@virginmedia Update! Just tried the help desk number again- answered within 1 minute and engineer booked in 2 days time- hopefully he’ll be able to fix it

@virginmedia The service in my area is fine. It's either the cabling or router at fault, yet when the landlord calls in, the support tells him there's no problems on your end. The qos has been horrible ever since I moved here, how do we book an engeneer for today?

@virginmedia First appointment was 19th April and an engineer came and told me that cabling work was not done yet, which was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago. Then I called customer service and rescheduled the 3rd of May but the customer service team didn't know or can't manage what's going on

@OpenreachHelp I don’t use openreach anymore as I have moved to virgin media. Your line from the pole to my house is getting push down about 2 m by a tree outside my property - it looks so tight I’m worried about it pulling the facia board off my house - especially if it windy

@virginmedia WiFi is frequently intermittent, slow or has an outage, usually happens at least once a week. Current outage shows that it will be fixed by 3.30pm. I often use the service status check

@virginmedia Forgive me. I don’t need any more calls to technical team. No more diagnostics. Everyone knows what it is & how to resolve my complaint but no one at Virgin Media can deliver on the promise of the Pod, I was promised it in February. That’s three months ago

@virginmedia I’ve had diagnostics. I’ve had an engineer visit, in person. All agree I need a Wi-fi pod to get my signal across my home but no one can get me a pod. Been paying for half a service from you for ages and no one takes ownership of resolving the issue. I need a Wi-fi Pod.
