    @virginmedia I did run a fault test which said an engineer needed to come out. I've been to my hub home page and ran a check there - says internet no RF signal detected.

    @virginmedia Of course we have many many times, we arnt stupid. Look we are going to @Ofcom we have the letters we have sent, your terrible reply that answered none of our points. The hours we have wasted trying to sort this is unreal

    @virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

    @virginmedia I don’t know - I've tried to establish why it's been left off my bill, no one can tell me? But I contacted Netflix, they said if they didn't receive my payment, my service would be disconnected! That's what I'm trying to avoid! I wasn't given your number so I could contact you!

    @BeanBolt @virginmedia Had no issues with bt, and when I have had issues great help and had someone very quick to help. I’m getting 900mb and over 100 upload with them

    @virginmedia I have rung Virgin 3 times. Every time I have to go through exactly the same explanation and am told you will escalate and come back within 24 hours. You never come back. I first called Friday. We have no idea when this will be resolved and what to tell my mother in law.

    @virginmedia Not really much point trying to get you guys to help to be fair, this has been ongoing since July and we are still no further forward. Worst WiFi I have ever had and you are stealing money and not paying it back, absolute worst company I have had the displeasure to deal with 🤬
