  @virginmedia Yet again having issues with pixelation and signal. This has now been going on for 2 years. 4 box changes, all new wiring in and out, 2x new hubs, new cables to main cab, main cab supposedly cleaned up, other local ex users disconnected from cab. I am so frustrated.

  @virginmedia are in top 3 worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. They may even be top. Rude, expensive, evasive, and unreliable. What started as a simple investigation into switching for cost reasons has now made me resolute in my decision! Disgusting!

  @stetopping Remember you did the piece late last year about Virgin Media Broadband being out for a day? It's now been down for six days in some parts of Manchester. Six full days and not a word from the company except automated messages.

  @virginmedia so I’m trying to cancel my contract and I’m speaking to Soyinka Sheffield but their English is so bad I can hardly understand them. Apparently she is the only person that can deal with me. Thank god I’m leaving ( well I hope I am ) !!
