  @virginmedia having loads of probs with WiFi dropping out and slow. Also not available in all rooms. Have reset everything. How do we get extenders to other parts of house? At what cost? BT are guaranteed to give access to all rooms. Does virgin media do it?

  @theRealDavood @virginmedia @EE Can't say I have ever had much of a problem with virgin. Although I did loose my rag last year when a customer adviser kept telling me I had to pay £50 & more to speak to retention team. She was the rudest, unhelpful person I have ever come across. I hung up and rang back.

  @virginmedia I have worked from home since July 2019, this is extremely frustrating as I've had to inconvenience others at the early hours of the morning. It shows no issues on my service on the website, but the engineer confirmed there is yesterday. I'm currently not at home
