@virginmedia yeah it says that everythings ok but maybe the routers just broken,someones coming to fix it on TUESDAY. We have work to do but hey, i guess that doenst matter to you people especially because on the phone you act clueless. We are paying for your services. Make it worth it.

No tv or internet service since 12:30 @virginmedia are useless. They best sort the phone line issue soon cause that's clearly causing problems. Not the only one in this area having problems. 😡

@virginmedia My download speed is the same as it always is but when I play games the gameplay is really bad, other folk in the house are having issues with apps buffering constantly

@virginmedia You can't use that link, as it says you have to sign in. When you sign in, it takes you to the test I ran. Just ran it again. Same error. My BB is back up, but thought you guys should know of this error at your end.
