@virginmedia I rang this morning and was told its an ongoing issue and would get callback tomorrow...I asked what would happen if not fixed and advised may have to cancel order and re order but my question is won't it just happen again? There must be another way of

I get a lot of 'oh no's, I'm so sorry, please call our team' but then no action. I'm no longer shocked. What's your next line to keep me quite, I wonder...I don't need sympathy, I need action for the damage that @virginmedia have made in my home!

@virginmedia Went through all this on Monday too. Happens over and over and over. You are aware that this is a problem area - has been for years - why is it never actually sorted? Only patchwork, temporary, inadequate fixes that keep failing.

@virginmedia It's out in the whole area AGAIN and yes it's been reported by multiple people. It happens all the time, you have to be the worst provider going
