Virgin Media charge different prices for the Internet packages dependent on your willingness to negotiate. M350 package prices range from £29 to £66 a month. Today they told me they don’t accept blue light discount, which they 100% do. Don’t get angry, hang up, try again.

@misselledee @virginmedia Despite the content of your message, they answer you like this is the first contact. I’ve been with them from day one because I always seem to get a good deal. But god help you if you need customer services. In my experience, they tie with Vodafone as the worst in the world.

@AlloquiStrix @virginmedia Reported an issue 2 months ago and only just received a response. The advice given was unhelpful, careless, and frankly unprofessional. The issue is still ongoing with Now being told it could take another 28 days for a follow-up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.

@virginmedia Intermittent signal in your area for days now. Keep disconnecting and connecting, and extremely laggy. Awful Broadband.

@virginmedia without a doubt one of the worst companies to deal with, put your bills up to say services need improving and they get worse

@virginmedia It's becoming ridiculous the amount of times "there is an outage in my area." Think it may be time to move to another provider!

@VirginMediaNews Ireland's Minister for Justice: "Irish people are stupid". You're a disgrace O'Callaghan. The only people being manipulated are those who only get their news from RTE, Virgin Media etc.
