@virginmedia I want your formal complaints procedure please and I’ll do it in writing…..I’ve been on the phone for over 3 hours tonight to arrange an engineer…couldn’t be done, then to cancel which “couldn’t be done” got hung up on when I asked for a manager for the 10th time
