    @virginmedia I’ve sorted it by turning it off for about an hour. But the issue is a reoccurring one. It happens once a week. The app appears to need to be updated. Thanks

    @virginmedia Many thanks for the clarification. How do I go about claiming compensation please? I pay an exorbitant amount for my limited service (far more than neighbours with better packages) & to be without emails for an entire month (& counting!) deserves some recompense

    @CliveR39 @QuicTm37435 @virginmedia The No.1 rule is: never give any details to non-solicited contact. This also includes Virgin when they phone you offering deals and asking for your details - even if they are legit. Always initiate contact yourself.
