@virginmedia Thank you for replying. I've run the test and included them in my tweet. Furthermore when I spoke to a customer service agent last week, she told me I needed to order them via the connect app.

@virginmedia It’s not an account issue. The outside cable needs to be changed. But you sent the wrong engineer. You need to rectify with right team and compensation for loss of service and time taken off work to schedule engineer visits.

Virgin Media. Moving to Sky as cust service been atrocious had no landline since 27 Nov wouldn’t send eng. Agreed cancel terms 30 Dec em new contract 31 Dec complained closed it yet again. Billed me again, spent hour on phone keep telling me I owe different amounts. What do I do?

@virginmedia We've had issues with our interent for so long. Am working from home today and the internet hasnt worked not even a tiny bit. This is disgusting service you lot are providing. We get on the phone and the person is taking us around in circles.
