@virginmedia tell me the truth now virgin media do i have issues with your isp in Watford because u said we didn't then we did i cannot trust you at all. My router is permanently staying red light i have reset it by turning it off and on i have used a pen tip to reset it.

@virginmedia The fact that ever since you ‘boosted’ my broadband our wifi has got worse and made it ridiculously hard to work from home and everytime I have tried to do something about it the customer service has been horrendous

@virginmedia Hi our system is now working and thanks to the engineer who was able to fix it, however I was told that automatic compensation would be incorporated into our next bill, this did not happen and the full direct debit was taken. We had a very interrupted service from the 7 th Dec.

@f1ame_monkey @virginmedia Same issue for me in LS14. Every single day we're having issues with connection dropping, despite having our hub replaced only last week. Meant to have an engineer come out on Monday, they didn't bother to turn up.

Is there a more unreliable broadband provider than @virginmedia with worse customer service? So far in Jan, 3 total outages. So 3x check status page that shows no fault,3x call & go thru menu system to get useless text, 3x call again to get thru to a person, 3x achieves nothing

@virginmedia Broadband issues ( again). Ongoing problem at my old address, recently moved and continued. I have a 14 day cooling off period after signing new contract, if this isn't resolved I will be cancelling.
