@VirginMediaNews Note to Virgin Media : stop platforming that religious zealot and fantasist - even at the opportunity cost re: a young journalist's tv screen time & professional exposure. He's on his way back to prison when another warrant comes down from the bench, in coming days and weeks.

@virginmedia As I have an engineer coming out on average every 6wks for last 18months, am now wanting to leave them. Saying I’ve to pay £1300 to get out of my remaining 14months contract. Anyone else having issues? Incompetent lot!

@IrishTimes Perhaps someone like the excellent Patrick Freyne might investigate why, after all these YEARS, Sky subscribers in the ROI cannot get ITV channels, whilst Virgin Media customers have no probs in doing so. Is it still supposed to be a ‘rights’ issue ????

@virginmedia no tv or broadband all day in WD5 area. Called customer services who told us it would be fixed at 2:30am. That’s not good enough. Please can someone contact us to let us know how to get online sooner?

    Expanse Consulting Ltd (@ExpanseCon) reported

@MikeScheider_ Not a vodafone issue. Looks like a core switch failure, optical cross-connect fault or other fault inside one of the central carrier-neutral hubs. It has dropped interconnection across multiple fixed ISPs (Virgin Media, Eir, Siro, NBI) simultaneously.
