  @virginmedia Broadband been down almost continuously since midday Friday 17th and now latest update says evening of April 20th expected repair /resumption. Will be four days at that point. What has happened? Manchester area.

  @virginmedia It is absolutely diabolical; The usability is horrific; The interface is horrendous; You cannot recover deleted items; The recordings do not split between movies and TV shows; and The audio function on the remote control never works. How do I stop the constant upgrade messages?!!

  @VirginMediaIE please I have DM you but I am now harrased due to virgin media delay and bill generation to money in form of bill This way customer in Ireland won’t prefer Virgin media Connecting with customer care 30-45 mins waiting time and still no solution to customers

  @virginmedia You will quickly remove discounts and charge them extra without even offering the loyal customer any other offers. And now to add insult to injury you only offer 24 month contract. @youfibre will be getting my custom soon. Sick to death of virgin shafting it's loyal customers.
