@virginmedia It seems to be ok wired… and I know you only guarantee service into the hub but it’s pretty poor when your paying £50 a month on broadband for it not to be working. What’s my cooking off period! I might as well drop back to my old package!

@virginmedia Done that, and found a work round posted 2 years ago (use the Radioline app) Yeah, it works, but convoluted button pressing instead of simple channel change? Might as well use @tunein Radio and cast to a chromekey. Easier interface to manage. My point is why can't you fix it?

@virginmedia Yeah the hub 4 will crash leaving you with no Internet until I reset the hub as I read online this is due to a Intel chipset issue with hub 3and4. I can't use the hub in router mode because it doesn't work well with my playstation or many some other devices

@virginmedia Why didn’t the person on the phone who asked me if I wanted the new dew not mention this? And even then why do you charge because ‘you’ can’t supply us. We wanted to stay you are the ones saying I need to cancel this isn’t my choice, you are breaking the service agreement

@Jay87561920 @virginmedia We have this issue and are being whacked with a £240 charge because they can’t supply us. It’s not like I’ve asked to cancel it’s because they have poor coverage so not sure why I get penalised
