@virginmedia I’ve tried multiple devices, and this seems to be a recurring issue on all of them. The only way I’ve gotten around this is via the old website, which I have trouble finding, as when I log in, the new site is the one that appears

@virginmedia When you cancel & their sales team ring off your phone, you arrange a new deal & the sales person to call you back last Friday & they don’t bother, you know them you’ve done the right thing cancelling

.@virginmedia Day 3 trying to remove parts of my package with you. Instead, you continue to offer me ‘perks’ and ‘additional offers’. I certainly hope this isn’t the way you treat customers in the midst of a cost of living crisis? Very poor service.

@virginmedia It says it's under maintenance but it's been like that all day I've reset my phone but that had nothing to do with it because I can sign in to my other accounts with other companies and now having to go out my way to get this sorted you provide a poor service I'm changing company

@virginmedia I have been trying to cancel my contract for a week. I have been on the phone multiple times on hold for an hour. I’ve gone through the chat bot multiple of times and no one responds. Why is it so difficult to cancel? I need to cancel as I am on a rolling contract

@virginmedia Credit score never updated then suddenly goes to showing missed payment bringing my credit score down by 200 points. I pay by automated service, I have to check all the time to see when it’s due. I haven’t middies payments considering I have to guess when it’s due.

@virginmedia Thanks for your response. Consistently, various channels have viewing issues where the screen is blurred and I am unable to watch that channel. It happens across the network.
