@virginmedia I work from home and my broadband has been dropping out for days! I have called the customer services 3 times today after waiting for a technician to call ! I never received a call and after my last call have been told there are no appointments until Thursday

What is the most scary from the experience is no matter if you call them, no matter if you text them, no matter if you broadcast the whole thing on twitter, you cannot get it done. You are not able to Cancel your services at #virginmedia

Well I take it back what I said about @toobbroadband .Thankfully I stayed with @virginmedia as they couldn’t install it on the day and the customer service is crap at best.Still not heard from them

@virginmedia The rolling month contracts are really expensive. Your agent just told me there is a fee to cancel early, a fee to transfer the agreement and a fee to move the address of the contract. So it looks like you’re trying to force more money out of students.

@virginmedia The contract had ended and she told you she would not be renewing , YOU decided to start a rolling contract . She did not want the service anymore. We have cancelled the direct debit .

@virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service. Trying to cancel a student broadband account as moved out following uni finishing and after first call cut off after 45 mins now waiting again… 21mins and counting. 0345 cost an all #disgusting
