    @virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

    @virginmedia Never thought of that. Call was on landline. Not pleasant and not good for you if they are using your brand name. Haven't confirmed anything. Tried 1471 but no number. I'm not chasing

    @virginmedia I did, that’s when it said that it seems like there’s a problem and an engineer has been booked. I was trying to check and then it just disappeared. I haven’t had internet ALL DAY! I haven’t been able to do any work online!

    @virginmedia Ok I don't if it will make a differenc but I did cancel my Netflix Subscription & I was going to delete the account with Netflix to see if that would stop the issue as the account it is happening with is the same account I can use on the website with
