  @virginmedia are in top 3 worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. They may even be top. Rude, expensive, evasive, and unreliable. What started as a simple investigation into switching for cost reasons has now made me resolute in my decision! Disgusting!

  @virginmedia your service is a joke, internet down since Friday at 2pm update to say fixed midnight, then 4pm yesterday, then updated to 19th at 0:04 and now 20th at 16:04 that means I cant work tomorrow YOUR A JOKE time to LEAVE!
