    @virginmedia Funny how the automatic compensation scheme only works when outages happen to broadband or phone. Take it tv customer don’t get their money back when things ONLY go wrong with tv

    @virginmedia Had no box on main tv for 3 weeks now, green screen, box needs replacing. After a 90 minute phone call your company sent the wrong box. Still can’t get through. Your customer service is a joke

    @virginmedia it seems you maybe having major issues with your customer service, after waiting 1hr 45mins on hold for the second time the agent advised we would receive a call back yesterday? We are waiting nearly a month for delivery of 360 boxes, can someone please assist?
