    @virginmedia I did. I'm just not sure I trust your hardware right now. Also charging an extra £5 a month to compensate for your own 'new' hub not working as well as your old one is a bit of a cheek.

    @virginmedia It’s not an inquiry about moving home this has been done You have given me repeated install dates. You love attached cables to my house. What are you not understanding? virgin also make it next to Impossible to get in touch. On your website now the link to web chat is broken.

    @virginmedia can someone call me, when I took over the contract someone from the bereavement department said she would ring back within the hour and I’ve never been spoken to since! I’m I still getting charged for stuff that I asked to be taken off

    @O2 My wife is an O2 customer, and we have just signed up to @virginmedia. We were expecting to be able to take advantage of a Volt boost, but can't seem to be able to link accounts. How long does the VM service need to be active before we can do this? (Accounts in same name)

    Absolutely appalling service from @virginmedia - changed my contract in Feb, confirmed by email next day. The bill I received bears no resemblance to email figures, THREE calls to bills dept, all promising call backs from ‘manager’ - NOTHING 😤😡🤬
