    @rogapotamus @virginmedia Ongoing issues at Kerrang’s playout provider, many channels are down due to a fire incident. Most channels are on back up feeds, but Kerrang and its sister channels don’t have the same, so as The Box is working, it is acting as a back up.

    @virginmedia You did not advise and took the money and charged admin fees for your mistake. When spoke to customer services a complaint case was open yet I have received an email closing it without resolution… just appalling service
