On hold trying to get through to @virginmedia for over an hour and then the phone went dead so angry as this is now the second day running trying to get through to them. I have to ring as I need to cancel the contract. @virginmedia customer service is a joke

@virginmedia Yes finally spoke to someone who was U.K. based and they sorted it for me, I know offshore saves money but it's not good for customer satisfaction

@virginmedia Funny that I've spoke to O2 about it and they say it's a problem with virgin log in. As I said previously NO ONE at Virgin has a clue. Emailed the CEO too. That's a waste of time aswell no reply. And yes I have the O2 app. Thanks for that

@virginmedia when is the issue with netflix going to be sorted? Should be part of our package but didn't have it for 3 weeks. Then it worked for a week now gone again. When will it be sorted and when can I have a refund for the lost service?
