@johnnoonabike @virginmedia I’ve got the same message on their website when I did a service check. Supposed to have finished what they’re doing by 6am according to that message, but it’s now 9am and my Broadband is currently intermittent. So they’ve screwed something up or the time they gave is rubbish.

@virginmedia I am managing to get the line, but I have to spend 20minutes every time just to explain the issue(apparently is hard for people to read on a screen), and they will do the same thing always (send a signal or ask me to reboot ), that does not fix the problem @virginmedia

Trying to get hold of someone at @virginmedia to discuss a complaint is like trying to get hold of rocking horse poo! 5 hours on the phone, lots of false promises and still no where!! @virginmedia I need to speak to someone before I take this further!!! #virginmedia

@virginmedia Presumably so that it's impossible to resolve issues with dishonest retention staff before the new contract cooling-off period ends. So far about half of the customer service staff have been liars, and the other half have been idiots. I'm not sure which is worse
