    @mark_wootten Virgin Media would like a word. I was paying over £100 / mth for broadband and **** telly - no movie channels or Sky sports. Took the leap and switched Internet (£32/mth) and use free view only now. I don't miss a thing from Virgin.

    @virginmedia spoke to your customer service team in regards to my bill. I'm still waiting for my email to say that this month's bill is wrong and to send the correct one. Its been more than 24 hours since I spoke to them.

    @IamCarrieagain @virginmedia Cancel them. Go elsewhere. You shouldn't be paying for something your not getting. They are bullies. I don't understand why people pay for these services.

    @Benleo @virginmedia Really? They just sent me a new 360 box as they said mine wasn't recording properly yet I had no problems with it, they have ripped me off since I changed the account into my name from my late partners, no difference just a name change ive now been forced into a new contract.

    @virginmedia Hi there, my problems are still unresolved and even your "Resolutions" team is blanking me. I need confirmation that we're at the end of the road so I can go to the regulator. How can I get this pls?

    @virginmedia had no service since the 13th May and just been told that the problem won’t be fixed until the 26th May after being pushed back from the 20th do I qualify for the auto compensation ??
