@virginmedia The worst service I have received in the last 3 days!! Past 3 days there is no Broadband, TV and phone service in HA5 area. Called various times with no support and 1 person even put me through to the retention team to cancel my contract!!!

@virginmedia Just ridiculous when you’re self employed, working from home and unable to work due to the service down yet again! Service checker doesn’t work, people on end of phone don’t have a clue 🙄 Definitely time to find a reliable provider

@virginmedia Am with Sky for Phone and Broadband. It's your contractors that have caused this problem when laying your fiber lines. I can tell you over 300 + have been affected by your contractors cutting the bloody line

@virginmedia Hi, yes I did. But still no service before I left home. Online service checker just said problems with TV & Broadband in my postcode area. Currently not at home, but will check upon my return.

@virginmedia There has been a known fault in the area all day according to your service status page which now says it won’t be fixed until tomorrow. What’s taking so long to fix it?

@virginmedia We never got an adapter either. Given various different responses over the phone by your team, blaming our handset, another company for copper wires, etc. We were without a phoneline for a few weeks! Getting a new hub just b4 Xmas, but not compensated for lack of phoneline

@virginmedia Yes I did. It says there aren’t any issue. Only when I called was I told there was. Maybe you could try to synchronize the two services. It would have saved me a lot of time and hassle
