@virginmedia we booked an urgent apt for today. @ 4pm but no one turned up. We called tonight and was told we had an apt for Saturday and nothing can be done sooner. When we called earlier the lady rang her manager who organised the appt for 4. Please can someone help

@virginmedia No it wasn't. I want to do it when it's convenient for me not virgin media. Thanks for nothing..As well as expecting the customer to do all the work installing the equipment you making the decisions without consultation.Seriously thinking about my 14 day change of mind now.

@virginmedia That link is the step up from the previous link provided and offers no new information. The mobile number you’ve provided me with is also an automated service for existing customers and does not understand it’s a complaint. Something tells me Virgin avoids receiving complaints…

@virginmedia Can i please get some help or update/information, my wifi has been going down daily for weeks in the evening period for hours at a time, not to mention when it does work that the internet speed has decreased significantly. Wolverhampton area.

@virginmedia They advised phoning a number and explaining it all over again. To be honest 9 hours on webchat and I'm done. You have my contact details and the details of the problem. If its not amended it'll be a case for trading standards and a new provider. I'm very disappointed
