@virginmedia Yes we spoke to someone. Engineering in the area until 1st March (has been like this since November.. deadline seems to extend every month) - FYI no advisement about this potential disruption and no compensation offered for poor service.

@virginmedia very disappointed that I’ve had to cancel my service today. Nearly doubled my monthly fee and I can barely access Netflix or even email/Facebook. I have even had to hotspot on my work phone this week so I can work remotely. Customer loyality?
