  @virginmedia When you log on to the forum it tells you to do certain things reset, diagnostic etc, I have done them all the service keeps dropping

  @virginmedia for the second time this week, I have spent 3 hours of my day trying to call you to speak to the technical faults team. I am put hold each call for min 45 minutes after which point the line cuts out and no one phones me back. This is absolutely disgraceful service.

  @virginmedia Finally off the phone, hour and a half ish, not bad I suppose, if the manager I've had to email honours the deal I've had to send back in as proof of the email they sent out originally, (yes you'd think they'd know thier own deals?) I should be sorted. No, not holding my breath..

  @virginmedia I've been on the phone now over an hour! On hold after getting the same utter poop! Excuses and run around. @MartinSLewis PLEASE address the utter nightmare of trying to deal with "customer service " of virgin media!

  @virginmedia Yes no known issue. But clearly something wrong with router as it’s not switching Tom modem. Can I get a replacement ?

  @virginhelp @virginmedia Have been waiting over two months for a complaint to be dealt with and whilst this is going on still not had the item i was told was being dispatched. Have tried to call, but seriously that process is riddled with delays 😳
