@virginmedia Hi, I moved to a new accommodation and i chose virgin media for my internet service, they gave me an appointment on 14 May, and the engineer came on 7 May and said everything is ready for setting up. Why the wait then? Can you just provide the connection now?

I took pride in being able to help customers with their issues. The system and structure at @virginmedia is not designed to facilitate that - it's designed to get the customer off the phone as quickly as possible.

@virginmedia WiFi not working. I ring the customer number and a recorded voice tells me there is maintenance happening and it may not be back until 7pm. I need to work. Can you not warn people about this in advance?

@virginmedia Its been two weeks now and I just want it to be fixed. The stress of having to tell another person the issue and them either telling me the same thing ive already tried or them just trying to get rid of me is too much. Cant I just get this sorted, please? Its affecting my work.

@virginmedia Just provide a better customer experience. The technology is solid and am happy with the product, but someone at VM needs to start taking customer service more seriously.
