@TymonKate @virginmedia @danjsaunders Absolutely disgusting still having that 0845 number in operation, cost me stupid money to cancel a service due to price increase which they backed down on in the end! Kept me on hold for 1 hour! Ripping customers off during Covid times...absolutely shameful Virgin!

@virginmedia Yes it says estimated fix time 4pm, but I think I can be excused for not believing that. It has been pushed back several times in the last 36 hours.

@Crroee @virginmedia I had the same issues, call them up and say you are not getting the bandwidth that you was promised in the package and internet is always cutting out and that you are looking to change provider and it is causing issues when working from home e.g and boom it gets fixed.

@virginmedia please take “reliable” out of your bio. My WiFi has been down since yesterday morning. Today the estimated time has been changed three times. And now it’s saying 19:00.
