@virginmedia I asked for a complaint to be raised: Customer account number: 355073801 Complaint reference: C-120622350. I then get an email straight away to say my complaint has been closed. It has NOT been closed. Can you organise someone to call me tomorrow (Monday) please?

@Alex4Craig_Dudd hi. Virginmedia hasn’t been working in EH7 since Tuesday. Apparently, a city worker cut the cable and @Edinburgh_CC won’t give virgin engineers enough access to fix this. Can you please advise council position & steps taken to help? Approx 200 houses affected.

@virginmedia Rather that discussing this online endlessly, it would be better if @VirginMedia initiated steps to resolve the problem. Surely the mistake could be corrected relatively easily but no mechanism seems to be in place to address such problems and avoid endless reiterative errors

@Nin_Boombox @virginmedia Same . They give you want they want and your never find that person again. How on earth do they run a business . Sky have offered to pay £200 to get out of the contract so will be doing that. Call sky and see what they say .

@virginmedia Hi thanks for your reply. She is still being pushed forward another 24 hours for her Wi-Fi to be fixed. Will this go on all month or will the problem actually be fixed? She is now paying for data and subscription.

@teznorth @virginmedia They told me that my issue was sorted too. Had a proper web chat. Was paying £76 a month and this month sneakily changed the bill last minute and too £136 out of my account! These scammers are out of order!

@virginmedia virgin broadband down in Dorking 2nd time this month no help at all from them as usual… vodafone here i come who supply you with a dongle that automatically cuts in using there mobile network if needed… shockingly bad customer service Virgin
