Dear @virginmedia your Special offer for Sky Sports is crap! £9 Off? Not worth having,would still be paying £110 a Month! No chance! Your operator was apologetic that's the best she could do,it's not her fault,but told her no thanks it's too expensive! Can you better that or not?

@virginmedia The hub just cycles through flashing green bar and then solid green bar but doesn't got back to pink (the colour it should be for modem mode) I want this issue investigated once and for all please?

@virginmedia No wired is no better.. same again tonight slow as it comes just a dire service.. you advertise minimum of 100mbs for my service yet I’m lucky if I ever get that at all

@virginmedia Wired connected = 65 download 22 upload this morning at 11am NOW ITS ALL DOWN AGAIN #shitshow. Two technicians have been here and I’ve been waiting 4 days for a supervisor “within 24 hours” call back. Paying for 500GB speed. You guys are THE WORST
