@TalkHeathenlive Shut the door, it may seem rude, but if you try and be polite they don't stop. Exception was Virgin Media who I told had the worst customer service in the UK...and then shut the door

@virginmedia The council have cut the services, it’s satellite TV that keeps him calm. last 3 days, he’s been getting more and more affected. Last night was awful. For all of us. He’s getting very angry because he doesn’t understand. I’m not exaggerating, you guys need to get there today

@virginmedia the worse customer services ever! Advertised no set up fees then £65 added to bill. Over 1 hour on the phone- not a freephone number! Several what’s app conversations and promises of a call back!…. Still waiting and being told now no one will be ringing me!!! 🤬🤬

@virginmedia No chance to speak to a decision maker, no chance to speak to the complaints team. After waiting 5 with another 2 weeks of waiting to come, was told no temporary support will be provided. How does anyone speak to a decision maker? Again you dropped the call and didt call back!!
