@virginmedia There isn’t a problem with my account, I would prefer to speak to someone possibly on live chat, but I tried that yesterday and was waiting for 40 minutes and then the internet dropped and I lost my place. Can I just find out if the area problems are still there?

@virginmedia been waiting since July 14th to have WiFi installed. Engineers been to our home multiple times now but cables still not installed. Called several times to be told team will come to finish the job, never arrived. Unacceptable service!

Why can’t @virginmedia make things easy. My email was hacked yesterday after waiting on hold for 30minutes some eventually answered and said they had unlocked it and changed my password. I can now get in but I’m not receiving emails and can’t find a way to fix it

@virginmedia The last time I spoke to someone from VirginMedia, it was after the service page told me there weren’t any faults, but I was told it was actually a faulty cable at the box? I was registered for compensation, but I never got anything, and the problem STILL persists.
