@virginmedia I did that last night and they said there was nothing on the account. Also not much help with the fact my broadband speeds are below 400MB when it should be 1GB

@virginmedia I am very sure that I should have been informed of the whole process - this was NOT done. I have never came across a supplier of energy, broadband or TV etc that do no notify the supplier of the change. This is a very poor excuse and I shall be taking this to the ombudsman/ofcom

@virginmedia It won't let me call that either 😩😩😩 is there no way someone can just check for me, if it's not going to happen then I need to sort something asap and this isn't filling me with confidence for if/when there's a problem in future

@cameraoncaught @virginmedia Have you forwarded this to Virgin media internal complaints? In my opinion Virgin have one of the worst customer service teams around but it may reach someone who can act upon internally.

@virginmedia I’m appalled a complaints online manager was meant to be sorting 18 months of issues out instead my bill has doubled nothing she promised has been done and 1 week later 7 emails no reply

@cameraoncaught @virginmedia Let’s assume that those defending this drivers use of his phone are also those types of drivers who see nothing wrong with heads down staring at a phone whilst in “control” of a vehicle.

@virginmedia not happy price increase is more than it would cost for an upgrade to 500mb broadband (which I don't really need) and tying in to an 18m contract, whatever the cost goes up for what is already a top price product!! From a very loyal customer of 20 yrs +

@virginmedia My internet has been intermittently down all day. Service status says no issues in my area. When I run tests it says I already have a technician booked. I don't. You've made it impossible to speak to a human being. What is going on?

@virginmedia I tried customer services and have been told differing fix dates each time. Also was told that even though the problem means I have to find an alternative place to work, there will only be ‘partial’ compensation as it is only intermittent. Poor service for a loyal customer.
