    @virginmedia 1 Usual runaround. From Virgin Media website ‘just run a few checks’ result ‘your hub is not connected’. Try to reboot no good. Engineer booked then cancelled by VM as ‘problem is on network’. Automated VM phone message confirms major problem.

    @virginmedia don’t understand why you can’t inform your customer about planned upgrades as I work from home and have no service ‘think about your customers’ it’s not hard to send a txt as you have all customers details!!

    @virginmedia I don't want to have to register on another forum, I've tried calling and get sent a text message saying I've signed up for updates but that just takes me to a page saying there are no issues in my area. We have no broadband or TV and I can't get any news on when it will be fixed

    On hold to @virginmedia for 2 hours after they pushed my installation back by a month with less than 1 day notice. Great customer service, actual A* (sarcasm detected). Strongly considering cancelling and going elsewhere.
