    @virginmedia And who do I speak to with regards to my contract? It states that it started yesterday and presumably I am going to be billed a whole month without any service. It's a joke!

    @virginmedia I have the same with this automated text service as I do with the one of the website. Says you aim to reply in 4 hours. But I never get a response

    @virginmedia Got a callback today, the earliest install is the 11th of January. This is a whole month later than it should have been completed. This is awful service. The agent also refused to put me through to a manager, I would like to request a callback from senior management immediately.
