    @virginmedia how can I arrange a refund for lack of service? BB & TV down for nearly 24hrs, your call centre staff have been horrendous to deal with and I am sat inside on the best day of the year so far, awaiting an engineer - with zero confidence that they’ll actually arrive!

    @virginmedia no internet as box is out of date (family member had same issue a few weeks ago) & engineer can’t come until Monday. Why aren’t you contacting customers to upgrade BEFORE we loose a service we pay for???????

    @MrBenGrant @virginmedia They are absolutely awful, after we've recently had issues i rang and arranged for an engineer to come out, guess what? They never showed up! Not even a message to say sorry or a call to apologise for the inconvenience of waiting in..😡

    @virginmedia Multiple random outages over 24 hours, and your virgin status page does not work properly. Should have stayed with BT in 2 years and had no outages. Regret joining virgin media , poor internet and poor technical support.

    @virginmedia For the last 72 hours the internet goes down around 930 and comes back up in the evening. What is going on? I have sent a DM and not getting a response
