@virginmedia I have a V6 box, and my understanding is that with a new remote, I can upgrade to 360 for free. I would like to arrange that, and to discuss the not just poor and unprofessional, but rude service I've experienced

Does @virginmedia customer service just end the call if they don't feel like solving a problem? Been hung up on by 2 different operatives already this morning.

@virginmedia Nope. Never shows any service problems. The whole street is affected by this high latency and packet loss. My neighbour and I have been going round in circles with VM for weeks. We need a repair on our cabinet, or a new one installed. Ours ‘has too many customers’ - VM Engineer

@virginmedia No local faults show but when I rang yesterday they said there is in fact a problem in the area but couldn’t specify what it was (could be damaged cables etc). This is for all wireless devices. It has been over 24 hours now and I work from home so this is hugely inconvenient

@virginmedia hello can someone DM me I'm having recurring issues with my router, it drops the WiFi and when I restart it it works. It shouldn't be unstable. Please can you replace it?

@virginmedia It seems better today, but I'm still annoyed that I didn't get any of the up to three WiFi boosters when I upgraded recently. I rang and spent ages on the phone then they said I had to go through an assessment to confirm I needed them!! Had no time then so still waiting to fix
