    @virginmedia My contract is auto renewing at double its current price, yet my bundle is not changing in any capacity. Why can I not just continue paying the same price (or even the lower new customer price) and continue using your service? Why do "new customers" get special treatment?

    Had @virginmedia for about 10 weeks, never been able to use the internet once in that whole time. Move house, tell me I can definitely get it there, so they book me an appointment for 3 weeks time (which is today) to get an engineer round. 1/3

    @virginmedia Sorry what? There's not been a fault in the area according to your website. Why would you cancel the engineer? It's been 5 days now... Get it sorted out

    @virginmedia @Virgin I placed a new order for broadband on 8th Dec and I was promised to deliver the device on the 12th of Dec #virginmedia customer care is giving nightmare, 2 days off due to Internet non-availability, and I still, don't see any progress complaint no C1312221595

    @virginmedia It says there is no problem in the postcode. The checker goes on to say that it can’t run a test on our services right now.

    @virginmedia called customer care and after transferring it to various department they disconnected my call. when i ask them to contact manager they never do it

    They get a @virginmedia engineer to do a ‘pre-pull’ check 10 days ago, still no issue. Engineer is due today between 8-1 so I take the day off. I get a phone call at half 11 today as I’m waiting, to say the jobs been declined by @virginmedia… 2/3

    @virginmedia Hi. I have been promised a £12 monthly discount on my account to counter a previous agents mistake that certain TV channels were included in a TV package. I still do not have the discount. Can someone help? Already tried phoning multiple times.
