  What now? @VirginMedia? I have tried to sign into my account to claim the reimbursement from not having the products you charge from dad. He should be getting a hefty rebate. Yet, you now can't sign me into the account because it's not connected to O2. So I tried that and you've blocked me because I have used the email to sign in too much. The email that is connected to the account. Then the phone number too much. If you don't fix this before I call you in the next twenty-four hours I'll take this to the courts which you have your bots saying people can't. Get me to let me sign in.

  @VirginMediaIE @virginmedia Still they have not resolved the issue. They charged over payment for 4 months and refunded only 2 months. Also no compensation for this fault. Is this how you are making money?

  @virginmedia when will the problem with TV and broadband in the SE1 be fixed this has been ongoing for 2 weeks now. Intermittent broadband and tv for 2 weeks. last 3 days no TV services - no updates

  @wattzez @ConorGallaghe_r @IrishTimes That is completely untrue. I was on Virgin Media TV Tuesday talking about the issue. Just before that programme RTE’s Prime Time did a segment. It is being very widely discussed.

  @Just_Katie_x @virginmedia Had a similar problem with them years when cancelling due to moving house. Absolutely useless would never use them again.
