    @domioGeordio @virginmedia I moved to BT and haven't regretted it. Broadband was constantly going down with virgin and you get nowhere near the 350mbs i was meant to.

    @virginmedia any chance you can sort out your virgin Media connect app out? It won’t connect to my Hub 5 even when I am standing right next to it. Didn’t have this problem when I had the Hub 4…….the app is supposed to make me more self sufficient but it’s quite the reverse

    @virginmedia my so called 500mb connection is absolute trash I have been experiencing nothing but slow speeds since being upgraded to 500mb and this is at all times of the day and when I tweet a message to you guys all you say is oh so sorry to hear about this. No help at all!

    @virginmedia Before Xmas and using an iPhone. Read the poor reviews on the App Store so waited for the latest App upgrade but still no joy.

    @virginmedia Service checker won’t work I’m afraid. There’s definitely an issue. Maybe someone could investigate?

    .@virginmedia have taken a leaf out of the insurance industry’s book, by luring in new victims with much cheaper deals and massively hiking the price for existing customers. If I was a new Virgin customer, I’d be paying about £20 less a month for the exact same service I get now.

    @virginmedia 4 hours to get through to you to cancel my service and I'm still on hold! There must be an easier way than being transferred from one department to another

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I’m able to load hardly anything! Speed test isn’t working at all so you can imagine what the speed must be! I am on 250 mbps package. I’m looking for compensation now for ****** service.
