  @virginmedia Yeah I'm not putting my postcode on Beyoncé's Internet. If I did tell you what my postcode is you'd then tell me there are no reported outages but you'll look into it and send something to the back-end to fix the problem.

  @virginmedia I had to borough neighbours phone to call virgin CS again, as I did not get the promised call back. Still no service/signal after receiving replacement sim card, now have a replacement phone sent to me, hopefully it will be here tomorrow.

  @virginmedia @timashton1979 Swapna said charge was for call to speaking clock!? I'm very concerned as if one spurious call can be made and billed to me then others can!? There are no phones or sockets in the house!? He closed the complaint himself without it being resolved!?

  @virginmedia Is it going to achieve anything? I’ve just spent 45 mins of my life on hold to have the call dropped on me. Every time I try get in touch something like this happens it’s really bad customer service…

  @virginmedia Any chance of using a decent courier service to deliver your routers , as @YodelOnline has it in there depot and are unable to deliver it as they are useless !
