@virginmedia Paid and ordered a service. Install date of 25/11/22 but no cable despite being told it existed. 6 hours over 10 days on the phone, constant chasing, numerous false promises, being hung up on, nobody calling me back and now I'm told it will be installed on 19/12/22. I give up!

@virginmedia another day of waiting for virgin media to connect broadband, 3 dates with “no show, “ needed to cancel my other service myself, and not sure if my landline number is going to be kept, this has been a nightmare to change provider.

  • MCAMusicMD Marcus Carter-Adams (@MCAMusicMD) reported

@virginmedia Still no closer to getting my order processed - been told ‘to wait’ by more call agents than you can imagine, all of whom are unable to actually progress my order. Do the ‘back-room’ staff actually exist? If so, why does it take over a week to resolve a simple issue.

  • DiggerPup Digger (@DiggerPup) reported

@virginmedia Yes, it's the same as the others. A oauth error. Every time happens - once the network is back up properly it just logs in fine.

  • YorkshireMigra1 Yorkshire Migraine (@YorkshireMigra1) reported

@virginmedia @Virgin trying to keep the account going saying you can supply reduced service for £27. When asked to close account on 3rd of jan as finally arranged yesterday , you hung up 🙄 Thats not the best way to keep customers coming back 😕
