    @EDFofficiel Customer support at EDF UK shows a level of incompetence which is worse than Virgin Media, and God knows VM is utterly useless.

    @virginmedia Send one of your 'engineers' to come round and remove this internet because they cant fix a thing 5 weeks this has been going on now and we're lied to consistently! We're sick to death of it plus we're unable to watch we have paid for! Its embarrassing

    @LutzSchueler @virginmedia we hade no broadband for 3 days or so no, my contract don’t run out till may, I need to cancel and get a more reliable service my with is terminal ill and , she needs the wi fi and the home service as matter for emergency’s,please could you help in this

    @virginmedia I have sent you a private message. A rep rang me on WhatsApp just now to tell me: “Internet is down. It will be back up tomorrow.” I explained IN DEPTH the issues to which I was dismissed to be told you’ll recieve compensation as good will. Good will?? I’m a paying customer

    @virginmedia I have now received three seperate text messages saying the problem has been fixed, when it clearly hasn’t……..I’m still offline. Not only is your service terrible, you add to that deceptive and wrongful communication to your customers. I expect compensation

    @O2 why oh why have you made it so damned difficult to login to my account now that Virgin Media are involved ! All I want to do is login to my account the old fashioned way without the need to check my email, return to the original page etc…..
