    @virginmedia There have been no engineer appointments. One hasn't been suggested despite both complaints. Aside from major outages that are visible the answer I got was that there are 'no known issues' which invalidates the issue we were legitimately having on the daily since Dec.

    2 nights in a row @virginmedia internet has completely flatlined at midnight on the dot.. I’ve already been lied to that my internet issues that happen during the day (WHICH EFFECT MY WORK) would have been resolved by the 10th. And now this... come on!!!

    @mouthwaite @virginmedia I used to be with VM, Virgin claim “big kahuna bla bla internet speeds 150 250 home coverage was crap, in my new home I am with Bt and their internet speed is only 20-30 but it performs much much better.
