@virginmedia Hi I went through the test process and I was offered to book an engineer to visit and check my router. As it was a widespread issue I declined. Just for my benefit could you send me the exact link to register a loss of service because it is not clear on the service status page.

@virginmedia Done everything I can not an issue I have gone with bt and sky today will never use virginmedia again and certainly will not recommend anyone to use them. Brilliant customer service when buying a product but when an issue arrises they don't want to know.

@virginmedia we’ve had our internet with by you for a month and we want to leave. Set up was postponed for 3 weeks ‘due to an error’ leaving us without service. Yesterday engineer that was booked didn’t show up to fix, explained as ‘staff error’. This is not good enough. Refund!

@virginmedia you are an absolute disgrace. Had my broadband installed this morning, not working, been on the phone for 75 minutes, passed to 4 different people. Absolute disgrace. I will be cancelling and I urge others to find a different provider. #virginmedia #bransonisatwat
