It would be great to get through a month without a significant Virgin Media outage Our third in approx. six weeks and we’ve had significant broadband wobbles almost weekly BT do not offer their best service here so our choice is somewhat reliably slow v intermittently quicker

@virginmedia your customer service is shocking twice I've had my installation for broadband cancelled and given some lame excuse. I told your call centre I wanted to cancel installation and I was blatantly ignored and set another installation for the end of the month.

@virginmedia I want to cancel my contract and give 30 days notice. So far I've had promises to call back without a call back, sudden computer problems your end and been cut off after holding for 45 mins. How or who can I speak to please, can you help?
