    @virginmedia can you be honest and update on what is happening with services in N21? Both our TV and broadband been appalling the last couple of months. Spoke to Jayesh from customer support and he was very rude! Service status continues to say no issue

    @virginmedia No it’s an issue about not being given the correct information - I have a heating system I can’t use (Wi-Fi) and door bell and security system I can’t use (Wi-Fi) that’s just to start - not really very “oomph” is it your upgrade process - I’ve been told to wait for 24 hours 🤡

    @virginmedia I checked, it said no issue then when I did a speed test it said intermittent issue and if not resolved within 24 hours you'll arrange a tech

    @sazmeister88 @virginmedia @O2 There is a problem in CMK, but I'm not sure if it is lack of signal or lack of bandwidth for everyone trying to use it. My phone regularly says it has G3 or G4 there, but then refuses to send/receive data. The signal exists but is useless for any practical purposes.

    Probably consider an unlimited tariff at some point to make up for when Virgin Media goes down.

    @virginmedia After giving your company a 2nd chance and you promising my installation would not be delayed, two days before the install, it gets delayed. It's the old permits excuse this time. The same one you gave twice before. Appalling service

    @virginmedia Internet fully down on a Saturday night. Spent 20 minutes on the phone to an automated caller and didn't even get to speak to someone. Absolute **** customer services.

    @virginmedia Other than the TERRIBLE lack of #customerService NO! All service apparently working!!! Been asked repeatedly to restart the hub, and now DAYS WITH NO INTERNET!!
