  @cdavo25 @virginmedia I had Stream Box and Broadband set up yesterday. Neither working today, tried Cust Serv’s on hold over 45 mins and still no answer! These people are as garbage as their services, spend your money elsewhere. I’m going back to @SkyUK 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  @mdf200 @virginmedia Someone actually with something nice to say about Virgin media. That's a first. We're legacy Telewest>Virgin users here, never really had any issues in 24 years.

  Diagnostic tests suck, the myvm app sucks, your ai at the end of the phone can't tell the difference between zero and three and I still can't speak to anyone. Is there anything you can do right? @virginmedia

  @virginmedia If you check the DMs I’ve sent you 42 messages in the last 16 days. You have replied to lots of them. But you have never been able to tell me why the fix is taking so long, whether/when any engineering staff have actually turned up to look at our cabling, or when it will be fixed
