It’s funny how @virginmedia you don’t pay the bill on time it works fine but you pay the bill correctly it’s appalling almost 55 pound for this speeds are crap and connection is even worse

@virginmedia The first time it happened I phoned to tell him that my Internet was running slow they gave me a discount and then extended my contract for a year I only found this out for months later when I phoned to say my Internet was still running slow

@richardbranson Checked my credit score to find @virginmedia have a note on my file stating I have missed payments each month since 2017 for a £17 bill they have never told me I owe. Contacted them and they tell me they cannot help me. Poor customer service why I left 5 yrs ago

@virginmedia @virginmedia so UK based call handlers in movers team helped apologised and cancelled the line and it was meant to go live by 4pm. Spoke to Ayub in cable faults team so rude, no empathy didn't want to read the notes said authentication failed although I passed it on automation...

@virginmedia My internet stopped working today! So I used your online help pages which just told me my router wasn’t plugged in. Called cust service to be told an engineer is required but can’t come until Wed 12th How are we meant to work from home? Reliability is really bad!

@virginmedia When you call your call centre there are lots of ways you can get into my details but some of them are like that that’s it we’re not doing anything else I explain I’m dyslexic they don’t give a **** Then you get through to the CallCenter in the UK and it’s okay
