@sharonmariahall @virginmedia It's not @virginmedia I find the issue, it's the poor customer service. I cannot understand how a CEO doesn't see all the bad reviews and do something about it.

@virginmedia What is the point, your website keeps saying you are looking into it and keeps changing the fix time, you will just say the same. 😐

@virginmedia With respect I have done this, and you just come back saying you can't access my account or help as you're just the MEDIA TEAM. I'm sure you're here to just monitor the poor comments and look like you care, when you don't. Your CEO should be embarrassed and take responsibility

@koenjideck Only worked well for me in recent years, but it gave me a decade of packet loss and outages before then 😵‍💫 I remember playing games with people on my street at uni, and half the people would disconnect in a lobby whenever Virgin Media had an outage 🥀

@virginmedia @misselledee Do you think that no service might mean the Internet page might not be available

  • nottinghillman
    Nottinghill Man (@nottinghillman) reported

@virginmedia I think this has been reported now but our WiFi at W2 4TJ went down on Wednesday evening. A call out engineer the next the next morning merely confirmed that the problem is apparently on the street, not in our house as the engineer apparently thought initially. But no repair yet

An in-place upgrade which is causing a 10 day outage - pretty awful planning @virginmedia. And telling us it would be fixed in 1 day, then 2 days, then 4 days, then 3 days, then 4 days, then 10 days - is a bit of a joke.
