    @virginmedia Tried to respond, Twitter put it in a funny place, details above. Spoken to every department, had an engineer out, no one seems to be able to resolve the issue. It’s getting ridiculous and it doesn’t seem to be possible to escalate

    @virginmedia Thing is I already had that, I had 2 Tivo V6s but they insisted on sending the new boxes rather than upgrading the existing ones and now won't provide any support. Submitted a formal complaint but had no response from that so far. Really poor service.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I moved property come over to Virgin media after them offering me same deals another provider was offering. The whole experience has been awful. On installation day the engineer come with the wrong remotes for my box. The package I discussed was wrong

    @virginmedia No I am talking about a problem I had weeks ago when I couldn't get through to your CS operators. I had to try and figure it out for myself but unsuccessful. Eventually the V+ Box started to work again. Please look into that call back code please. It will help customers+operators

    @virginmedia It just seems like such an obvious feature, pausing TV? Why would you not fully support that on a new solution in 2020?? Crazy.

    @virginmedia Thanks. Just so we’re all clear then: I can’t reach anyone on the phone; I can’t reach anyone on the app chat or the website; no one responds to my complaints via the hub; & your social media people can’t pass on requests for help to customer service. Very helpful. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
