Rough Shuffle 🔀 (@Rough_Shuffle) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I recently had to contact them. Their CS is the worst ever experienced. It's like it's ran entirely by 12 year olds on work experience. I'm horrified at how bad it is. Initially contacted because of a litany of f'ups on their part. CS seems completely dethatched from the company.

I'd already paid a techie to sort 'my' problem. He also phones them on my behalf because I don't understand their lovely accents when I do it. Still no email & no word from Virgin despite promises.
