@virginmedia The bill is incorrect! That's the problem. I know how to pay but I'm not paying extra just because the customer service team made a mistake. So far I've spent 4 hours on calls trying to resolve this being pushed from person to person & promised call backs #badcustomerservice

@virginmedia - on the phone to your reps this morning trying to assist my in laws with unknown billing on their account; the final person I was passed to was incredibly rude and hung up the phone! Was about to upgrade one of the mobiles but 100% won't be now. So disappointed!

@virginmedia The extender is a 3rd party not yours but my connection issue is direct to your router not the extender.

@virginmedia 12pm is good. I'll take anything since I can't call Customer Services because the system is flawed and won't accept my call unless I pay the bill which is incorrect due to Virgin Media making a mistake. I don't know how you're not yet being investigated by @financialombuds

@virginmedia So you monitor connection and it shows there is service (downstairs the speeds are great) but the speeds we get upstairs and the drop in and out of service from the hub itself is not something you can check your end is it?

So... it would seem @CNN will no longer be available on @VirginMedia (UK) after the 31st of August. Anyone know why? That really sucks. CNN are one of the very best out there.
