alex. (@blokealex) reported@virginmedia Hi - I haven’t had chance to check if the Ethernet devices are affected when it happens but I will. It’s an intermittent issue... the green WiFi symbol keeps flashing on the front of the hub.

You can just try it on your phone via the app and if it’s better you can go through the hassle of setting it up on your router once and then forget it.)

Joshua Roberts (@DJJoshuaRoberts) reported@virginmedia The internet will come on for a few minutes then disappear for the rest of the day, it’s completely unusable for sending emails, streaming media and Zoom meetings etc. Not only am I angry that it doesn’t work (with no fix date arranged). I’m also angry you guys are charging me!

There’s no further options so you may be surprised but I am not given the complete inability of your company to answer customers.
