    @virginmedia you’ve made no provisions for your vulnerable customers in the LE5 5AA area after a lightning strike took out comms for everyone? Your estimated time to fix has gone from 24 hours to 4th June which is over a week away! How are life line pendants going to work?

    @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia I was in a pretty similar boat, now they're chasing me for £500 early termination I was fed up with the poor reliability, then lost full connection, lost income (WFH), them pushing the fix dates over a month no service. Left to BRSK, never had an issue, far cheaper, far better.

    @virginmedia Our service has been down since 10pm Thursday 28th. Latest updates keep pushing reconnection forward to latest info: 1st June 12pm. What on earth are you doing? Clearly not working on Friday-Sunday. Replies have dried up and your Whatsapp is disabled. We pay £123 pm

    @melon_h @virginmedia I switched to Sky last month. I was out of contract with VM and they were charging me £90 a month. They now reckon that I owe over £200 and have unleashed debt collectors, although I did try and cancel them (no contract). I have a referral link for Sky if you like? Gives us both some money off I think

    @markrmifsud @virginmedia Please provide details of the actual issue @virginmedia as it is clearly serious. Estimated fix in my area is now June 1st. That would be 5 days without broadband. Please don't reply from a script. Honesty and accountability are required for disruption on this level. Thank you.

    @virginmedia Leaving because of your ineptitude.. I should take legal action against you for the lack of service you’ve provided causing me and my wife a multitude of hassle cos we work from home .. jokers

    @markenello @virginmedia Been through the frustrations too Mark. Almost made my blood boil, cut off several times while on long calls and took ages to manage to leave. Had issues afterwards too. Moved to EE and really happy and a UK call centre with very helpful folk. Fifty pounds a month less too!
