Absolutely sh*t service at an increased cost from @virginmedia. Guaranteed 300mbs barely reaching 70 with a wired connection. 3 Emails now all answered by a bot that tells me to reset the hub to improve the wireless. I’m using wired!!! #BetterConnected ? Don’t make me laugh.

@sarapascoe @VirginActiveUK @VirginMedia are just as bad. They ignore letters, emails, reports via their app and then they write and say they’ve resolved my “complaint” and ask me how did they do? No complaint, I just cancelled my contract because you raised the price! Dim witted non-organisation.

@virginmedia you lot are a joke. Just spent 10 mins explaining my complaint to someone called Trevor. Mentioned that my complaint needed to involve the ombudsman. As soon as I mentioned that, I was put on hold. Then transferred to someone from India, starting from scratch again.
