    @virginmedia my 70 year old Dad is trying to call you guys (on mobile) since his phone line is down but you claim it’s working properly? Can someone please help? He needs his landline to work for obvious reasons.

    @virginmedia You realise what a bloody waste of time this is. I cannot work like this - never ever had these issues with BT. Your wifi doesn’t work at all. The signal is so poor doesn’t travel one floor below at all either. Problems left right and centre

    @virginmedia @O2 being that you have merged now that there would be a option for a mobile WiFi box for a week to get us connected as you have a problem getting cable to us at the moment so going put us without internet for a week till you connect us

    Hello @virginmedia help me understand how a student is supposed to pay £142 because you don't provide your services at my new accommodation and your customer service just kept on singing terms and conditions instead of trying to find a solution 🙄@VMSolutions_

    @virginmedia how long do u need to leave to qualify to be a new customer as loyalty seems not to get u very far 95 a month for not a lot yet a new customer gets the full package for 77 a month ? Just spent a hour on phone only for the call centre to hang up on me

    @virginmedia I have phoned customer services and they have advised there is a problem in our area, and engineers are working on it. Why couldn't it have said that on your web page?
