    @clarefiona22 @virginmedia @Ofcom No, not resolved. I'm fuming with them lying to me 4 times promising a call back to book an engineer and never calling back. The customer treatment is disgusting and yet they take your money quick enough.

    @virginmedia What is going on with your broadband? Hasn’t been working for days, nothing on website and no one on the phone helps but mentions seem to confirm and issue. Customer service seems to not exist at VM #ofcom #watchdog

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply, but this is pointless. I need a sign-in to access your forum to get someone to cancel an account I didn’t create. So I need to create an account to delete an account and then delete THAT account? Not helpful. I’m not in your country and so cannot call.

    @virginmedia being led in circles on website trying to diagnose issue with WiFi. Phone help closes in 5 mins. How am I supposed to resolve this? WFH proving impossible right now. #help

    @virginmedia your service is a joke. Can't get through on the phone inless I stay on hold for over an hour. I got on live chat at 19:11. I start chat at 19:24. It took 50 minutes to even get past security checks they took so long. At 2023 I get put onto retentions team........

    @toulou1989 @Privatenugget2 Yep, called @virginmedia this week and of a 10 minute phone call, the first half was re-correcting him not understanding what the simple problem was. Waiting now for the "how did we do" questionnaire. Oh, eventually, the engineer that turned up, was brilliant.
