  @virginmedia tried calling and it’s impossible to get through to anyone, my bill keeps going up and up and up and the service keeps getting worse and worse, so I try and swap supplier and now you’re charging me nearly £300 to leave early.

  @virginmedia I have to switch the subtitles on again if I change the channel ? These are the main concerns regarding the 'upgrade' which unfortunately I am stuck with Surely if you have the technology to upgrade you will have the technology to achieve a down grade

  @virginmedia There was an outage in my area - for 3 days. It’s not my hub. It’s the ridiculously bad, unreliable service @virginmedia provide. Our whole street is complaining. Guess what … the service is down again today 😡

  @virginmedia yo… why does everyone who works for you just lie their faces off? 2 days no internet engineer said someone would be out to pull a line within the hour.. 4 hours later no show, call customer service and the promised me a call back by 6pm. another lie, now sat on hold
