    @virginmedia 2/2 it is being courteous to your customers , for failing to provide the service I the contract, and everyone affected should haves slight reduction in there bill, I’m not gonna argue with you, if I don’t get my reduction I will be ringing up and putting a formal complaint in

    @andy_ambrose59 @virginmedia @AzureSpark So if it is connecting via the hardwire link close to 200 but only 45 via wifi that sounds more like you have an issue with the wifi modem in the device not VM or you are in someway physically blocking the signal... because the router has the speed coming into it & out
