@virginmedia Well the team have not done that in the last 3 times I spoke to them. Most recently they again quoted that the automated system you are telling me to go through is already showing that I am a satisfied customer and therefore cannot be helped.

@SimonMiller316 @virginmedia I cut my own fibre trimming a hedge in the garden. Just reported it to city fibre as an internet outage. They came out within 24 hours, identified the fault and repaired the cable free of charge!

@virginmedia @Truth_Seeker007 You could take a bit of a hit to your profits instead of passing it onto the customer every time? I guess in the long run the market will correct itself and people will no longer be able to afford the flagship phones

@virginmedia Eventually chatted to Kamalesh who then decided to pass me to media customer care who never responded on WhatsApp. The guy that passed me over said sorry to see you go! But never even mentioned that! Not happy

@virginmedia my broadband went off without warning today. I use it to work. Was supposed to come back on my 1700, then 2110, and now it says 23rd March @ 2110. This is unacceptable, and your £8 compensation per day won’t make up for my missed days at work. Fix it. Now.
