@virginmedia Our installer failed to turn up yesterday after we waited all day. We’ve been cut off 4 times whilst trying to resolve this, this morning. We want to cancel our contract with Virgin as the nearest install date is now 26th July - we’ve already spent £80 for wifi so far this week.

@virginmedia thank you Virgin. For #disconnecting our phone call FOUR times and not calling back despite having our telephone number. Also thanks for keeping us waiting for you all day yesterday to install our internet. Your customer service is shambolic!!
