    @virginmedia I’m having broadband problems, the app says there are no issues in my area but if I click on the link to test my connection I get this message “Looks like there are issues in your postcode affecting your services”. Can you please fix your app? I’m in SE3 area 21

    @virginmedia I'm trying to cancel my virgin media service and I am challenging the £280 disconnection fee due to on going issues. So unless you can sort that out?

    @virginmedia yes, tomorrow 9am! Will change no doubt, it was 16:00 earlier. If it's a major incident, then would be nice to know so that I can make plans to go in the office tomorrow in case it's not fixed or more problems expected. Such generic updates are rubbish.

    @virginmedia once again terrible customer service from your team! My 96 year old grandfather who lives 100 miles away is paying £98 a month for a sports package and free weekend calls? Nothing else. But there's nothing more you can do because I don't know the password?!

    @virginmedia Have you read the entirety of my reply to you? Expectations were set that someone would be here on Friday but then later confirmed for Tuesday. Technician Saturday never actually showed up but to slip a card in the door without knocking. Define cancelled.

    @virginmedia I was told there was an external wiring problem but that has since been ignored by the Virgin Media customer service team. I cannot remember the date but the technician advised he would log it for a follow up appointment, that hasn't happened

    Call Virgin media to cancel TV subscription & channels But we want to keep the Internet. They say "okay no problem" Instant Internet issues, cutting out. Dropping to 10mbs. Suspect as ****.

    @virginmedia Broadband down in NW3, from last night but seemed to have come back this morning for few hours, went down, then got the e-mail it's fixed, clearly hasn't, probably from earlier! Any updates on this? ETA for a fix?
