@virginmedia Still down in #brodetails with the time of completion gradually getting pushed further and further back. Day 2 and Christmas Eve, and we haven't heard about when this is going to get resolved. Is there any update on to what has happened and when we can get our services back?

@virginmedia Internet services still down in thanet and not going to be back on by estimated 4pm, maybe if you told us what the issue is and how it's occurred people might not be so frustrated, rather than just staying silent maybe give us your customers a bit of respect.

@virginmedia any chance someone can update the issues in ct10 area, instead of just the generic crap you continue putting out, it's now saying 4 p.m, but we all know that's very unlikely, and even more unlikely to be fixed in time for Xmas, what are people supposed to do!!!

@virginmedia Still no service, yes it’s listed and I’ve signed up to the updates. They are constantly changing…due to be repaired at 9pm yesterday…then 2pm today then 12pm then 2pm then 1pm and now 4pm! It’s maybe the 6 or 7th time she has lost service this year!

@virginmedia Yet again as the day goes on Virgin keep moving the return to normal service. It all started was 7:00 hrs Thursday 23 Dec, when I was told all will be back by 21.30hrs, No! so to bed Friday 24 Dec when I phoned told 10:30 hrs No, then 14:00 hrs,the latest 16:00 ???
