@virginmedia Wed eve operator told me that there was outage in my area and hence no engineer visit, was lie, as I checked on their website for this on Mon, Tues and Wed and it did not show that. He rudely told me that if I didn't like the service I should go somewhere else.

Oh yes forgot to say the virgin media website (my virgin media) is down and after almost an hour of the phone trying to get help ( the virgin do away service activated twice ) I was told that the engineer’s software was down and his manager did not want to talk. #virginmedia

@virginmedia Because we couldn’t get through and when we eventually did the guy wouldn’t order them for us. Said we need an engineer visit. This is 3 months of poor Wi-fi now.

@virginmedia @virginmedialife So I continue on the Virgin Media merry go round. The shocking promises and lies from cheap offshore call centers. Today I have spent 4 hours on the phone from Retentions > Support > Customer Services. Each making broken promises along the way.. :-(

Just gone back to Sky after being with @virginmedia for 5 years. I was concerned my broadband going from 200mbs to 70mbs would be a problem but it’s actually faster and more stable. £500 a year cheaper as well... I’d explain in person if it didnt take 90mins to get through.

@virginmedia There is nothing wrong with the Hub - I’m using my IPad and the broadband is fine - the TIVo box is worked via WiFi -the TIVo box is making a horrible sound that it never has before! I know the difference between the 2 Also what link - u haven’t attached anything? #StayConnected
