    @virginmedia the first time they told me they fixed the issue, which they didnt. the second time they filed a complaint. wasnt resolved. and the other times i got hit with the "there is congestion in your area" which is really great but im paying stupid money for a service which isnt working.

    @virginmedia It is with my broadband and I have provided my complaints reference number. The only thing you guys are good at is responding to tweet and doing absolute nothing for the customer after that. Check my previous messages and do the needful.

    @virginmedia No the red means no Internet service. And my box was working perfectly fine at 11:30pm last night. Can't watch no channels. Virgin seem to have a national problem. I'm seeing im not the only customer to have these problems.

    @virginmedia another night of buffering on your super fast fibre broadband, absolutely fed up with it now, excuse after excuse, constantly having to reboot the router, crap #btisbetter

    @virginmedia Its nearly been 24hrs with no service. Got a error code 7400 on my screen what error is this ? My hub is showing a red band.

    @virginmedia Yet again another night with only 3mb download speed when paying for 100+ in Al2 postcode. What exactly is the problem and when is it going to be sorted! Happens every night between 8pm and 12am

    @virginmedia All my connections are wired, i have tried rebooting the hub but makes no difference. According to status check it says there is no issue in my area but clearly there is seeing as there is reports else where.

    @virginmedia But still no one has replied by an email when they said they would. No phone call when they said they would. No one responding to text service after 4 and a half hours. Instead of making excuses for other people why don't you sort out my problem?
