@virginmedia Still not resolved. Slightly clearer and more helpful person at call centre this morning. Engineer booked for Saturday but still no tv. Complaint lodged twice but no evidence under track my complaints. Do better virgin! Still going to try to leave

@SuSaeed56 @virginmedia @HyperopticCS Thank you SO MUCH for this advice. They called me today after I emailed them! I’m so shocked I fell off my chair. They were very apologetic and wanted to help but I told them too late / so contract cancelled and now I’m freeeeeeee!!!

@virginmedia 15 days without internet is a stupid huge outage and not a minor issue in the area. I should have received a prompt communication about this for the price I pay. You just don't care, and won't even compensate, I am pretty sure you'll find a work around.

@virginmedia hi, i have been having intermittent speeds since late august. i pay for gig1 but speed tests show that the speeds dip to 0.0mbps every second - meaning online gaming (what i upgraded for) does not work. there is an area outage and you haven’t sent an engineer (1/2)
