  @virginmedia I have more problems with your Virgin 360. When I'm watching a programme that is also being recorded. When I change channel during the adverts and then turn back it won't let me rewind! The old software let me do this from 2017-2026... Why did you remove so many features?

  @Edeaulx @virginmedia Having worked in telecoms I can vouch for the fact that Virgin Media's customer service is atrocious and I'd argue is the worst in the industry. I would never be a customer of theirs ever again.

  @Lewis_BGA @BBCBreakfast Virgin media did the same. The call centre was in Wythenshawe Manchester. Now it’s in the Indian subcontinent. OH had a mare as our e mails crashed. Lovely young woman but SO hard to understand. Also AGES trying to get through to speak to a human. Customer service is dead

  @virginmedia I signed up to a new broadband service and the hib was due to be sent yesterday but I cant call to speak to anyone or log into a virgin account as I dont have an account number yet. Can you help?

  @Frugal_ways @O2 @virginmedia Frustrating isn’t it? Now imagine that’s the only way you can actually pay the bill and O2 force you onto a promise to pay to restore service, tell you that you must pay, and it’s still not fixed! (Long story. Disabled, only method I can use is via the app or website) thanks O2🙄

  Just about had enough of this company and haven't even been connected yet ! Engineers turning up on wrong day or not at all ! Customer servicea shockingly hard to understand! And pretty useless , last chance tomorrow before I cancel transfer @virginmedia
