@virginmedia Same problem again! No emails! On hold to your call centre for 40mins to be told the same instructions that don’t work! You won’t offer compensation & told me to call back in 24hours if YOUR fault is not resolved! What a joke!You should be contacting your customers to help! #fail

@virginmedia I thought I sorted this problem out over a Web chat with yourselves a couple of weeks ago, I was told my next bill would be £44 (due to over charge) & the bills should continue to be £69 a month as agreed. But our last 2 payments have been £95 & £94 which we didn't agree on.

@virginmedia - Hey there! So I have already received my data boost on O2 with Volt, but I'm yet to see one on my Virgin Media... It would be increasing my speed from 500mb to 1gig so I'm excited. Any help?
