@virginmedia No. That makes no difference. Just like it made no difference yesterday. All green lights. Your fault tracking still says fix at 10am so according to your system there is still a fault. I can see my Wi-Fi but have no connection. 41 hours and counting.

@virginmedia Technician came to our new place yesterday, understanding was that it would be a simple installation. Having confirmed it "wasn't possible" to run a cable up to us, he left. Called customer service, was promised an update by the end of the day, still don't have one.

@virginmedia This is all evidenced on WhatsApp. From speaking to O2 when I had to cancel the sim, they said they’ve had night traffic from Virgin Media Agents - misrepresenting the contract to customers
