@virginmedia Virgin Business WiFi is down yet again. No warning. Trying to run a business from home. Your status checker never works either. Can you please advise when it is due to be working and can we get some continuity. It has been off more than on lately.

@virginmedia I’ve done that twice. Been told twice it’s been “escalated” with no proof that it has been. Been with you two weeks and feeling like I will never get an issue resolved.

@virginmedia Yes. I can access Netflix on the Android app. Also, I have no issues with my internet connection, I have an ethernet cable connected to the box and all other apps and features are working properly. The only issue is that which I have described.

Finally managed to cancel the contract - can’t believe how difficult this could be. Now Virgin Media are trying to charge cancellation fee when they explicitly say in their recent letter no cancellation charges apply. Outrageous😡

@virginmedia They say the person on the phone only made a note to switch the phone lines but I verbally confirmed with him that the package would be cancelled. We shouldn’t be being charged £100s becuase someone wrote something down wrong. Don’t you have a recording of the call???

@virginmedia Over a week later using that number somehow you still haven’t cancelled our account and sent us a nearly £100 bill for a service we cancelled in November. Is this not actually stealing?

@virginmedia ...terms in the post. But you say it must be email or SMS and that I can just agree it! This disenfranchises my relative who has full capacity but email makes them anxious. Obvious inclusive solution: use post and hold deal open to allow time to reply. No joy. Not inclusive. 2/2
