    @virginmedia No need thanks. I’ve cancelled the installation and my account. Thankfully @SkyBroadbandd hasn’t stopped our service so stayed with them. Was warned how bad @virginmedia was and you proved those warnings right unfortunately.

    @virginmedia hello, I’m moving to a property to rent that already has virgin media services (tv, broadband and phone). However I want just broadband and no tv. Do I need to cancel the account for the current occupier and start a new contract myself?

    @virginmedia As far as I know no service for a few days however told that if it’s fixed within 30 days I can’t do anything,I have spoken to an advisor.

    @virginmedia I've had to call your service daily because your text and website won't tell me anything about an intermittent fault that you know it's happening. The website claims everything is fine when it is not. How is it that difficult to put down "there are issues"

    @MartinSLewis So @virginmedia do not take misogynistic behaviour of its contractors seriously and will not help or provide me with either a direct contact number or email knowing that I cannot get through their system as I am not a customer. To whom can I report their actions?
