    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Geez is this still happening? I had this problem with them when my dad died at the end of 2015 and had hoped it was a one off. They even phoned and asked to speak to my dad (despite me being PofA during life) for his permission to deal with me. I hope you get sorted quickly

    @Benleo Guess what, Ben. @Ofcom after making a complaint o them about @virginmedia inertia not to resolve a service paid for monthly, took the easy way out and copped out. 'Not in our ballpark'. Wonder who owns whom? A regulator not worth the paper it seems!

    @virginmedia services down in my whole area since Thursday night. Only got a message at 18.30 yesterday that they had an engineer on site. Child trying to revise for their GCSEs has no Internet access.

    So I now have to wait until Monday evening before @virginmedia will send an engineer out to sort our Hub4 issue. A weekend without the internet. So all our home devices and appliances that need internet connection are now unusable for weekend

    @virginmedia What about WIFI or does your boss really don't care?? 3 Weeks without proper service complaints many times and nothings been sorted!! If it isn't then I WILL BE LEAVING Without PAYING THE REMAINDER OF CONTRACT (or if I do it'll be £1 with 3rd part debt collection) I ain't happy

    Looks like a lot of people don’t have internet or tv @virginmedia all over the country. 4 the past 2 weeks the service has been diabolical yet @virginmedia have not issued a statement. I’m disabled & kids r gamers so looks like I’m about to switch providers. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?
