@virginmedia On behalf of parents in law, they are having issues with their account and advised of a new price, however bill states different (more expensive price) can you advise a number to speak to someone?

@virginmedia it was originally a progress chase on internal fault ticket = F009669229 but due to every single reply not being related to anything I've said its escalated. I'm starting to wonder if its a member of staff trying to signal they're in distress?

Nightmare dealing with @virginmedia Took days to actually speak to someone to cancel contract & now when they have arranged to collect the equipment no one turns up, a waste of a day having to stay in for this. Website makes it impossible to contact anyone about this too.

@virginmedia Why have I previously been advised I would hear back within a set amount of hours if I'm to contact them? Considering I've been informed incorrectly from your side for the past 2 months, the delay to me being able to fully utilise the service is your fault...
