    @virginmedia thanks for leaving us high and dry all day with no broadband and looks like tomorrow too. #KY129PF. Daughter had to take enforced holiday as wfh was not an option. Best part was you disabling the ‘register for service loss compensation’ option . Worst company ever 😡

    @virginmedia Thanks - I called earlier today as I had an issue with TV. I was told that currently there's an outage for TV in my area, hence can I ask that my new billing for this new bundle to be started only after the issue is resolved? Clearly I'm not willing to pay for service I can't use

    @virginmedia Your website is broken: can't view bills, can't pay bills. Old design worked just fine. We don't need fancy website to pay bills, we need working website... Please do something about it!

    @NoContextBrits @virginmedia Refuse to give me a final resolution letter so I can my complaint to the ombudsman, fob me off when I call and never call back. I have written 16 emails (all in a chain) and they have not replied to any of them. I am always courteous and try to be reasonable but they really are

    @NoContextBrits @virginmedia TheAA gave me similar support after being stranded for 6 hours. Transport turned up, but he had to have a scheduled break for an hour.

    Hey @virginmedia any update on the outage in KY12 it was saying 7pm when I called earlier and now it's saying 11:20am. Have had to use mobile data all day for work.
