@virginmedia TS23. 5 days in, Internet still completely unreliable, and when working it goes off or I only get 2-5 Mbps when I'm supposed to be getting 250. Don't ask me to check the service page because it says there is no issue. You'd better not charge me for this "service"

@virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

@virginmedia No. Because they don’t understand the issue. They keep saying the installation can’t be completed because the house isnt built. It is built somebody’s obviously surveyed the wrong property. I’ve spoken to managers there and they don’t get it.
