    @josawtell @virginmedia I did the same thing, I had a problem with my TV going off and on since Wednesday, and when checking the status it says no issue found. Tonight while watching football the TV went off on the screen it's showing no signal. I phoned up and was told that there is an outage in N1,N5

    @virginmedia Your service checker is useless. It’s says there’s no problem but your customer service team says there is. 3 days of no TV and nothing is being done about it

    @virginmedia called your customer service many times about being over billed just to be over billed again! Repeatedly told it was corrected on the system yet money has been taken out of my account. Please fix this!

    @virginmedia your “engineer” couldn’t spot what was clearly disconnected in your “secure” outside shambles of a box - glad I’ve got a capable partner who’s fixed the issue! What an embarrassment of a service you provide
