  @virginmedia I've just wasted 55 minutes of my life trying to talk to your 'customer services' dept. Both the staff members I spoke to could barely communicate in English, and the line kept breaking up... until it died altogether. Wasted time, no resolution, and huge frustration. You're supposed to be a COMMUNICATIONS company! What am I expected to do now? Go through that same shambolic exercise again?

  An in-place upgrade which is causing a 10 day outage - pretty awful planning @virginmedia. And telling us it would be fixed in 1 day, then 2 days, then 4 days, then 3 days, then 4 days, then 10 days - is a bit of a joke.

  Is anyone else on @O2 finding that since the @virginmedia team up the service is horrendous, has taken my partner seven weeks to get their account unlocked, no it’s been unlocked. They can’t pay their bill due to an insecure website issue and too many redirects.

  @misselledee @virginmedia Generic bot replies as usual. Their customer service doesn’t exist. How they’re still in business amazes me.

  @misselledee @virginmedia Despite the content of your message, they answer you like this is the first contact. I’ve been with them from day one because I always seem to get a good deal. But god help you if you need customer services. In my experience, they tie with Vodafone as the worst in the world.

  @virginmedia 15years a customer, tried to renew 3 times. 3 times you did it wrong, given up and moved to sky. Your customer service is absolutely shocking and zero customer loyalty

  Well, the customer service from @virginmedia these days is really quite remarkable. And that's not a compliment. Here's a thread... Informed them that I'm moving house, and they get it booked for Friday 3rd April. All good...
