  @virginmedia Without broadband for 4 days. Repeated calls to “support” result in nonsense on why, such as “needing to replace copper cables with fibre!” (I’ve been FTTP for 2 years). Got a text message that I will have a visit today. Now 7:30 pm and nothing. £90/month.

  @virginmedia The issue is still unresolved and I’m being told to wait again. Unacceptable when Virgin Media’s negligence cut my phone line. After multiple complaints and weeks of stress, the sensible solution is to let me leave the contract with no fees and avoid further drama.

  @virginmedia - I am writing this in total frustration with your company - you make us all upgrade and then provide an inadequate service- the new box clips, you can not access recordings - @sky must be rubbing theirs hands together - 2 months ani can get away from this

  @virginmedia 6 days without broadband. 4 calls to "support" who are, frankly, terrible and cannot help with anything. 3 engineer calls outs promised but nobody has turned up. What a disaster of a service.
