    @shoottheducks @virginmedia The reason I left also. Might be fast when working but when you have regular outages pretty pointless. I got out using thinkbroadband free health monitor. Basically pings your router regularly and tracks failed pings. I sent them the evidence and they allowed me to cancel

    Again my internet drops out @virginmedia This is so frequent and whenever I run online tests, it’s says here are no issues. Which is clearly false!! Is there any chance you will actually address this issue?

    @CruiseMonkeys i did not know you could refuse to pay the licence? i am already paid up for next years one and have done that since god knows, and we never watch bbc its full repeats and rubbish rubbish thats why we have virgin media cause its more of a choice what to watch.

    @virginmedia WiFi not working most of today. I’ve done all the router resets, turned things off and on, app not working to report the issue. When will this be rectified?

    @virginmedia That’s a cop out response - can you actually read my message… virgin have agreed they have charged me incorrectly, I want to raise a complaint now and I don’t want to have to ring and wait in a queue when I’ve already spent HOURS on this hence I’m messaging here

    @virginmedia Yep! We always check it and never says anything’s wrong, and yet every day we have at least one occasion where we have to repeatedly reset the hub to get the internet to work 😩

    @Plusnet I’m currently with @virginmedia and my contract ends in August. I’ve lived in this house for 24 years and never had a BT line. Question. How long does it take to get your Broadband in from scratch?
