    @virginmedia This is your response to the fact I wanted to take services away and it was going to cost me MORE despite being a customer for 10 years. Absolutely shocking. 3 different people offered me 3 different "deals"...then all hung up on me.

    @virginmedia house is 3 storeys, 6 bedrooms. A beast of a house & the router is right at the front & on the ground floor. I need a magician not an App to get the signal from the router to anywhere other than the room alongside it or above it. The only resolution is to move the router + 3pods
