    Hey @virginmedia I’ve been a #virginmobile customer for 8 years. Ordered a PAYG sim for old (Virgin) phone for my mum. 9 days later, 6 calls to customer services the phone is still NOT working. She is 65 has no land line and you have left her vulnerable. PLEASE can you help?!

    If you're thinking about signing up with @virginmedia.. DON'T!! Unless you want months of bad customer service with no resolution and random chunks of money leaving your bank without warning. £477 taken off me today with no explanation! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL company!!

    @ITVX @ITVXhelp I don't use the service tbh. Most of the stuff I watch on your channels I watch when they're on or use my @virginmedia box. Used to use the Hub but nothing on there really catches my attention. You know there used to be an adult channel called Television X right?

    @virginmedia /4 I was passed from dept to dept and then cut of. I called back ... same again I had to call multiple time and eventually gave up Apparently I have to now cancel all the ordered sims and start again on a third party web site

    @virginmedia If the calls were not dropped purposely, it would suggest a technical issue ... not good for a technical company offering a phone service !! Also you have not addressed why I was given incorrect information or the fact that I have to do all the work to correct the issues!

    @VirginMediaIE have spent over an hour trying to cancel my Virgin media package. Service is shocking. I have been cut off several times and recited no call back. My contract ends this month and I have tried many times since December
