@virginmedia hello, I arrived in Mexico yesterday and received the usual welcome to Mexico text, but I cannot text, make or receive phone calls. Are you able to help with this please? I can see incoming calls but it won’t allow me to answer it, it just cuts off.

@virginmedia I don't know the rest of my neighborhood but the internet is still not working. As for that number, is it a free number?

  • mgordonwalker Maggie Gordon-Walker (@mgordonwalker) reported

@SODASam_ @virginmedia I left Virgin too, as very poor coverage but also appalling customer service. I’m with Plusnet for broadband, Vodafone for mobile. Plusnet also does mobile & you get a lovely Northerner answering the phone in a few mins as opposed to the hours Virgin take before cutting you off

  • RanngerTTV Ben (@RanngerTTV) reported

@virginmedia I called the recommended number which starts with 0345 for customer service then proceeded to follow the step by step and was on hold for 2 hours for the bot to schedule a call back that didn't call me back

@virginmedia once again, terrible internet services. I’m paying £49 a month for zero internet…as that what it feels like with all theses daily problems. Now it’s effected my work at home and I could now lose my job. Thanks Virgin Media. Do Better please 🙏
