    @virginmedia I agreed a new contract with one of your reps but the confirmation email is not was agreed on the phone. It has an 240MB ANYTIME MOBILE element that was never mentioned and I do not want.

    @virginmedia what a farce a company as big as your self cant sort out problem all over country by the looks of it ,You charge earth for your services so its about time you learnt to repay money when your services dont work .Espcialy when you charge us £40.00 odd pounds for some one with alzim

    @virginmedia another loss of service?? TV at this point but the broadband has been in and out today too (and has been flaky for months). When are we going to get the service we pay through the nose for??

    @virginmedia This is The second time in 48 hours that I've had no TV. At least this time the internet didn't go down as well. Your service is truly abysmal. I'll be going to @skytv when my contract with you is up. Same for your crappy mobile service as well

    What is the latest from @virginmedia regarding TV outage. You've drove my other half out the house to spend money... I'm cringing - at least Xmas shopping might be finished!

    @virginmedia Got regular channels but no Netflix, prime or other apps - first world problems I know but was in middle of watching something! Grr!
