    @virginmedia As I said before I already raised a complaint but nobody is coming back to me with even a timescale or any courtesy to say my issue is being looked into. Just to be clear are you saying, as Virgin Media, that you can't help me with my problem and all you can do is hope for me?

    @virginmedia how come you cancelled our appointment on the 9th March due to COVID but then gave the time slot to a family friends he same day and not cancelled that one? You still have not gave us a new appointment which sucks since we have been without our home for 3 months!

    @virginmedia not really, after don't know how many hours I still don't know whether an envelope to put your router back will arrive in time nor to the right address. But don't bother about me, I'll be alright. Fix your problems, you're going down the drain with your awful customer service.

    @virginmedia Honestly, that is your resolution? Whenever I call your offices the issues only escalate. It's now off to @ofcom to consider. Done with spending hours on trying to resolve this to only get further annoyed.

    @virginmedia Hi. Was on the phone to call centre for 45 minutes but a complete waste of time!!!! This is business critical that I get connected. Been badly let down here. What can you do to help please?

    @virginmedia I did look before Christmas and was told I need engineers to come and connect me to the street. Not heard back since. Building work was mentioned as for some reason this row of houses were never connected

    @doubleodix @virginmedia Clearly says you won’t give him an extra box because of the Covid pandemic ! Your customer service has always been shite ! Happy to take money but a nightmare to get anything fixed or changed !
