    Anyone else having this issue with Virgin Media? I can connect to my HUB (All lights are blue) Yet I can't get access to the internet? Internet was working perfectly fine before, now 7 hours later it's still down. Check my area, and it says everything's fine? @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Your customer service is a joke. I was told I had 2 options which both resulted in the cancellation of your service however at a cost to me of over 500. What a absolute joke. Ombudsman time I think!

    @virginmedia Managed to cancel through text. However, my monthly bill is £46.50. I’m ending 5 days after my billing day and said I would be refunded £21. So am I paying £25 for 5 days internet?

    @virginmedia you keep advertising gigabit broadband, but as an existing customer, I can’t see any way to upgrade to this, or to see how much it might cost. Is it only available to new customers?

    @virginmedia You want to add 4.25 to my bill even after I took out new contract 2 months ago to reduce costs. You keep sending email asking me to contact c/s I can't get through & why should I have to phone you as I've made a complaint??? Going to watchdog 😡

    @virginmedia I have no internet access. I can connect to my HUB, and all the lights are blue, I've also checked my area code, and it says everything is fine. I've done a hard reset on my HUB, and turned it off, still no luck. Anyone else having this issue? #virginmedia

    @virginmedia what a bunch of a-holes, asked to cancel my services yesterday, sure no problem they said 30 days notice. Then they cut me off overnight, doubt I'll get any joy out of them!
