    @virginmedia I’m concerned you are using some v. shady tactics during lockdown. Signed up to use your service, was given options for an engineer in 3 days time, then get an email saying not until 15 Dec! Me and my partner wfh and that’s not on! Tried to call - no response!!

    @virginmedia Let’s be honest, a few hours later you do reply to text messages, but he then offered to place me in a queue which you say could take four hours or more, and when that happens, I never hear back.

    Finding Virgin Media broadband quite unreliable recently. Contemplating a switch to BT, though it'd be a world of hassle as we don't have a working BT line as far as I'm aware. Would this be a good idea or a Very, Very Bad one?

    @virginmedia so you cant be messaged and the only way to get any "help" is to call you .. but not untill the morning . I bet @BT and @SKY and mamy othet internet / wifi providers woudl love to speak to me.. and provode me "SERVICES"

    @virginmedia I wish we could #stayconnected but three weeks of virgin media have not been superfast. Service dropping off continually. Not great for the @BenjaminMaltby

    @virginmedia Yes, you've had a error 2 nights in a row now.. registered my loss of service but you won't discount anything as it wasn't for long enough. Kinda shitty thing to do.
