@virginmedia getting 100mb a second on your gigabyte package and was told there was issues. Was escalated to the complaints team who advised nothing is wrong! Shocking customer service even when it was acknowledged its nowhere near what im paying for

@MrAlanGreen @virginmedia Same here, quoted £400 if we leave, but we aren't even getting a service from them, so £400 for nothing

@virginmedia I am absolutely disgusted in the service I have been receiving over the last week. I have been with you 12 years and calls have been cut off. WhatsApp chats have been ended while trying to go over offers. Which may I say are shocking. You get nothing for being loyal.

@Claim_Respond_V I appreciate Virgin Media complying with the EA2010 trying to dictate the terms you provide a service is both unlawful & arrogantly ignorantly rude #disabledhatecrime you can find my details through my account!

@virginmedia It came back up but only after being down for 48 hrs! No reason! Happens every 4-6 weeks. There were no registered outages! So frustrating

@tina0402x @SkyUK VirginMedia are good when you’re a new customer, I’ve been with them since they took over NTL but once your contract is up, that’s when it turns into a nightmare. They don’t give a toss about existing customers. Every renewal is a fight & their offshore teams are useless.

@mobily_uk @virginmedia Because they expect lots of folk to either not realise or just pay anyway, its also why they make it so difficult to call. Funny you can join and change everything on line except cancel! Virgin are THE worst company for service.

Lost my blue tick due to a banking error. I absolutely ******* hate virgin bank. Never had these issues when it was Yorkshire bank. Had virgin media payment bounce back for 3 months, octopus energy almost 2 month. Money went out then came back again. I didn't realise at the time.

@virginmedia honestly hindsight is great because if I had just waited I wouldn’t of gone with yourself as a provider. £90 a month for constant drops in internet / tv. Your stream box is useless. Massive thumbs down 👎 would not recommend. Should of just renewed with @skytv 👍

@mandychoccy @virginmedia Sounds potentially like a comprehensive set of fixes. Ideal solution is to have a tech onsite when you have the problem. Easier said than done, though.
