    @virginmedia It says I’ve been ‘enjoying a lower price’ but that’s coming to an end. Here’s the thing. If I enjoyed it, and your service hasn’t improved, why would I want to pay £62 a month, rather than £47? A real puzzle. Happy to go elsewhere, I’m just bemused.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately no those are the hours I’m at work Is this a lie fault fault in modem or what’s e min was working then three days ago had issues with everything thought it due to heat day after net and tv ok but phone nope

    @virginmedia Strange. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years+. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure I’ve signed your little forms, but… Why would anyone stay with the end of this contract when new customers get it (marginally) cheaper? Just let me carry on giving you money for an average service.

    @virginmedia no Internet since midnight in Birmingham. No issues with our router. Is service down reporting so many ppl reporting net is down but it seems u r last one to know ur service is down.

    @virginmedia Hi there rh I'm glad that my confirmation of the technical problem's appreciated I must say that's a conscientious little checklist you've typed for me I'm afraid it would simply be too much trouble to comply though As I've already stated, I am no longer really all that concerned
