@virginmedia The technical issue is now resolved. It took six calls and 2 hours on the phone to get an engineer to come the day after they were supposed to (but didn't) and it was only when I threatened to leave that an engineer was "found". Poor customer care. :(

@virginmedia Thanks, I've just tried to contact you via WhatsApp message and got a bot telling me that you don't have availability to accept any more messages and to call on 150, which is a bit difficult when I'm trying to report an issue with the landline? 0345 calls from mobile are £1+pm!
