@ofcom @virginmedia @MoneySavingExp changed to virgin media in November we have had significant disruption internet drops everyday inc twice total blackout. Currently no Internet or phone until Jan 4th. Virgin want £288 to leave and technicians don't turn up with no warning.

@virginmedia Not sure my 69 yr old father fancies straining his eyes watching on an old iPhone mind. Nor should we have to really when we pay to watch on tv. From what I’ve read this is an old issue, never fully restored. V poor service
