    @virginmedia no wifi properly for over two weeks and the tv box constantly being ridiculously pixilated so much you can’t watch it? Absolute joke!! I’ll be phoning customer services tomorrow about leaving, not paying for a service we can’t use!!

    @virginmedia since I can’t log in to our online account to record the outage as I’m just being told your website is under maintenance… just to record, our broadband has now been down for over 2.5 hours. BS16.

    @virginmedia I’ve not been able to access any apps all day - when calling the helpline it says system upgrade means they can’t run diagnostic. When will this be resolved please? I’m paying full price for half a service!

    I've been with @virginmedia for years now, and honest to god I've never once been able to access the website. It's such a pain in the backside to get even the most basic of info from them

    Not only did my router **** the bed, @virginmedia did too. Apparently they don't do 24 hour assistance on a 24 hour service. Bye then.

    @virginmedia Another complaint! I almost left ...but you convinced me to stay....on the day I'm meant to get a better service. ( 500+ speed) and not tv service, I go down to 70mps and no tv..a worse service. Not helpdesk What is going on any why can't you get it right??

    @virginmedia "Why is the Hub 5 rollout being phased? Some kinks are being worked out regarding customers who have Gig1, Intelligent WiFi Pods, and home phones through the hub" I don't have wifi pods or home phones. Send me a hub5 so I can use the service I pay for.
