    @virginmedia Not 2 days. The ambulance had the drama of it early hours in an emergency. I bet any money you repair it just before everyone is due compensation

    @virginmedia this has gone beyond the pale now. You already know all the issues my dad and I have had for, well, weeks now. Dad had all his recordings deleted and now his new recordings are recording and now, when he’s watched part of something he can’t go back and watch it because it says the recording has failed. This has happened on every recording. It seems to record fine then changes to failed. Get this sorted and get the broadband sorted. How @Ofcom isn’t all over this I don’t know. Pushing people to take the V6 and then a year later this happens. Shocking.

    @virginmedia 1. Router just loses network every few hours. So I come back from work and have to turn the router off and on. What an upgrade!!!! 2. Reconnecting takes 5 minutes which in itself is a nightmare stealing my joy. This was not the exciting upgrade Inexpected

    @TezzaBelle88 @virginmedia Yep, pretty standard. By miles, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. What's more, nobody seems to want to improve it.

    We now have a @virginmedia engineer booked but not until Tuesday, cue loss of earnings, money spent on extra data and petrol to go to my parents to try and use internet. Issue was definitely local area but now been told need engineer. 5 days after first went off.
