@NatashaWrightyn @virginmedia Hi Natasha I just signed up! What a company. They are awful. I have spent 23 hours on what's up complaint chat trying to record my complaint! After finally getting to do it I got a response an hour later closing it only a completely different issue. The are crooks! Good luck

@conor_pope Virgin Media are the worst company in Ireland for having any interest in their Customers. Best is Post Office, wherever you use it, always pleasant and helpful. Conor, there are also a lot of bad mannered customers out there who treat hard working decent people badly
