@virginmedia There is no local fault. We don’t have any wired devices. It’s bad, keeps dropping out and very difficult to stream and watch anything at all. Not sure what we are paying for! I don’t want to spend hours in a queue on the phone I just want to get what I pay for. Please advise

@virginmedia why my hub 3 cannot hold stable WiFi signal for at least one day! What kind of 🤬 equipment is that?! How is not violating contract on your end? Sorry but WiFi is what's important these days not ethernet connection. Disappointed. I want @talktalk back 😭

@virginmedia do you ever respond to customers who have had enough of poor service? We have been dealing with dreadful WiFi service every evening since our contract renewed and prior to that too. Tonight we have absolutely no WiFi whatsoever it’s an absolute joke
