  oh my days virgin media had me arguing w a guy in india until i said im closing the account cancel everything was then transferred to a man with a british accent and was trying to make me keep the account and they can get it sorted. funny how that works

  Currently suing Virgin Media so know what you mean. They caused me to miss a critical operation on my upper spine. Been left with life changing chronic nerve damage.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!
