@virginmedia The response should be prefuse apology and a cancellation without charge. The stress this has put me and my partner under alone would merit this. Hours on end waiting for your customer service line, only to be told it's our fault! (cont)

@danewton89 @virginmedia Dont do it. Once they get you they screw your. I'm out of contract. Tried to get a new deal. They want me to pay £120 more than a new customer. They know during a pandemic home working you cant switch. Heartless form of scoundrel.
