  @virginmedia I just tried to contact you remotely re my TIVO box & the changeover. Your Terri bot clearly couldn't deal with it. My whole computer then froze completely followed by a page of Chinese writing before the computer telling me there is a problem & rebooted itself. Will I have to wait four hours on the 150 landline as I did the other day before giving up.

  @Argos_Online I've always thought Virgin Media were the unanimous heavyweight champions of 'couldn't give a ****' customer 'care' but today, I've just realised (only because I deal with VM a lot more) that there's a genuine contender - a great white 'hope'!🤬 DISGUSTING!

  @virginmedia Apology accepted but your data is clearly bad and your systems faulty if you have to rely on assumptions not truth. Sadly symptomatic of @virginmedia - @ICOnews should investigate. When your systems also wrongly say I haven't paid my bill in full it's systemic not unusual.😡

  What rude people they are @virginmedia Was on the phone, finally someone will collect the old modem. However, I will be cancelling my tv and landline services. Will keep VM broadband until such time as I can source a suitable alternative. Disconnection fee to pay.

  Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

  @Benleo They, Virgin media are terrible. I'm with Plusnet now, wonderful customer service, always speak to an English person in UK, they pick up quick too.

  @virginmedia could you please supply me with a contact number please. You are telling me I have to upgrade to anew box , however when I sp yourself 2 remote controls rather than 2 boxes. Your app is ridiculously poor. Give me a number please
