Virgin media is the worst internet provider going. Internet went down for over an hour yesterday and has gone down 8 times today, a bit embarrassing when you’re constantly getting kicked off work calls and are unable to do your job properly

@virginmedia I have a customer complaint open for months. Each time I speak to someone it is like pulling teeth. I am paying £140 a month for everything. I do not want to pay this amount of money and no one from this organisation listens. Anyone out that shares my view?

@virginmedia Activated but with error meaning no on demand or pause/record services working. And awaiting the software upgrade. They were working fine before we called CS to do the software signal thing 😡
