    @virginmedia So the fact that lots of people if the EN1 postcode all had service outage at the same time doesn’t trigger your system to report an problem and keep customers updated? What a poor excuse for a customer care service you offer!

    @virginmedia (1 of 2) I called today and the first person said my order hadn't yet been consented. The link from the sms doesn't work and I tried through the automated phone service. She said she couldn't disconnect my TV service so passed me onto someone else.

    @virginmedia I set up a new account with you on Friday but need to cancel as installation requires drilling (which building won’t allow). I have tried to cancel my account 3 times today, each time spending 30 mins on phone and then being cut off. How can I cancel?

    @virginmedia I called and I was basically told I have to wait 24 hours , not happy about the service and the way business has been conducted to be honest , will be expecting a bill reduction by the very least

    @virginmedia Advised that due my wife’s disability and reliance on phone connectivity for support services we would be made a priority for reconnection. 7 hours later still not reconnected. #poorcustomerservice
