Sneaky @virginmedia I'm on UC Essentials. Cancelled services, tell me I can't (even though I only have to give 30 days notice), raise complaint, agent raises it and closes it. Eventually offered £20 goodwill. Now you've cancelled services and applied early termination at FULL
