Karen hutchinson (@K_Petrie) reported@virginmedia Thank you. I have literally just this minute managed to get through and make the appointment. The call handlers were all hugely sympathetic but unfortunately the system fell down somewhere. Half past nine I made the first call. Just not acceptable 😐

Escalated complaint on 28th Nov, told I'd receive a reply within 5 working days and haven't. Spoke to an advisor on live chat

So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.
