@virginmedia It just keeps telling us our wireless signal is too weak, it was fine before the outage. We have two booster hubs upstairs one of which is right outside the door but now it’s as above

Cancelled @virginmedia as they failed to show FIVE TIMES, days spent on the phone to them yet they keep texting to say they’re coming. All we want is the compensation promised. The texts now verge on harassment. Worst customer service on the planet.

@virginmedia Wow. Thanks for that sincere autobot response. My partner’s lost work thanks to your failings, I’ve been on livechats and calls for days to cancel and we STILL get texts saying they’re coming to fix a faceplate (after failing to show FIVE TIMES).

@virginmedia HI virgin Media, I cancelled my account in the cooling off period, after 4 engineers it never worked costing me £100's, 700649901, I have a confirmation text. Today I've received a bill, please confirm you have closed the account. Thank you

@virginmedia Virgin Media your Broadband and Wifi is shite we’ve only had it installed 6 days and it keeps going down every day during the day and during the evening, (tried re-setting all of our hubs it does NOT work) my Dad the Virgin Media account holder as has already terminated contract

@virginmedia I would advise every single customer to request a copy of the notes staff have made on VM systems after every call to check their accuracy and challenge accordingly. They lie!
