@virginmedia I've done all the home test multiple times and that suggests it's not recognising the hub is connected which it is which suggests a problem with the hub or the cables replacing those is simple and more cost effective than an unnecessary engineer visit.

@virginmedia 4/ would need new ones. I have never been informed of this and the engineer who visited didn't say.The adviser I spoke to last week didn't say this.I am not happy, especially with the way I have been spoken to.I would like someone to call me, who knows what they are talking about

I've been a @virginmedia customer for years. Paying for the highest package. In my time of financial insecurity I called today to reduce my package. Taking away pretty much everything except internet and basic tv and only knocking off £10. (Making my bill £75 a month) #awful

@virginmedia The web chat solved the issue about the direct debit I had. The account is the same though. Originally phoned to get all changed over a few days ago but then today she got a text about the PAC code

@virginmedia just wondering if your call centre has been evacuated? I've been trying to cancel my account via WhatsApp. After 30 mins refusing your expensive upgrades, it's been another 50 waiting for someone to do the cancellation. Where are all your staff?

@virginmedia You don't even know if it's a fault in the house as no one has run the tests other than me you don't know where I live or anything honestly if awful customer service was an Olympic sport virgin would win gold every time
