    @virginmedia I had no broadband Internet from 5th Feb for 12 days. It was reported to you on the day. Complete outage. Affected a number of areas. Fault FO10447776. No compensation has been given and call centre are saying nothing on system or I had intermittent Internet.

    @virginmedia I have had internet issues since September last year I have called up too many times to count and once again internet is out in SW19 and now you want to rise your prices. Please can I get a solution and not one that means a technician cancels last min today!!

    @virginmedia Hey. Stranded in Guernsey on a work trip. No signal. No roaming capability. 48min on a call using a friends phone. Got cut off. “Reset network settings” “reinsert SIM card”. get me an engineer. Boarding pass for return journey inaccessible.

    @virginmedia Kept me on hold for hours, moving me between departments, promising engineer visits that never turned up and now refusing to let me cancel without paying a fee so I’ve had to go theough ofcom now.

    Anyone else I know on @virginmedia experiencing internet issues again? @Azzeyylive @FriendlyGuyTTV my internet is dropping to almost nothing consistently and disconnecting me from tarky raids pretty consistently for the last 20 hours or so

    @virginmedia Details have been sent by email. Hopefully someone might actually look at my comments in full and finally provide a level of customer service, rather than the disjointed messing about I’ve had to put up with for weeks now
