@virginmedia Yes, I've done checks. The service will stay down unless I reboot the hub 3.0. The cables are fine and the hub isn't overheating.

@draig_rhosyn @virginmedia Yeah that’s why I moved to virgin. 200mbs download a **** tonne upload should run sweet. They guy who installed it even said there’s an issue in the street. No one came. Now there was one outside supppsed to be fixed yesterday by 7 and then today by 3.

@AlexInTheHyphen @HMRCcustomers I suppose if you click, on a link, then goodness what happens. I've had a scam call, from some bloke, saying that he was from Virgin Media & that there was a problem with the wifi hub.

@virginmedia Btw your call centre said it would be fixed by 3pm on the 7th. It’s still not working and today is the 8th. My neighbours have connection but not me. Is it because you have no money to spend on an engineer to fix the problem ?????

Hi I recently gave 30 days notice to terminate my broadband contract with @virginmedia as although I was reasonably happy with the connection, every time I needed to phone customer service it was a nightmare. If I was to stay what are my options?

@virginmedia All sorted now thanks. But @virginmedia really needs to sort out how if we phone again several times we get different answers to the same question. That's not the poor operator's fault. It is corporate incompetence or worse if you're deliberately misleading customers.
