Never use Virgin Media, I have never dealt with such an appalling customer service department in my life. The tactics and obstacles used to stop you leaving are disgusting. They are exploiting the global pandemic to extort money from anybody that no longer requires their service.

@virginmedia Thank you for replying, its not a bill issue. They agreed a package cost. That cost has escalated as virgin media keep over charging A superior needs to contact me tk sort but all promises and no contact Elderly and vunerable and £350 plus overcharged, over to you to rectify jon

@virginmedia We did this yesterday John. It's uncomparible to determine a wired connection to a wireless. 99% of end users use wireless as their main connection. I don't have the facility to keep performing wired tests on this awful network. I've filed a complaint.

@virginmedia Two days since your engineer said things would be cleared up and still no fix. I'll be calling your support again tomorrow but officially at the point where I wholeheartedly do not recommend #virginmedia to anyone. Save your money and go for an ISP who respects ya!

@virginmedia Beware of Virgin media, they are quick enough to double your tariff but when you try to cancel your contract it’s impossible to get through to the helpline, and they don’t have an accessible customer service email!! 😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

@virginmedia Is there an issue in SE21? Broadband has always been awful, but now I’m getting Signal Quality on my 360 boxes returning back as ‘fair’. I had an engineer out yesterday and said my cable was fine. (area 21)
