@bawbag @virginmedia Good luck with that Steven, I called tech support the other night was going round in circles with the agent and the manager who took the call. Then he called me a liar and insisted I should pay for a premium gadget service. I'm getting packet loss when running pings from the hub

@Hamillyabass @virginmedia Mate I know. It's crazy. What happened to them? Not that everything was gleaming when we worked there, but holy ****. I've made a formal complaint too, for all the good that will do me. Will probably end up in the black hole of whatever CCCS is now ;)

@virginmedia I have no TV to watch and I’ve been pulling the plug out and back in since October 5th . How many chances do you need ? He said he would but I did ask him to cancel my services as I can’t face losing more money taking time off for nothing @LutzSchueler
