@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Virgin Media are literally the scum of the earth, had issues with them before. I’d rather be without internet if they were the last ISP on earth.

@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Awful. When my Nan died Barclaycard wrote and said she had to pay her bill. I'd already told them she'd died, but rang them again only to be told "we still need to speak to her". I replied "well you'd better know a good Medium because her ashes are in my hallway". Utter idiocy.

@GeoffJonners @virginmedia They did this to us - went from £124 to £211 so we did the switching service with Sky. Virgin then called to offer us the same package for £74. Too late I’m afraid! 👋

@JamieGBarry @virginmedia Becoming common throughout... About a year ago Sky did exactly the same to me, Loyal Gold, Platinum, Diamond (All that S**t) member for over 35yrs.. Price increase from around £100 to £153 in about 3mths.. Plus reduced service.. It's all a load of Bulls**t greed.

@virginmedia @JamieGBarry What rubbish - you refused to offer me the same rate as a new customer to recontract. Instead your 'value' offer was £55/month. Moved to Sky for £35.
