@virginmedia second engineer visit in a month to lady fix broadband issues. He fiddled with the box, Changed some wiresx tells me it’s working now and off he goes. Ever since, my intelligent WiFi pod will not connect (been working fine until now) done all the trouble shooting

@virginmedia Box cycling between “starting up” & “welcome” screen. Two support staff have looked at it and raised ticket for technical support. Heard nothing. Tried everything suggested but no joy. Simple answer would be to try another box but that fell on deaf ears.

@virginmedia Thankyou, I will pass this on! It's a shame that the customer services on the phone can't sort this considering they have rang us constantly for about 2 weeks to offer us a "deal" that ended up being £40 more than originally offered by the end of the call

@virginmedia why’s my WiFi been down all day. The box has been flashing green for ages. This happens occasionally aswell. Really not impressed for the price paid.

@virginmedia This is the 2nd time we have recently had problems with VM. On support call they haven’t a bloody clue. Following the same damn menu fix we have just done. Then put on hold and they leave the call ffs!
