    @Starlink Exciting times. VIRGIN MEDIA BULLIES NEED KNOCKING DOWN MANY PEGS. MY PREVIOUS CONTRACT STARTED AT £36.. WITHIN 2 YEARS IT ROSE TO £92 FOR A BASIC INTERNET PACKAGE. CONTRACT ENDED I MOVED ASAP. NOT REALISING VIRGIN WERE STILL CHARGING ME, RACKING UP A DEBT. RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY THEM. I OFFERED 50% AND THEY POINT BLANK REFUSED. THE WORST CUSTOMER LOYALTY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

    @virginmedia I would like a telephone number in the uk that I can ring please we have an ongoing complaint that is not being addressed. We have been on the phone many times and always told they can help they never do and fobbed off that tech will ring us. Emails not replied to.

    @virginmedia On the virgin media app it says it would be fixed by 17.07 which was over 20 minutes ago and it’s still down, where are the updates on what the problem is and how it will be fixed?

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Having a similar issue. They deadlocked my complaint and now want £362. CISAS not particularly helpful, directing me back to virgin to get evidence

    @virginmedia how do I sign into my 02 now virgin media account? I get bills still from o2 with an account number that your system doesn’t recognise. Being sent in circles! Very frustrating. Can’t just sign in- need an email.. then a link.. how hard have you made it???

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia If you have a good mobile signal consider a LTE router & buy a unlimited Data Sim. I left Virgin after 23 years for similar reasons as above. With EE & happy with the service.
