@virginmedia I’m really struggling with my Wi-Fi coverage at home. I have a security camera mounted right above my window, but it constantly drops connection due to weak signal. To make matters worse, I get virtually no Wi-Fi signal at all when I am sitting in my back garden, which is really frustrating. Given how close these areas are to the house, I shouldn't be losing connection like this. Could someone please check my Hub settings/signal or advise on getting Wi-Fi Pods to fix these dead zones? Thanks,

@trapdoor456 @virginmedia Ive been with the now virgin media used to be known as ntl for 30 years , never really had major issues To be honest, I have 1GB and practically get most of that speed , latency is fine , download speeds are atrocious , customer service could do with a overhaul, other than that Nps for me.

@trapdoor456 @virginmedia Definately going to look into them now. Worst part about Virgin is the inconsistent price rises as soon as the contract is up. Had to leave them and join as a new customer pretty much every year just to nearly half the monthly payment. ******* ridiculous.

@virginmedia @virginmedia - still not working and no response other than fake virgin accounts. Please can you advise. We will be cancelling the contract next month when it expires.

@virginmedia Interrupted signal on your much-vaunted new 360. Why? What do I do to improve matters? Paying you over £100 a month. Not impressed.
