@virginmedia 45 minutes without Internet this morning? Had new hub fitted and still experiencing issues. Can only check service status online but you actually have to have an Internet connection to be able to do that!

@virginmedia Can you explain to my how I can agree an upgrade with one of your representatives to a greater broadband speed and add TV services, wait in for the installation, nobody attends, call back and be told that nobody knows anything about it?! Appalling service as usual 🤬

@virginmedia Have you not seen any of my Tweets? I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes, spoke to 2 employees who just put me on hold, totally unacceptable, I want a different way to cancel or I will use Ofcom, Twitter, Facebook until someone contacts me and tells me how to cancel my service.

@virginmedia hello, was told I would receive my deadlock letter within 7-10 working days which it has been. Not received letter yet and still getting 10s of disconnects a day - no compensation and unable to effective do our jobs. Can you help? Regards,
