@virginmedia Yes a problem in the area today. The recorded message on the phone says (always, every time) it has been found and expected fix by 2, but it just happens again. It came back on as I was on the call. So now the Thursday appointment is cancelled even though I want to keep it.

  • JelliotHutch Joshua Hutchinson (@JelliotHutch) reported

@virginmedia Okay. I am on phone now for the fourth time but how many times have I to phone before someone actually does anything and fixes the problem!

  • mostly_sleepy Kat (@mostly_sleepy) reported

@virginmedia I also reported this on the support forum and nobody from VM replied. Work was finally undertaken a week last Thurs and Fri (11,12/08) which took all 3 services off for the day on the Thurs and this seemed to do the trick, until now.

  • multimelia Andrew Melia (@multimelia) reported

@virginmedia My V6 box is broken. You can’t get an engineer to me for over a week. Was told there was an issue in my area but finally no neighbours who have Virgin have any problems. All I want is a new box

  • mostly_sleepy Kat (@mostly_sleepy) reported

@virginmedia I wanted to keep the appointment so I can cancel it on Wednesday if the problem *is* fixed today. If the appointmentwas kept, the "fix" could be tested when 10am comes Mon, Tue, Wed. But the system has cancelled it. This is incredibly frustrating.

  • guyrleech Guy Leech (@guyrleech) reported from Wakefield, England

@virginmedia I do need assistance over why the 4G backup didn't kick in when I had an outage last week but I've raised that with you already, I hope

  • OptiYield OptiYield (@OptiYield) reported

@virginmedia Yes, I did use your online chat service - apparently it is 'Awesome' when I provide my name to it ... nothing like being patronised, by a banal app when you can't get anyone to speak to you.

  • adq_uk Andrew de Quincey (@adq_uk) reported

@virginmedia I've been waiting 5 weeks for your next level of support to look into it. I think I'll have to seriously rethink whether to use you: if you can't get a simple onboarding process to work. Cityfibre are literally installing in my street as I type

  • BrisonSharon Everyones Buck! (@BrisonSharon) reported

@virginmedia Just so we are crystal clear John the ‘above method’ is ****. No 1 knows their arse from their elbow - have you read my tweets? Obviously not!!! I’ve spent hrs using ‘above method’ why should I ring? Where’s my promised call from the Area Manager? @richardbranson

  • CPokroy Craig Pokroy (@CPokroy) reported

@virginmedia No success, I have been speaking to them, the call keeps cutting out when they put me on hold. Please have the team call me, I am done wasting any more time calling your call centers. Ready to cancel my order tomorrow if no success.
