    @virginmedia The land line was down. As couldn’t be reached ambulance services broke in. I’m upset as promised that an engineer would visit them.

    @virginmedia I currently have a Hub 3, and the wifi is rubbish in my kitchen and furthest bedroom. I have one booster upstairs, but to be honest it does not solve the problem. So was wanting to get the new equipment, wifi pods? or even change to the new router, plus pods?

    I feel sorry for @virginmedia social team. There is a limited amount they can do. I have shocking broadband speeds as meant to get 100MB and lucky if I get 10 bit according to the support I am not allowed to book an engineer unless I wait more time. Its already been 3 days

    @virginmedia Needless to say NONE of these issues were mentioned when I paid a large sum in increased subscription rates to upgrade to Gig1 in a failed attempt to obtain some improvement in terrible download speeds or a remotely reliable service

    @virginmedia my internet connection went down 30 minutes ago. Iv power cycled the router twice. I have the hub 3 and im now getting a solid green wifi light and planning green light at the bottom. What does this mean??

    Absolutely disgusted with the customer service @virginmedia Perhaps this is the best way to contact them, as the 6 hours I’ve already spent have been a complete waste of time. The people I have spoken to and messaged with have been less than helpful #virginmedia #angrycustomer
