to help, but still my package is all wrong. This needs rectifying immediately or your major competitor will be gaining new custom

  @entrustTMF @virginmedia Terrible situation for that long. I'm looking at a voda offer at the mo for switching from virgin when my deal expires. They offer a router with 4g back up. It's weather your can get decent speeds where you are that matters.

  @entrustTMF @virginmedia Whereabouts are you out of interest? My daughter is working from home today at our house and says Virgin broadband has packed up. I'm in hospital for a few days so out of touch but wondering if problems are localised or nationwide. Thanks!
