    Love getting cold calls from @virginmedia and going through loss of details before they just hang up whilst looking into a Black Friday deal for me. Guess there wasn’t any deals going. Glad I’ve been with you for 11.5 years.

    No contact was made to say there were issues and the work wasn't going to be carried out. We contacted @virginmedia 10 days before to check it was all in hand and we're told it would be complete. Day before, text message to say that the appointment was going ahead.

    Anyone else having major issues with @virginmedia? We've had to wait 6 weeks (and move out as we work from home and have no phone signal for hotspots) for a cable repull for them to not show up (3 times).
