Virgin Media charge different prices for the Internet packages dependent on your willingness to negotiate. M350 package prices range from £29 to £66 a month. Today they told me they don’t accept blue light discount, which they 100% do. Don’t get angry, hang up, try again.

@AlloquiStrix @virginmedia Reported an issue 2 months ago and only just received a response. The advice given was unhelpful, careless, and frankly unprofessional. The issue is still ongoing with Now being told it could take another 28 days for a follow-up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.

@virginmedia I have already done that multiple times and there is an issue in my area, which was confirmed by customer services, but taking 10 days to rectify it is not acceptable
