@virginmedia can you not even deal with a complaint properly? I complained via WhatsApp on 06/11/22 and was told this would be resolved within 30 days. I've still not heard anything and have now been promised two call backs and no one has called me. I want my complaint resolved!

@virginmedia Top work, no broadband or TV since Friday. Engineer no show yesterday, advised there would be one today, no show again. Text to say Friday 16th now told it's the 19th. All with a vulnerable person in the house. Top service for £178 per month 👍

@virginmedia I have had an eye out for updates since Friday - not one apart from moving the dates each day. Really poor customer service. How are the call centre staff not updated on fault progress?? Transparency is key and will help manage expectations. Such a poor show and eta!!

@virginmedia No. He said the cable needs to be installed to the house first - by a different network company I believe. Then I'd be able to get an install date from VM.

@virginmedia I can't log in to @FF_XIV_EN since last night. Their servers are up and most everyone else I play with is able to log in without trouble. Been told others on VM are also having this issue. What's going on?

@virginmedia No. Virgin’s own service tracker says no issues. But many people repot issues based on independent sites. Done the usual hub tests.
