    @virginmedia I am aware of this NOW, but after being on my 3rd box within 2wks, I thought it was very much a problem at my end STILL! After trying to follow and do settings, as instructed I hope I didn’t make worse but I got stuck on “33%” too - I am confident all will be good, when VM r gd!

    @virginmedia Only channel I can get is channel 4….this is despite your outage update stating I can access multiple channels. EH16. The phoneline too busy. You really need to update the info you signposting too as obviously we can’t access channels despite you saying we can at 13.45

    @virginmedia you are an absolute disgrace. Outage since 11.00am & when I ring 150 I’m told to ring back later. What on earth are you doing to put things right? I expect you’ll be compensating your customers for this??

    @MyNwo @andy_ambrose59 @virginmedia Additionally, back in Nov the "tech" said it was a router issue, but no replacement has been sent. Despite them monitoring my connection and resetting the router every night. Which I perform a speed test the moment they have reset it.
