@virginmedia provide the WORST service.. we are leaving them on December 4th but they cut our internet on November 12th.. I was told it would be back up in 72 hours only to call back on the 15th Nov to find out the request didn't get put through.. part 1

  • Breesey3 Chris Breese (@Breesey3) reported

@virginmedia how hopeless their support is. Get cut off after over an hour waiting on phone, completely useless phone bot and no way to get to speak to a human. No service for 3days and no response #failvirginmedia

  • illfacemyself Matthew (@illfacemyself) reported

Think this is 3rd week in a row @virginmedia has went down. No internet all day means not being able to work 🙈

  • bencrawley82 Ben Crawley (@bencrawley82) reported

@Ofcom How do I complain about @virginmedia - I am attempting to leave their service (in fact I already have a Talk Talk account) and they make it impossible to contact them to process a cancellation - I thought account was cancelled and found out they've still been charging me

  • Andy4Shurr Andy Shaw (@Andy4Shurr) reported

@virginmedia internet is down yet again, I'm supposed to be working from home at the moment and this is becoming a regular occurrence. I'll have to take yet another day as leave. I've never had as much trouble as the last couple of months!

  • Claudio79795343 Claudio Silva (@Claudio79795343) reported

@virginmedia ... But to charge this amount just because they can't provide broadband its just morally wrong. No one cares, too big to fail like they say. No common sense with this company. They prefer to lose costumers for life, great

  • Norwich_Chris Chris Skipper (@Norwich_Chris) reported

@virginmedia is it your company policy to tell your telesales team to lie to customers just to get a sale? very disappointed by your virgin mobile team and the lack of customer skills

  • Max_B_Shepherd Max Shepherd (@Max_B_Shepherd) reported

@virginmedia Already spoken to someone over the phone, sent a new router. No issues so far, but I’m switching to a wired connection just to be safe!

  • weenyjane rowena williams (@weenyjane) reported

OMG just found out I was charged £10.15 for a customer service charge to @virginmedia what a rip off!
