    @virginmedia I will use good old fashioned fail proof 'signed for' post. Certainly dont want to spend more of my valuable time waiting for a multi million pound COMMUNICATION! company to answer the phone (just read the customer comments on Twitter!) I seriously think you're going under!

    @virginmedia Hey just spent ages on the phone getting passed around from department to department to resolve. Got hung up on several times. Check call logs, I was not rude or unreasonable

    @ingaboo @virginmedia @John_J_C_Moss Upload is 1-2 Mbs unusable. Been crap for over a week and when you try to call you have to wait 40 minutes to get through and they can’t tell you anything.

    @virginmedia account test says broadband is down in BS5 - do you know about this because service status page says all is ok? (Also says device is too far away from modem but I’m literally sat next to it 🙄)

    Amazing. 1. Got a letter from Virgin Media, saying my broadband at £40 per month is going up by nearly 10%. 2. Kids have flown the nest, so only need slow bb now. 3. Shopped around, found good deal with Plusnet. 4. Notified Virgin who couldn't match them, so gave notice..

    @crouchie786 @virginmedia God I’ve been with them over 20 years and have never had such poor speeds and also customer service they are now appalling! Had terrible speed since beginning of last year and just keep being fobbed off with they are looking at it!
