    Yo there @VirginMedia never used your SIM, had canceled my subscription right away after paying 15 euros in total, but then I get an email after 2 months saying I'll have to pay 27 more euros including late payment fines fgs. did it over a call. Better not receive bills anymore

    @SkyHelpTeam That's lovely, I'm sure they'll explain why I've lost broadband service 4xs today, and why I don't have it now and maybe can get it back tomorrow? Oh, I'm so giddy, it's like poker, either i get to WFH or I'm just ******. Thanks guys! @virginmedia be seeing you soon

    Should’ve known better. That’s Virgin’s MO: they give you a good first experience, then once you’re in they give you the worst experience ever. Had it with Virgin Media, now Virgin Atlantic. Lesson learned: STAY AWAY FROM VIRGIN COMPANIES.

    @virginmedia It says I have had a change in service which is true, I have a upgrade that’s costs me more money and is much worse than the internet I had before. No one at virgin can help address this. I feel tricked

    @virginmedia Yes as virgin are charging us full early disconnection charge as you do not recognize there is option to cancel within 14 days..if I give you the reference numbers can you investigate and fix the problem ?This is the client services we need right now..someone honest and proactive
