@virginmedia I disconnected it due to potentially moving house, and shoddy customer services, there was no guarentee virgin was available in my new area and did not want to be locked into a contract. Things changed and want to return as my speeds in my new provider are poor.

@virginmedia I’m locked out of the current one and despite all the literature that was sent and knowing the account number, address and contract date, you still wouldn’t help. Why was I never told your system couldn’t handle the same email address being used at various properties?

@virginmedia Service went down last night, had to reset router, then reset router then tech rebooted from your end then waited all night for nothing was told I’d get a call back had to call them again to be told it’s a problem in my area yet nothing reported online. Seems it’s Lies after lies
