    @virginmedia Yes always says no issues, when I use your app to scan it says their are problem with all connections I'm not sure if it's your Internet or a faulty router but there is also no where to get a new router

    @virginmedia I am trying to resolve an issue with regard to an account I closed in March 2020. I have tried all the option available. I have now got a £79 phone bill trying to contact you and no further forward. This is unacceptable

    @virginmedia No I haven’t, I can’t called from the landline as, despite requesting it twice, no engineer has attended to repair the issues with the landline. But thanks for asking.

    @virginmedia We having been trying to leave your service since November last year and have moved to another provider.We paid a final bill in December but you continue to bill us and send threatening letters.We have again paid another bill for a service we do not use

    @virginmedia help please? My broadband went off on the 10/1 for 7 days. Registered loss of service and yet I’ve not received ANY money off my bill as per @Ofcom rules? Bill went up by £3 last month and now you’re saying it will go up ANOTHER £7 from May. Any advice?

    @virginmedia you issued me with order confirmation and contract and haven’t delivered. 24 hours on WhatsApp support repeating myself and an hour on the phone to be cut off…. Really?!?!
