@Equium Virgin Media's excuse is that there's faulty wiring that requires planning permission from the council to fix. I've been using mobile data and work wifi for the time being.

@virginmedia I have now had no service since the 24th august and I am being told it won’t be fixed until 3 October. My monthly payment has increased but I have been without wifi for over 30 days. Your service has been disgusting

@virginmedia Hi yes it's a fault within the area, but at the minute we seem to be having faults in the area about 4 times a week (as I type it's flashing green again) this never uses to happen now it happens all the time( & means I can't use the internet constantly)
