On the phone again today.... 45 mins then said wrong department now. Early an hour. I am absolutely fed up with Virgin Media. You call and on the phone for an hour then just get cut off, the automated service tells you to reset modem, do that and still don’t work.

@virginmedia I am not happy to receive a letter informing me of a cost rise when the standard of programming has been dire. I'm also unhappy that I've wasted now 2 hours of my life trying to soak to someone. Once again this evening I've been hung up on. The service is terrible

@virginmedia Your customer services is shocking, tried calling 3 times 60 minutes at a go and cut off everytime. Now ive had 2 seperate text conversions go so far then leave me hanging! Fuming is a understatement 😤

@jeffneill @virginmedia Same happened to me... Was put through to moving department from cancellations. Even though I told them FOUR TIMES I'm moving to an area where there is no virgin. The customer service is laughable
