I don't know what's going on with @virginmedia but after two major outage last week I've now had to reboot my hub twice in the last hour because traffic stopped routing. It's time to cancel I think.

I promise you Virgin Media will be paying me £300-£500 for the problems they’ve caused me with broadband since June 24th, I’ve taken it further with the CISAS third party, now they talking nicely about crediting my whole bill for free, I guess when legal get involved, they talk.

@virginmedia our WiFi has been on and off in NW1 and has now been totally down for over an hour, I've logged a fault and still your website claims no issues in the area - can you confirm that this is correct? Its incredibly concerning that there's a lack of transparency

@virginmedia why is it that no one has turned up to sort out WiFi out despite being told someone would be here today?? We apparently were put on priority but obviously doesn't seem so. My partner had to take a day off to hang around for no one to turn up?? Absolute joke
