    @virginmedia Recorded message saying there's a 'complex' issue. No fix time given and never is. My point is that as this has been going on for over a month, I think it's high time your customers got a little more explanation than a vague recorded message.

    @virginmedia No point. It won't change anything and I can't be bothered with the hassle. I don't want to make multiple calls and get told multiple things. I'll just save myself £50 off quid a month. Your broadband is EXCELLENT. Your customer service STINKS.

    PSA - Never use the Live Chat on @virginmedia; they either don't know what they're talking about or they're lying. Either way you get what you want much quicker by phoning up, they just don't want you to do that.

    @virginmedia Both. Mainly WiFi but both. The usual stuff, reboot, reset, move router, change bandwidths, I've 3 pods around my house which don't help at all

    @virginmedia It's a V6 box, that's great I can watch that on the GO service on my phone but what about the rest of my TV service? Nothing for a whole week? I've run the tests done everything I can turned off at mains for hours and still the same

    @virginmedia Citing delay in external work by your own third party contractors! Frankly waiting over 45days next installation scheduled for the 17th October but I am confident you guys will cancel again1/2

    @virginmedia 2/2 if you can’t provide service just say No don’t keep moving goal posts and do nothing till you get close to the next deadline

    @virginmedia Trying to get on the forum and now can’t even log in !!! Tried reset and says I have to phone !!! Grr Been unable to access anything now since Thursday spent way to many hours on hold - to get nowhere. Why can’t I talk to a real person who knows how to help - ridiculous
