@virginmedia It says it’s just my box but I rang up and they said it’s an area issue, though it doesn’t say that on the service checker. Can’t seem to see if anyone else if having the same issue though but I’m trusting the guy on the phone.

@virginmedia so just had a call with one of ur guys. Agreed to a contract got it by email all good. 30min-1hour later got a new contract by email didnt know of it. Never agreed to it or any kind of information communicated to me… I send a message on WhatsApp

@virginmedia do you think it’s acceptable to be on hold for 45 mins and then when dealing with the retention team I get told £3 off is the best deal. I have been a customer for 10 years I think it’s beyond a joke.
