    @johnnyXscotland @virginmedia I'd love to get 39 as promised by @EE, but we don't get anywhere near that on a consistent basis. Sometimes we don't get anything at all and it's blamed on the amount of people using the network. We will be moving to Starlink in January

    @virginmedia @Bella41368329 Virgin media … try reaching out to us - we won’t answer phone calls, the Bots can’t help, you can’t email and our social media channels will tell you to reach out . You go around in circles with them

    @EE I’m on the phone to them now. The best they can offer is a free WiFi extender for 3 months and then I have to pay extra thereafter which is a big increase on what I am paying. All I want is a broadband service that works as good as what I had with @virginmedia before.

    @virginmedia First installation on the 12th failed because your records weren’t up to date and there was no active line, that was fixed on the 15th, was then given installation date of the 2nd Jan but because Sky weren’t updated they have cut off the service for broadband and landline

    @virginmedia @PMIOMTT Having same issue. Can’t login into sky sports app via iPhone or iPhone using Virgin Media logins. You can’t watch it via Virgin Go as it forces you to the Sky Sports App. Very frustrating.

    @virginmedia - Last week got virgin media installed. Speed is 100 mbps while my plan is 1000 mbps. On top of that internet stopped working today and no one is picking in customer care, only bot is talking nonsense and hanging up. No idea what to do

    @virginmedia How do I make a complaint? The phone number on website gives options but none mention complaints. BTW Virgin media must be a great place to work, just tell customers you will fix problem then call them back, do neither, then repeat.

    @ChefPaul41 @virginmedia Mate I’m with Virgin they that ****. I now pay @EE for £13.99 a month for unlimited data and just connect to it and works really well!
