  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Sorry, mate, but Virgin Media has the worst customer service I've experienced in my 54 years on this planet. They've got over 100,000 reviews on Trustpilot with an average rating of 1.5/5. That should tell you all you need to know. I cannot wait for my contract to end.

  @virginmedia what is going on in Leicester LE2 to not have any service? done every troubleshooting step and my router comes back on my phone just says connected without internet nothing is working! One minute the service status is fine the next it says intermittent signal fix it!

  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Same with the AA. Stay with them & your payment doubles. Moved to the RAC as new customer. Next year I'll move back to the AA as a new customer.

  @virginmedia mon 8th June L35 postcode internet , TV , phone all off from approx 4am till 12pm....mon 8th June internet , TV , phone all off 10pm till...ongoing it's now 6am Tue 9th...in a world we're a lot of things require internet...what a crap showing from you

  @MartinSLewis is it really fair that with the below inadequate service and bills being messed about and not being able to se said WiFi properly should I really be paying the full @virginmedia bill even tho the problem hasn't been resolved??
