    Getting through to speaking to a real person at @virginmedia feels like the goal of some sort of epic quest. I've never known a company put so many barriers in the way of getting through to "customer service".

    @virginmedia I just wished I have never ever joined you. The damage is already done to the brickwork of the front of my property. I will have to seek advice. I find your service appalling and just, if at all, in a few occasions may be good.

    @YVirginMediaBad I have just switched to Virgin Media. I previously had a telephone line and the box was neatly fixed on the wall. The extended cable on brickwork and drilling to my property is so bad, when it could have been fixed over the rendering, that I regret having joined

    @virginmedia Rang 151 have ended up filing a complaint as I was hung up on. I wasn't offered the extra number to ring. Sorry for your loss but you must pay the 30 days notice... Very nice for my mum in her 80s who no longer needs the sports package as my dad died.

    @virginmedia We tried to cancel my MILs £6 per month mobile phone account when she entered a Hospice two days prior to her death in September 2022. We sent you a copy of her death cert in November. Why are you still sending letters to her chasing for money?
