    @virginmedia OMG this service was cancelled due to the fact it was rubbish reception around the house. All done correctly and they now want to charge for a months service and late fee charge. I DONT THINK SO

    @virginmedia are such scum bags man 😞 I had to get passed from pilar to post all afternoon yesterday only for them to tell me that no managers were available to help me and that I’d get a callback within 3 days. They called for ONE RING today then hung up.

    @virginmedia and so it continues I get a hub 3 and the signal around my home is worse than my old hub. I request boosters to be told I have to pay for them. Surely this is joke I need boosters because the kit I already pay for sent by you is not up to standard

    @virginmedia This has been going on for a year. Wired and wireless. Connection within the house has been checked multiple times. No problems within the house.

    @virginmedia awful customer service received. Called 5times given differing info every time. We're now left without internet, without apology and no compensation for the incompetence. We are unable to cancel without being charged, and it's your issue. Really terrible experience.

    @virginmedia Just the bottom one - is that right? No Wi-Fi light? It might be working now but the TiVo box is advising it’s a weak signal even though it’s plugged in with an Ethernet cable.

    @virginmedia I cancelled the same day I signed up for the service as I changed my mind therefore have no service but am being told I will be charged!!
