@virginmedia I’ve have complaints with Virgin & Yodel and nothing has been done. You have all my details, tracking tells me nothing. It’s down to both Virgin & Yodel to sort and get story straight. I’m not lifting one more finger to get this rectified. Spent 4 days doing so. It’s Exhausting.

@virginmedia How is £38 a month difference between a new customer over existing in line with Industry standards it's plain and simple robbery. Which is £684 more than new customer over 18 months. Loyal customer mean nothing.

@virginmedia They just say it’s a ‘construction issue’ but it’s already been delayed once before this. I think I might just cancel the whole order and go elsewhere tbh. It’s not worth the unpredictability of it as I need broadband today aka the day it was meant to be done

@virginmedia It's generally wherever I go unless on wifi it's practically pointless trying to load anything service used to be great don't know what's going on now

@virginmedia There isn’t a complaint button to choose nor is there one to choose to talk to customer service team directly. The one time I was redirected it told me on the line it’s a premium number and to ring back on the number you just gave me before disconnecting the call

@virginmedia Find it absolutely disappointing that you have been ignoring my emails and especially that I am no longer a Media customer. I still have not received any refund cheques and also a reply concerning the refund for the services that you have charged for when shouldn't

@virginmedia Hi, I did try the phone number yesterday and was told it would be resolved by today 12pm. It’s still not fixed and now the resolution date has changed to tomorrow. Is there anyway of finding out what is going on?? The line has been down for 40 hours now and WFH is impossible

@virginmedia Absolutely shocking customer service! I’ve spent 30 mins talking to 2 people and still haven’t got the answer to the question i asked! I have NEVER experienced anything as bad as this yet you charge your customers astronomical amounts for your faulty services! 🤬
