@shorty1892 @virginmedia Could be worse mate. They could tell you that you have too many devices connected to the network, 3 being too many and then if that fails say they only guarantee speeds via a wired connection. The wifi spikes are unbearable too impossible to work or game consistently

@virginmedia Yes they were useless. Waited 20 mins for someone to confirm yes indeed, the technician didnt turn up. Can I please get a direct number to call to sort? I have been a customer for 14 years

@virginmedia Could someone speak with me about my old account still showing a balance and showing up on my credit report? Contract was terminated and I paid the exit fee as requested (although not my fault you don't cover the area... That's another issue) closed October 2020
