@virginmedia tf2 area Telford Internet keeps dropping all night never get the 100mb speed at best of time, and now the TV is loosing connection every 10 mins or so.

@virginmedia Having just spoken to the disconnections team, I now understand why VirginMedia hasn’t bothered to fix my email problem- apparently it’s not part of the “contract” and thus you’re under no obligation to provide the service!

@virginmedia None of this helped. I would like to call and talk to a real human being because I have been without WiFi for half the month and I refuse to pay for a full month of service. I am a student and every single night without fail I go without internet access during crucial hours.
