Joined .@EE & .@bt_uk cause .@virginmedia customer service are atrocious. EE have sent me a bill TWO DAYS after the account was opened. Breaking the law they have taken a total of 106 out of my account two separate times - two lots of £53.99. They now want £20 on 21st. 1/

@virginmedia Well it has definitely been disabled! Apparently because I have a blueyonder email account! I was never informed that it would be an issue. I desperately need access to this email account! I am hoping that someone is able to sort this

@virginmedia I can't explain how frustrating it is to talk to that call centre and have the calls constantly disconnected, the agents not actually listening to you and saying they will call back but never do. The UK call center (maybe Scotland) were very helpful, understanding and saw

@virginmedia Did that, that’s when I got the acknowledgment of the intermittent issue. Not doing well at the moment, O2 bill is more than it should be, keep getting messages to reinsert my SIM so not feeling it for Volt at the moment
