@virginmedia Why is it up to me to diagnose your service, I pay you for a service which at present you are unable to provide me at the level I pay for. In fact not even within what Ofcom state is acceptable, now it is down to me to resolve the issue on your forums. Don't think so.

@virginmedia It shows service and the sim works in multiple different phones. I can send and receive texts and use data but I can't make or receive calls

@virginmedia I've signed up & getting an installation on 23rd Nov. Virgin keep sending me a text to reply to but because its not in my contract texts & a premium number I can't reply to it. Can you help please?

@virginmedia Nope no settings on, I can send and receive calls over WiFi but other than that I can't do anything. No error message it just doesn't do anything and I have full signal

@TalkTalk @virginmedia The "can you please hang up and we'll call back" line which has been requested 4 times and failed to happen 4 times is a very strange tactic, considering your customer in question is a pensioner in her mid 80s is poor taste, don't you think?
