    @paullewismoney @_moneymarketing Hi Paul, Try telling that to Virgin Media. i really think it would be interesting if you covered the poor customer service on Moneybox or a similar program on BBC. I am sure that O2 would be interested due to their close tie up now.

    @virginmedia Your customer retention chap Jack is actually sensible credit to himself and you should have more like him and scrap your outsourced call centres . I will be calling tomorrow to clarify a couple of details and he may have meant you keep a client !! Once A cpl of items confirmed !

    @virginmedia Line cut intentionally by your engineers. We reported slow speeds. They attended and advised new line needed, cut existing one and were last seen over a month ago. Now instead of slow internet we have no internet! 2 scheduled visits to resolve it cancelled without explanation...

    Lied to by @virginmedia to get me to sign up, first by their field sales agent and then their call centre and WhatsApp support. Told Netflix would be included in package, then no, yes, and again no. Now old hold to cancel order. If a deal is too good to be true, it probably is!

    @virginmedia Now been on hold for half an hour and no idea where I am in the queue! Seriously, what is going on? Never received such bad customer service from a company!!
