  @virginmedia If it was a steady connection we could cope, not what we pay for but we could cope. The fluctuating signal causes teams and Google classroom live lessons to freeze and disconnect all the time. It's disgusting that my children are suffering more than they need to. One is y11!

  @virginmedia Why am i wasting more of my time calling, takes nearly an hour to get through, then keep getting told I will be contacted and I never am??? This is beyond a joke now and disgusting customer service. £1500 I am trying to get back but constantly lied too. Disgraceful service
