    @virginmedia can you direct me to your complaints procedure? As a new customer had a shocking service so far. Signed up for BB nearly a month ago. Messed about for the last week trying to sort install and just been told earliest someone can come back out to finish it off is 29/11

    @virginmedia Fine, but it is still nonsensical to suddenly price hike by almost 50% four months left of an 18 month contract just because the customer has taken out £3.65 of additional upgrade product.

    @virginmedia I had broadband services installed on 11th of October and decided to cancel them on the very next day 12th of October, using my 14 days cooling off period rights. Instead I recieved a £121 bill. Made a complaint, but recieved an email it has been closed. What a joke!

    @virginmedia I did raise one on the phone (eventually) and it showed on my account and then dissapearwd. Your staff don't WANT to raise a complaint and directed me to the Web form (initially). Vicious circle of complaint avoidance..

    @virginmedia I tried on wifi and it now fails also. Its a ntlworld email but i have tried my other virgnmedia email and sends fine. Is there a issue with this then??

    @virginmedia Ok, so WhatsApp “doesn’t have capacity”, get cut off from 150 because “doesn’t have capacity”, Web Forum doesn’t load BECAUSE MY VIRGIN MEDIA BROADBAND (and TV) IS NOT WORKING. Apparently I can “write a letter” - WTF? This is absolutely ridiculous
