@virginmedia Not able to talk to any for weeks, Having to eventually hang up every time as 90 minutes plus and still no closer to talking to someone, which has probably cost a fortune in calls!

@virginmedia I am clearly wasting my time here. I will ring up, hang on the line for an hour, talk to someone who will pass me onto someone else, then to someone else, then whilst waiting for an answer, the phone will go dead. Cheers. Enjoy your night mate

@virginmedia Thank you for responding, much appreciated. It seems like it is a total loss of service. None of our devices will connect to the internet and haven’t been able to for 48 hours. Our hub is constantly flashing. This seems to be the same for all other VM users in our area. Thank you

@virginmedia Well I’ve bitten the bullet @virginmedia, you’ve ground me down, your latest customer services call to re-assure me my install would happen and to “trust us” broke the camels back. I’ve cancelled. What a shocking experience, start to finish! Ridiculous @ofcom

@virginmedia Resorted to internet chat, and three times moved in to WhatsApp chat. Each one spanning days due to slow responses. I’ve been told that one department couldn’t take things off my package, passed to another department, eventually starting another chat hours into the next day!
