    @virginmedia Yeah tried fhat link. Can't see how to do it anywhere. Also it's not that I never want to receive any offers or marketing. I don't want to receive the same marketing call every day and twice per day.

    What is it with @virginmedia that their engineer can attend but doesn’t have the equipment to ensure they leave a happy customer!? Left to try to work from home whilst more equipment is sent - harrumph!

    @virginmedia I set my passcode donkeys years ago, and have no idea what it is, so cannot proceed. Neither can I find any way to talk to someone about resetting it. The website offers no help in that respect, or any options for downgrading.

    @virginmedia Called up now they’re saying it’ll be fixed on the 26th which is another 2 days away! So that’ll be 3 weeks we haven’t been able to use the service for!

    @virginmedia Like I have previously quoted, ROTTEN customer service(all because you haven't fulfilled numerous promises you have made) and I will wait again for a callback. CISAS will have a whole lot of fun with this one!!!!
