    @virginmedia I find that hard to believe, your systems must recognise there is an issue? It still reports 'no known issues'. I'm disappointed that despite my repeated efforts there still does not seem to be a satisfactory outcome so far to this issue which simply cannot go on until 18th Feb!

    @virginmedia Hi there. Service page says everything ok but istheservicedown site confirms there are issues. Some clarification from virgin would be helpful as I cannot get through to someone on the phone.

    Turning off their chat/messaging service seems like a weird choice for Virgin Media considering their reduced number of call centre staff due to the whole pandemic thing.

    @virginmedia Ok so I’m a new customer signed up before Christmas - installation date was changed and then the works outside were done- scheduled to be live intitially@by the 2/1 then the 8/1 engineer came on 2 to find outside work not completed. Work completed on 4th no@further mention
