Rorschach Slays🇸🇮🇪🇺🇬🇧 (@RorschachSlays) reported@misselledee @virginmedia This is normal. My friend has been on a broken line for weeks now. Engineers came out 3 times. His internet is still worse than his mobile internet. Virgin is saying everything is ok. Engineers barely know much more than: Let's reboot your router. Get out. Get City Fibre.

Stewart Neilson ⚒ 🇬🇧 (@HaveringHammer) reportedI’ve just been given Netflix ( I know I’m late to getting it ) by VirginMedia. The first show I’ve started watching is Breaking Bad ( I know I’m late to watching that too ) My question is should I stick with it as I’m 3 shows in and not sure what all the fuss was about yet?

Ian (@Jd95975184) reported@misselledee @virginmedia If virgin cant provide you service from 30 days of you reporting the fault you can leave for nothing, they are very incompetent when dealing with customers, deal with one agent who promises to sort it, never does, you phone back then its a different agent and you start all over
-
Mandy H 💙 (@ShropshireMandy) reported@virginmedia why is your customer relations so bad? I have spent 3-4 hours on the phone trying to get a refund after you carried on taking payments after I terminated my contract. Please get it sorted.
-
Keith A Pearson (@keithapearson) reported@virginmedia I've just wasted 55 minutes of my life trying to talk to your 'customer services' dept. Both the staff members I spoke to could barely communicate in English, and the line kept breaking up... until it died altogether. Wasted time, no resolution, and huge frustration. You're supposed to be a COMMUNICATIONS company! What am I expected to do now? Go through that same shambolic exercise again?

Get this :- > Sorry, something’s gone wrong! We’re having some technical issues. Please try again later. Sigh.

-
Matty Smithy♿️🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@Matt247821) reported@Jenny_1884 It’s pants, not as good as fibre and expensive as you have to purchase the equipment. The latency sucks. Alright for basic browsing but not gaming or high quality streaming. Virgin media is cheaper and faster
