@virginmedia Having known this is a house that hasn’t had virgin broadband before we ordered… you have now decided you can’t install it for some mysterious reason. Not remotely clear. Appalling customer service. We feel trapped in a contract with you and now can’t go elsewhere either .

@virginmedia When this happened before they advised I reboot it. Then it works sometimes, then it continues. I've read online about numerous issues with the hub 3 like this.

@virginmedia I moved in September and my install date has been pushed back every two weeks since, now due to be 15/12. Nobody seems to have any answers or able to explain the problem. Is there a specific team who can help?! Customer service not been helpful.

@virginmedia Phoned up. Automated service checked connectivity. No connection. There is a wire and hardwire issue but have no way of letting you know. Flashing green light. Need an engineer

Very disappointed with @virginmedia We picked broadband & tv with plenty of channels and btsport. After some installation issues we got it all sorted but NOT THE DEAL WE REQUESTED. A number of WhatsApp messages and have gotten no where #annoyed #disgustingcustomerservice
