    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Still having problems today. This looks like a routing issue to me across the core of the VM network. Pings and trace routes all fine until we hit the VM core. Tested from VM, BT and Zoom networks to verify.

    @virginmedia what is even going on with your Internet I've got the top Internet package and it keeps dropping the WiFi been like this for about a week now but I'm still expected to pay full bill for partial service

    @virginmedia My clinically vulnerable 76yr old Mum has lost her landline no after 45 yrs. This is the no her GP, specialists etc call her on. She had no warning. 3 calls in, you still haven't reconnected her to it. Her life is literally at risk. Why don't you care? Fix this.

    @virginmedia could you please please please sort out the broadband issues in the Nottingham area. Ours is cutting out every day for long periods. Very frustrating, especially when people are trying to work from home.

    @virginmedia another day of intermittent or zero service. No area problem when I check, “restart hub”, told to book engineer, you then cancel engineer as yes there is an area issue. Rinse and repeat every day.

    @Izzywildheart @virginmedia @NatGeoUK Check HDMI cable then restart box, that doesn't sound like a network issue but more a box-TV issue 👍🏻

    @virginmedia Connection seemed to have improved so I made the mistake of cancelling my Saturday appointment. Within 5 minutes the connection was down again then kept going up and down all night.

    @virginmedia had A 30 day monitor in place, now that’s finished I haven’t even heard off you regarding my complaint been 30 days @Offcom no one has contacted me about resolution regarding poor internet service received!! Pointless calling call centre as their understanding is 0

    @virginmedia ever since I “up” graded to a 360 box I’ve been having problems. No wifi and not TV this morning. Great. What is today’s problem affecting the service? I’m not paying you a penny until you fix my service
