@virginmedia 24hours since contacting VirginMedia on WhatsApp and still not been out through to the right person. Laughable customer service. I will await for your standard twitter reply sending over the phone number I should use to get help. Been in this cycle before!

@virginmedia Have opened a complaint but nothing heard back. I was told back on the 28th February that VM was available at our address but only after waiting for 3 weeks and after multiple calls I finally found out you were waiting for planning permission. Then given a date for July !!

@virginmedia Yes indeed it was through a wired connection. Thanks I'll have a look at your forum but I was told there is a problem in my area and won't be fixed until the 27th April.

@virginmedia Previous experience has taught me that reporting the issue, which you are clearly aware of, given the status update, will not speed things up. I also have neither the time nor the patience to attempt to contact your customer service team.

@virginmedia Due to the poor and rather offensive performance of the customer services staff we spoke to we subsequently also cancelled Virgin Mobile and also switched to an alternative landline provider. Using threatening tactics to deter customers from cancelling really is not acceptable

@Yoz_SC @VMO2News @virginmedia VM have the worst customer support I've ever used. My wifi was terrible when it was first installed. After numerous calls and live chats I gave up with them. I ended up buying a new router and put the hub 4 into modem mode and never had a problem since.

@virginmedia This completely shows the problem, noone has any ownership. Customer service is not measured by how efficiently you pass the problem to the next team.
