    @alisonclay71 @virginmedia They’re the worst. I was a customer for over 10 years and moved house recently. They refused to move the service to my new house. Incredibly poor service. Also, be prepared for them to chase you constantly to return their kit or they’ll charge you for it!

    @y_alibhai @virginmedia Change your internet provider. Or ring their cancellation number and they'll likely push heaven and earth to help you then. If they don't, definitely change. I was with them years ago, absolute rubbish of a service.

    @virginmedia @CLangley16 @virginmedia I’m the same, this has been on and off now for weeks! I pay a fortune each month and never get a week where there is no issue. I was supposed to get a discount before and it was never processed off of my monthly bill
