@virginmedia No I have been through to every department possible including complaints who offered to cancel my account! They have run tests and say everything is fine. I’ve downloaded connect & it tells me the signal is great in all rooms. But it hardly works away from the hub.

After 7 months of tortuously bad service from Virgin Media, I'm finally free of them. It says everything that 7 weeks after I arranged my disconnection, I've only just received the email they sent on Dec 11th to confirm they were d'connecting me. How are they still functioning...

@virginmedia No someone has deleted it overnight after saying they could help via DM. This is appalling behaviour-it was whoever was tweeting yesterday.

@virginmedia Still not great finally got through to someone but apparently there’s a password on the account, which we have never set and can’t change online because we don’t have access to the email you created, I now have to wait for that in the post and then try and get through again!

Okay @virginmedia, so you say you're improving our service which is why broadband is off "for a short while" - and it should be back by 4pm (it's 9am now). If this is to improve service why do we get no warning? Do I even believe you?
