    @virginmedia how on earth can I get someone to cancel my contract . It ends next week and I've tried numerous times to call but again have just been cut off.Also if contract ends on the 4th march and email says from the 5th I need to pay £44 how come final bill is for £47.25?!

    @vmbusiness sort out your call centers. I am getting sick and tired of picking up a call to be hung up on from you. This is now amounting to harassment and I will be lodging a formal complaint. You waste time from my day and you're making me very angry.

    @AmbervaleJet @virginmedia Their an absolute joke chucksy, customer service non existent, they’ll take your money for crap service, my router has been faulty for months , complained to a call service in Pakistan 🇵🇰 or India 🇮🇳, still nothing , also I need boosters as I have no WiFi in two rooms upstairs🤬

    @virginmedia Phone connected to a local network w strong signal. I’ve received text messages from VM confirming I’m in Aus and confirming my request for roaming but days later I still cannot make calls or connect to the internet.

    @virginmedia @O2 I wouldn't bother, I'm about to cancel all Virgin Media products as Virgin Media has failed to provide a satisfactory service on my Mobile Account, I've had enough, for weeks I've been unable to call or text out from my number,VM know this, fault not fixed

    @virginmedia Yes, it says no problem. But the speed has halved and I’ve just switched over to a cheaper product which is supposed to have 100MBPS speed

    Virgin media are crap over 10 yrs as a customer they send a message saying I'm going be cut off, I paid 2 weeks ago, enquired about reducing channels as I have discovery+ etc I can lose channels except free view saving 33 a month guess I'll be leaving

    @virginmedia I understand your recommendations. #virginmedia agent Abdul S compares your company to a chicken shop & our package as toa piece of chicken. Then he offered us a free disconnection to get ride of us. Not sorting out our original complaint about our original package. #chickenshop
