Virgin media has the worst customer service I have ever come across, had to contact them 4 times to sort out a refund that was their fault for overcharging me in August🙃

@virginmedia, bit of feedback, your sign up and security question process is **very** confusing - I'm struggling just to get to talk to someone about my account. If you call something a password instead of a memorable word or "support phrase" that creates confusion.

@virginmedia We've enquired but never had a real answer why! So our houses were built in 2016.. Numbers 1-53 on the street can have virgin and 80-onwards can. But numbers 55-79 (the new houses) can't!

@virginmedia No, I still have an installation appointment due the 1st December (after 8 delays) and I was assured it would happened. I already received a call saying that I should return the kit and I explained that I'm waiting for the install. Is that difficult for you to fix this?

.@virginmedia I have been trying since 0857 this morning to cancel a package for a person with dementia who has been taken into a care home. My only option seems to be to cancel the Direct Debit with the bank. THIS IS A COMPLAINT WHICH YOUR SYSTEM IS ALSO NOT TAKING
