@virginmedia customer service are completely useless at sorting complaints. Since September I have called them six times, used the online Web, and even submitted a complaint, all to no avail. All I want is to watch Netflix which is supposed to be included in my contract.

WiFi went down in the middle of watching Halloween Ends. 4G signal also unresponsive. Stuck on very slow 3G. Virgin Media say it’s possibly a hardware fault and want to send someone Monday. No. I’m not waiting 72 hours with no internet. I’ll implode.

@virginmedia Had hub 4 swapped Monday. The VM connect app still has old WiFi names so I can't add pod to network. 45 mins on phone this am and no joy. Thanks
