  @Benleo @virginmedia Try dealing with @SkyUK Ben. Indian Call Centre! No words! After 30+ years as a Sky customer our Sky contract was terminated in December all because we moved home and needed a Sky Stream box instead of Q but cost increase was staggering so terminated. Never heard from Sky again.

  @mark_wootten Virgin Media would like a word. I was paying over £100 / mth for broadband and **** telly - no movie channels or Sky sports. Took the leap and switched Internet (£32/mth) and use free view only now. I don't miss a thing from Virgin.

  @saltyy_savage I had Virgin media for years and only issues and expensive contracts. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin

  @Benleo @virginmedia Nothing unites Britain quite like a shared telecom customer service horror story. The combination of endless transfers contradictory information and problems somehow getting worse after every call genuinely feels like a national experience at this point 😭 @Benleo

  @virginmedia 51 days with you and 5 internet outages on April 4th, 6th, 12th, May 15th and yesterday which still not sorted today. How can you justify this shoddy level of service? Was with my previous provider for 10 years, 0 outages.

  @virginmedia Internet down again, TV Down last week, problems are happening too often to be comfortable, perhaps the time has come to review my provider, there are many companies who chase me, I have resisted so far, but these mounting issues are too much
