    @virginmedia I have been sent pods, I have been told to restart, many times, an engineer came added something, he said it needed a network technician, as it was probably a problem outside either at somebodies home or the box causing intermittent outage. They won’t send a network technician?!

    @carolinesgreen @virginmedia ... have to break the news to work as I worked from home. Awkward. 10 mins later a van would appear at the Virgin box opposite my house. It's not an isolated problem and only my house, it's the whole damn town. 20 mins later I'd have to call work, again, as it's back up. 2wks...

    @virginmedia I understand that! but asking me to pay twice the price of a new customer is not looking after existing customers. Cancelling and moving to sky. Thanks for being so helpful.

    @virginmedia Sorry but this doesn't make sense. The credit was for the first time you left me without email for a month. I was promised the credit but still charged. Now I have the same problem AGAIN and, as before, a stream of broken promises.
