    The European Commission has fined AliExpress €550 million for failing to adequately crack down on the sale of unsafe and counterfeit products on its site. The Chinese online marketplace had reported that almost 15 million illegal products were recommended to EU users last year, including counterfeit cosmetics, toys, clothes and gadgets.     @virginmedia been with you ever since you were ntlworld, you recently changed my phone to digital with back up emergency phone, the engineer didn’t take my disability into account, has put my phone where I can’t even get to it, impossible to get through to you as you cut the call before connecting, your now not giving me the service I am paying for and in breach of contract, so I am going to cancel my direct debit for all services including tv

    @virginmedia 1/2 Rang the above number 15 July (you should have this recorded) finally got a person who said he was the correct person to deal with issue and stated Virgin would come to our home and remove your unused/unwanted broadband box from the outside of our property within 48 hrs !

    My mother's landline is not working . She is 89 years old and relies on the phone very much . We can't call her , she can't call us . She doesn't have a mobile phone . I have tried to ring customer service but just cannot get through . @virginmedia

    @EE I was on a call for 42 minutes this morning and got nowhere. Nobody wants to take any responsibility and suggesting I didn’t order despite the fact SIMs have moved over to One plan and Virgin Media contacted me about leaving. Very poor service
