@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

@virginmedia I did, that’s when it said that it seems like there’s a problem and an engineer has been booked. I was trying to check and then it just disappeared. I haven’t had internet ALL DAY! I haven’t been able to do any work online!

@virginmedia Ok I don't if it will make a differenc but I did cancel my Netflix Subscription & I was going to delete the account with Netflix to see if that would stop the issue as the account it is happening with is the same account I can use on the website with
