    @virginmedia And yes it definitely does not load at all via virgin, so there is 100% a problem. Think I need to cancel some stuff I have with virgin if I’m just going to have to go to the pub every time I want to watch a game

    @virginmedia I’ve been charged £206 on the 29th November, this was after I was promised on the 28th that I would not be charged anything. And after several phone calls which led nowhere. I’ve been a customer for 14 years and I’m angry that this money was taken, especially this time of year.

    @virginmedia I have just come off the phone and have been told nothing can be done until 24 hours has passed and then a service engineer might come out and I have been told I'm not allowed to raise a complaint until then, considering I've had this issue for days can more not be done?

    @virginmedia This was the first time it was reported that's right, but I did mention I had the issue for a few days and I didn't report this before as I thought it may have been service interruption from an update

    @virginmedia your team are absolutely shocking. Won’t let me talk to a manager when I’m mis diagnosed and mis sold on@my current package. Then the call operative puts the phone down on me
