@virginmedia Thank you, I have managed to speak with an adviser and my cancellation is still on. I must say though how unsatisfied I’ve been with the whole process, no contact from Customer Services to confirm this at all. Shocking.

Absolute shambles with this mob @virginmedia. Called these clowns and they cut me off after 25mins. Next call I tell them I'm phoning to cancel and they won't let me despite my contract ending ages ago. Ready to lose the plot here.

@virginmedia Got hung up on trying to get hold of someone. Just want to leave virgin media now after this appalling service and inability to provide a good product. But am told I will have to pay to leave my contract unless an engineer comes round to check the fault... they have before..
