    @virginmedia Yeah, Since told that we would receive tracking number and delivery today and we have nott the issue is still un resolved. We had Activation and Its on it's way texts since Friday but no tracking number or deliver time slot.

    @virginmedia Your customer service absolutely stinks, been waiting 2 days to get through finally do Jamie in customer service attitude stinks and gives me a ridiculous final bill £150 and just leaves the chat so he didn't have to respond

    @virginmedia Just received a call. It's sorted. Funny how quickly everything works when the money's on the line. It was a "courtesy call" because my direct debit had been cancelled. Happy it's sorted, and the person I spoke with was lovely/helpful, but overall, that was shocking service.

    @virginmedia I had no internet for a day whilst working from home. Raised a complaint on 27th October & still no response

    @virginmedia why are you so keen to avoid speaking to your customers? Over an hour to get through to technical support and still on hold? Why are your customers so unimportant to you?
