I just signed up to @virginmedia and less than a week in my TV box doesn't work and the online journey to get support is AWFUL. I'm on the phone in a queue, I'm on a live chat in a queue, and I only found both after going in circles multiple times. Frustrating or what....

@virginmedia I have spoken to a virgin mobile phone agent despite not having a virgin mobile it was the only avenue prompted by virgin.. problem now solved apparently other customers had the same issue ..

@virginmedia On the iPhone for the security. The Xbox is saying moderate router. I’ve had these problems for months. I have been in touch. They sent a new router out and set it up. Worked well for a day. Ive recently pin reset the router again and worked for another day then dropped off.
