    Virgin media went from the best Internet provider to ******* garbage. And their excuse is there's too many people using it in your area. Fix it then you bellends. Pay for 500mb and get garbage latency. Wakers also buying > 100mb to stream ******* Netflix. Go get bt or some ****.

    @virginmedia I have been on hold for 1.5 hours, then hung up on, written a complaint on your web form when pressing submit it clears the form without sending, and now cannot get through to anyone on your help desk. Less than useless, would never recommend 😡 #customerservice

    @virginmedia I haven’t made any of the adjustments you suggest and I’m still having horrendous issues with WiFi dropping out so I need to do something. However, my devices are mobile so sometimes close to the router and sometimes further away - are we meant to reconnect each time we move?

    @virginmedia Not much help today. Virgin login for Sky Sports didn't work yet again so missed all sport and live football today, and it only just started working. Seriously slow getting this fixed and very slow response to upset customers who had their sport viewing ruined, twice in 2 weeks.

    @virginmedia Hello, sorry for the late reply, I have been having trouble ‘staying connected’.! As I mentioned in the first tweet, I can’t get through on 150. WiFi worse than useless and another week of homeschooling coming up. Pity you’re not as good at fixing issues as removing money from me
