@virginmedia new day , another wifi problem. Same as yesterday the WiFi gone again . box is flashing green. How can you fix it please (already done all the usual switch off & on and it’s away from direct heat etc). Had no internet all day yesterday now today a few hours gone too

@TheRegister Bump, looks like this policy has now been changed, you can set complex passwords. I was having same issue with hackers on that account. #virginmedia

@virginmedia Affects wired as your **** router doesn’t reach the point of the house I’m in. And has just happened again. Fix it or admit you can’t and I should be let out of my contract.
