    And finally, got through, but transferred so another 30 minutes wait. Package sorted but oh my word, @virginmedia sort yourselves out: 1. Employ more first line staff 2. Fix your chat bot 3. Get a catalogue of hold music. The same track over and over again is torture.

    @BarbaraQCrow @virginmedia I had a good experience with them a couple of weeks ago too! Wanted to cancel as contract ending and prices going up (a lot!), did it via online chat and got same contract for less than we were paying. None of this messing about etc.

    @O2 Unfortunately despite having it dealt with twice, the app is showing the balance being brought forward from the previous month yet to see my own bill properly I have to use your ridiculous VirginMedia login instead of being able to simply use the app as normal. This is waste.
